Whenthereisanemergencysituationintheofficebuildingoftheconstructionunitorthegeneralcontractingunit,themembersoftheemergencycommandleadinggroupandtheworkinggroupshalleachfulfilltheirrespectiveresponsibilities,maintainon-siteorder,dissuadeandstrivetonegotiatetoresolveconflicts.3、應(yīng)急措施Emergencymeasures⑵機(jī)關(guān)各部門(mén)人員在出現(xiàn)緊急情況階段時(shí),部門(mén)內(nèi)應(yīng)當(dāng)至少留一名員工負(fù)責(zé)保護(hù)部門(mén)內(nèi)部的財(cái)物、資料。Whenpersonnelfromvariousdepartmentsoftheagencyencounteremergencysituations,atleastoneemployeeshouldbeleftwithinthedepartmenttoberesponsibleforprotectingthedepartment'sinternalpropertyandmaterials.3、應(yīng)急措施Emergencymeasures⑶局勢(shì)得到控制后,由群體性突發(fā)事件工作組和項(xiàng)目部有關(guān)人員出面與勞務(wù)企業(yè)對(duì)話,要求對(duì)方派代表與總包單位就具體問(wèn)題進(jìn)行談判,除代表外的其他人員應(yīng)遣散或集中到會(huì)議室。Afterthesituationisundercontrol,thegroupemergencyworkinggroupandrelevantpersonnelfromtheprojectdepartmentwillcomeforwardtohaveadialoguewiththelaborserviceenterprise,requestingtheotherpartytosendrepresentativestonegotiatewiththegeneralcontractingunitonspecificissues.Otherpersonnelotherthanrepresentativesshouldbedismissedorconcentratedintheconferenceroom.3、應(yīng)急措施Emergencymeasures⑶局勢(shì)得到控制后,由群體性突發(fā)事件工作組和項(xiàng)目部有關(guān)人員出面與勞務(wù)企業(yè)對(duì)話,要求對(duì)方派代表與總包單位就具體問(wèn)題進(jìn)行談判,除代表外的其他人員應(yīng)遣散或集中到會(huì)議室。Afterthesituationisundercontrol,thegroupemergencyworkinggroupandrelevantpersonnelfromtheprojectdepartmentwillcomeforwardtohaveadialoguewiththelaborserviceenterprise,requestingtheotherpartytosendrepresentativestonegotiatewiththegeneralcontractingunitonspecificissues.Otherpersonnelotherthanrepresentativesshouldbedismissedorconcentratedintheconferenceroom.⑷如果對(duì)方不能夠按總包單位要求進(jìn)行談判,并且繼續(xù)沖擊總包單位機(jī)關(guān)、擾亂總包單位辦公秩序,由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總指揮決定報(bào)警,由行保、安全監(jiān)管部門(mén)內(nèi)勤進(jìn)行報(bào)警。Iftheotherpartyisunabletonegotiateaccordingtotherequirementsofthegeneralcontractingunitandcontinuestoattackthegeneralcontractingunit'sorgansanddisrupttheofficeorderofthegeneralcontractingunit,theon-sitecommandershalldecidetoreportthesituationtothepolice,andtheinternalstaffofthesecurityandsafetysupervisiondepartmentsshallreportthesituation.⑴突發(fā)事件的處理Handlingofemergencies4、責(zé)任處理
