FlightControl航空工程技術(shù)英語目錄CONTENTSPrimaryFlightControl01Secondaryflightcontrol02WarningSystem03FlightControlTheflightcontrolsprovidemaneuveringcontrolaboutthelateral,longitudinal,andverticalaxes.Theyalsoprovideincreasedliftfortakeoffandlandingaswellasincreasedaerodynamicdragbothinflightandontheground.Flightcontrolsaredividedintothreemajorgroups:FlightControlPrimaryflightcontrolsconsistingoftheailerons,elevators,andrudder.Secondaryflightcontrolsconsistingofthespoilers,trailingedgeflaps,leadingedgedevices,andthestabilizer.Twowarningsystemsareassociatedwiththeflightcontrolsystem.Stallwarningprovidesawarningtothepilotswhentheairplaneapproachesastallcondition.Takeoffwarningprovidesanauralwarningtothepilotwhencertainflightcontrolsarenotinthecorrectpositionfortakeoff.FlightControlFlightControlSystemPrimaryFlightControlPART011.PrimaryFlightControlTheaileronsystemconsistsofoneaileronwithbalancetaboneachwing.Theaileronsarepositionedbycablesthataredrivenbytwohydraulicpowercontrolunitslocatedontheforwardwallofthemainwheelwell.Controlinputstothesepowercontrolunitsarethroughacablesystemactuatedbyrotationofeithercontrolwheel,anelectricailerontrimsystemortheautopilot.Thetwocontrolwheelsareinterconnectedbycablesattachedtothebaseofeachcontrolcolumninthelowernosecompartment.Theleftandrightaileroncablesaredrivenbycontroldrumsatthebaseofeachcolumn.1.PrimaryFlightControlAileronControlSystem1.PrimaryFlightControlAnaileronbalancepanelisinstalledoneachaileronassemblytoreducetheforcerequiredtopositiontheaileroninflight.BalancePanel1.PrimaryFlightControlTwoelevatorsarehingedtotheaftendoftheleftandrighthorizontalstabilizersections.Theelevatorsarepoweredbytwoindependenthydraulicsystemsinresponsetoeithercontrolcolumninputsortheautopilot.Intheeventofdualhydraulicfailure,amanualreversionmodeallowstheelevatorstobedrivendirectlythroughamechanicalcontrolsystem.SecondaryflightcontrolPART022.SecondaryflightcontrolSpoilerpanelsareinstalledtosupplementtheaileronsforlateralcontrolandtoprovideincreaseddragandreducedliftwhenusedasspeedbrakes.Thetrailingedgeflapsystemisinstalledtoprovideadditionalliftduringtakeoffandlandingbyincreasingthecamberofthewing.Highliftleadingedgedevicesareusedincombinationwiththetrailingedgeflapstoallowairplaneoperationfromshortrunways.Theuseofleadingedgedevicesallowsachangeinwingcamberwhichgreatlyincreaseslift.Thehorizontalstabilizertrimcontrolsystemprovideslongitudinaltrimoftheairplanebyvaryingtheangleofattackofthehorizontalstabilizer.2.SecondaryflightcontrolStabilizerJackscrewandGearboxAssemblyWarningSystemPART033.WarningSystemTwostallwarningsystemsalertthepilotsofanapproachingstallcondition.Thewarningisaccomplishedbyvibratingthepilots’controlcolumns.Thiswarningisalsousedifairspeedfallstoolow.Eachstallwarningsystemoperatesindependentlyandinc
