2025版環(huán)保技術(shù)服務(wù)合同范本（中英文）ENVIRONMENTALPROTECTIONTECHNICALSERVICECONTRACTThisContractiswritteninbothChineseandEnglish.Incaseofanydiscrepancies,theChineseversionshallprevail.ContractNo.:_______________Date:_______________PartyA(ServiceProvider):Name:_______________Address:_______________ContactPerson:_______________Position:_______________PartyB(Client):Name:_______________Address:_______________ContactPerson:_______________Position:_______________WHEREAS,PartyAisanentityengagedintheprovisionofenvironmentalprotectiontechnicalservices;andWHEREAS,PartyBisanentityinneedofenvironmentalprotectiontechnicalservices;andWHEREAS,PartyAandPartyB,throughmutualconsultationandagreement,agreetoenterintothisContractfortheprovisionofenvironmentalprotectiontechnicalservices;NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:1.ScopeofServicesPartyAshallprovidethefollowingenvironmentalprotectiontechnicalservicestoPartyB:1.1EnvironmentalImpactAssessment(EIA):PartyAshallconductanEIAstudyinaccordancewithrelevantregulationsandstandardstoassessthepotentialenvironmentalimpactsofPartyB'sproject.1.2AirPollutionControl:PartyAshallprovidetechnicaladviceandsupportforthedesign,installation,andoperationofairpollutioncontrolfacilitiesforPartyB'sproject.1.3WaterPollutionControl:PartyAshallprovidetechnicaladviceandsupportforthedesign,installation,andoperationofwaterpollutioncontrolfacilitiesforPartyB'sproject.1.4SolidWasteManagement:PartyAshallprovidetechnicaladviceandsupportforthedesign,installation,andoperationofsolidwastemanagementfacilitiesforPartyB'sproject.1.5NoiseControl:PartyAshallprovidetechnicaladviceandsupportforthedesign,installation,andoperationofnoisecontrolfacilitiesforPartyB'sproject.2.ResponsibilitiesofPartyA2.1PartyAshallperformtheservicesinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractandrelevantregulationsandstandards.2.2PartyAshallprovidetechnicalpersonnelwiththenecessaryqualificationsandexperiencetoperformtheservices.2.3PartyAshallensurethequalityandeffectivenessoftheservicesprovided.2.4PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithtechnicalreports,drawings,andotherrelevantdocumentswithintheagreedtime.3.ResponsibilitiesofPartyB3.1PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithallnecessaryinformationanddocumentsrelatedtotheproject.3.2PartyBshallcooperatewithPartyAintheimplementationoftheservices.3.3PartyBshallpaythefeesfortheservicesprovidedPartyAinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.4.FeesandPayment4.1ThefeesfortheservicesprovidedPartyAshallbeagreeduponbothpartiesandshallbespecifiedintheannextothisContract.4.2Paymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththepaymentscheduleagreeduponbothparties.4.3PartyBshallmakepaymenttoPartyAwithintheagreedtime.5.ConfidentialityBothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyinformationanddataobtainedduringtheperformanceofthisContract.6.TerminationofContract6.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract.6.2ThisContractmaybeterminatedmutualagreementofbothparties.7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolutionThisContractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiations.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,theyshallbesubmittedtothepeople'scourthavingjurisdictionoverthelocationofPartyBfortrial.8.GeneralProvisions8.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthisContract.8.2AnyamendmentormodificationofthisContractshallbemadeinwritingandsignedbothparties.8.3ThisContractmaybeexecutedintwocopies,eachcopybeingequallyeffective.Annex:FeesandPaymentSchedule1.Fees:EnvironmentalImpactAssessment:_______________AirPollutionControl:_______________WaterPoll
