一、時(shí)間：Time擬定2011年XX月XX日下午15:00PMTheproposedtimeisat15:00p.m.inSeptember,2009.二、地點(diǎn)：Venue酒店模擬火點(diǎn)xxx房simulatedfirevenue:roomXXX酒店疏散平安集合地點(diǎn)xxx大型停車場.ThesafetyassemblyplaceisinXXXparkinglotofResort.三、目的：Purpose通過演習(xí)，檢驗(yàn)并提高酒店火災(zāi)緊急事故下的應(yīng)急處理能力，增強(qiáng)員工消防意識。Byvirtueofthisfiredrill,Resort’sabilityofhandlingurgentfireaccidentcanbeassessedandimproved.Meanwhile,ourstaffs’consciousnessoffiresafetycanbeenhanced.四、工程：Items火災(zāi)的報(bào)警、撲救、疏散與逃生和消防設(shè)備的聯(lián)動(dòng)運(yùn)行。Firealarm,firefighting,evacuationandthejointfunctioningoffirefightingequipments.

1、總經(jīng)理：負(fù)責(zé)滅火應(yīng)急疏散的總指揮與總協(xié)調(diào)，并下達(dá)一切最高有效指令。GeneralManager:Beresponsibleforgeneraldirectionandcoordinationofemergencyevacuation,hegivesthesupremevalidinstructions.2、副總經(jīng)理：協(xié)助總經(jīng)理工作。Vice-generalManager:AssistsGeneralManager.3、各指揮員：布置、指揮本部責(zé)任區(qū)的人員，財(cái)物平安疏散并對其負(fù)全責(zé)。Eachcommander:toarrange,directconcernedstaffsandtakechargeoftransferringproperties.4、各小組組長、副組長：具體落實(shí)所屬指揮員指令。Leadersofeachteam,vice-leaders:tocarryouttheinstructionsgivenbytheircommanders.

6、義務(wù)消防隊(duì)員：接到任何火警信息或聽到所屬區(qū)域疏散警報(bào)時(shí)在第一時(shí)間到消防中心前集合待命隨時(shí)接受指派。

Firedrill四、演習(xí)程序：Drillprocedures<一>開始Atthebeginning15:00模擬火點(diǎn)：xxx房間煙感器報(bào)警，效勞員確認(rèn)火情。Imitatingfirevenueinxxxroomat15:00,smokesdetectorisgivinganalarm.Firesituationsshouldbeconfirmedbyservicestaffs.<二>接警信息處理Thehandlingofalarminformation1、消防中心接到火警信號：FCCreceivesthefirealarmsignala、保持冷靜，快速采取行動(dòng)。Keepcalm,takeactionquickly.b、指派消防巡查員到著火點(diǎn)查看。Sendfirefighterstothefiresceneandhaveitchecked.c、通知總機(jī)和保安部經(jīng)理〔著火地點(diǎn)、火勢、人員等情況〕InformResortOperatorandSecurityManager(firescene,firesituation,personnel...etc.)

Firedrilld、根據(jù)火場火情需要指派滅火⑴,⑵組赴著火點(diǎn)滅火，啟動(dòng)著火層及相關(guān)部位的疏散警報(bào)，每次鳴1分鐘：⑴先啟動(dòng)xxx層，然后關(guān)閉。⑵再啟動(dòng)xxx層，再關(guān)閉。⑶依次啟動(dòng)XXX層，關(guān)閉。Accordingtothefiresituation,sendTeam⑴&Team⑵tothefirescene,startsthefirelayersandrelatedevacuationalarm,thesirenshouldlastatleastoneminuteeachtime.e、按照以上次序滾動(dòng)播放火災(zāi)事故播送。Broadcastthefireaccidentfollowingtheaboveorders.f、根據(jù)火場需要啟動(dòng)相關(guān)部位的消防設(shè)備并接收反響信號。Startrelatedfirefightingequipmentsaccordingtofirescenesituationandreceivefeedbacksignals.g、翻開／關(guān)閉相關(guān)部位的消防聯(lián)動(dòng)控制設(shè)備并接收反響信號Open/Closetherelatedpartsoffirejointcontrollingequipmentsandreceivethefeedbacksignals.

ReceivereportingfromFCCorotherfirealarmsignals.通知:總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理、總工程師、保安經(jīng)理、房務(wù)總監(jiān)、前廳經(jīng)理,餐飲總監(jiān)、財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)、市場銷售總監(jiān)、市場傳媒經(jīng)理、人力資源部總監(jiān)、SPA總監(jiān)、高爾

夫總監(jiān)Inform:GeneralManager,Vice-GeneralManager,Directorofengineer,SecurityManager,DirectorofRooms,FOManager,DirectorofF&B,DirectorofFinance,DirectorofS&M,DirectorofHR,DirectorofSPA,DirectorofGolf.

備注：總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理、總工程師、保安經(jīng)理前往消防中心，迅速布署本部責(zé)任區(qū)的人員、財(cái)物疏散任務(wù)，疏散警報(bào)響時(shí)開始疏散，完畢在集合點(diǎn)集合。Notes:Generalmanager,Vice-GeneralManager,DirectorofengineerandSecurityManagershouldhurrytoFCCtodeploytasksofstaffs&propertiestransferring.Evacuationstartsassoonasthealarmrings.Allpeopleshouldgatherattheassemblingplaceatlast.

Firedrill<三>滅火

Firefighting

根據(jù)火場需要和消防中心指令滅火組立刻趕赴著火點(diǎn)滅火：

AccordingtothefiresituationandFCCinstruction,thefirefightingteamshouldrushtofirevenuetoputoutthefire.

1、滅火組：從消防電梯趕赴著火點(diǎn)操作最近的消防栓向xxx房射水。Firefightingteam:RushtofirescenefromfireemergencyelevatorandusethenearestfirehydranttosquirtwatertowardsRoomxxx.

備注：Notes:

⑴滅火組必須在3分鐘之內(nèi)趕到著火點(diǎn)。

Firefightingteammustarriveatfirescenewithinthreeminutes.⑵滅火組射水1分鐘后關(guān)閥。Afteroneminute’ssquirtingwater,firefightingteamshouldclosethevalve.

Firedrill<四>疏散Evacuation1、各部門接疏散警報(bào)立即進(jìn)行疏散。《警報(bào)聲響時(shí)長1分鐘》Assoonasreceivingevacuationorder,eachdepartmentshouldevacuateimmediately.(thefirealarmshouldlastoneminute)2、疏散原那么：先人后物、先貴重后一般。Principlesofevacuation:personscomefirstwhilethingscomeaftervaluablethingscomefirstwhileordinaryonescomeafter.3、平安集合點(diǎn)：xxx停車場。Safetyassemblingplace:xxxparkinglot.4、平安集合點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人：人力資源部經(jīng)理／前廳部經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)在集合點(diǎn)安撫清點(diǎn)客人、員工：收集各部門疏散情報(bào)并向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。LeaderofSafetyassemblingplace:HRManager／FOManager.Theyareinchargeofconciliatingguestsandstaffs,collectingevacuationinformationofeachdepartmentandmakingreportstoGM.

Firedrill火場的逃生路線

Firedrill前廳部的疏散EvacuationofFODepartment

1、前臺主管打印住客清單并交大堂副理，收集所有客人登記卡、房卡機(jī)放到保險(xiǎn)箱鎖好。TheFrontOfficesupervisorprintsalistofguestsandhanditovertothehallassistantmanager,collectsguestregistrationcard,roomcard,thenputstheminthesafetydepositandlockitup.

2、客房經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)疏散樓層客人，并在每個(gè)房間門上用粉筆做“√”標(biāo)示TheGuestroomManagerisresponsibleforevacuatingtheguestsoneachfloorandchalk“√”oneachdoor.3、商務(wù)中心員工做好電腦系統(tǒng)平安保護(hù)，并關(guān)閉電源前往疏散集合點(diǎn)。Thebusinesscenterstaffsshouldmaintainthecomputersystem,closethepowersupplyandthenheadfortheassemblingplace.4、前臺員工、總機(jī)，做好電腦系統(tǒng)平安保護(hù)，并關(guān)閉電源前往疏散集合點(diǎn)。ThestaffsofFrontOfficeandResortOperatorshouldmaintainthecomputersystem,closethepowersupplyandthengototheassemblingplace.

Firedrill5、行李員封存行李，并協(xié)助樓層客人，殘疾客人、VIP客人，客梯、大堂區(qū)域客人疏散撤離。

Theportersshouldsealthebaggage,helpallguests(disableguestsandVIPguests)toevacuatetothesafeplace.6、車隊(duì)司機(jī)準(zhǔn)備車輛轉(zhuǎn)移傷員和客人。Thedriversshouldpreparecarstotransferthewoundedpeopleandguests.7、值班經(jīng)理和私人管家經(jīng)理協(xié)助疏散大堂客人，并對其進(jìn)行安撫。

TheDutyManagerandHeadButlerManagerhelpthegueststoevacuateandpacifythem.8、值班經(jīng)理在確定所有疏散工作都已完成、各員工都已撤離，迅速趕往集合點(diǎn)向人力資源部經(jīng)理匯報(bào)情況。

theDutyManagermakingsuretheevacuationhasbeendone,allstaffshaveevacuatedsafely,heshouldhurriestotheassemblingplaceandreportstoHRManager.

FiredrillSpa\Golf的疏散TheevacuationofSpa/GolfDepartment1、穩(wěn)定客人情緒停止客人所有活動(dòng)，引導(dǎo)使用最近的平安通道撤離至平安集合點(diǎn)。Trytokeeptheguests’motionstableandstopallactivities,guidethemtowithdrawtoasafeplaceviathenearestsafetyexit.

2、關(guān)閉電源、蒸氣閥門，檢查所有按摩房、更衣室、功能廳,接待廳確保無人留在里面，并用粉筆做已疏散標(biāo)志“√”，然后撤離至集合點(diǎn)，向集合點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人匯報(bào)。Closepowersupply,fumevalvedoor,checkallmassagerooms,lockerrooms,functionhalls,receptionhalls,makesurethatnobodyisinsideandchalk"√“onthedoors,thenheadfortheassemblingplaceandreporttotheleader.

Firedrill客房部的疏散TheevacuationofHSKP1、樓層客房：主管領(lǐng)班分配并協(xié)助效勞員引導(dǎo)疏散酒店所有客房客人，并在每間房門上用粉筆做已疏散標(biāo)志“√”，撤離至集合點(diǎn)。GuestroomFloor:TheFloorsupervisorassignsattendantstoevacuatealltheguests,chalksevacuationmark"√“oneachdoor,thenwithdrawstotheassemblingplace.2、洗衣房：主管領(lǐng)班負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)閉電源停止設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，關(guān)閉蒸汽閥門。引導(dǎo)員工最近的平安通道撤離到平安集合點(diǎn)。Laundry:Thesupervisorisresponsibleforshuttingdownthepowersupply,stoppingtheequipmentsandclosingsteamvalve.Theyshouldguidethestaffstowithdrawviathenearestsafepassageway.3、樓層、洗衣房、PA疏散負(fù)責(zé)人：向行政管家匯報(bào)疏散情況，并由行政管家匯總向人力資源部經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。Floor,laundry,PAevacuationresponsibleprincipal:reporttoExecutiveHousekeeper.Lateron,theExecutiveHousekeepergivesasummeryreporttoHRManager.4、PA員工：須保證本區(qū)域衛(wèi)生間的客人已被撤離疏散。并在洗手間門上用粉筆做已疏散標(biāo)志“√”。PAstaffsmustensurethattheguestsinhis/herdistricthaveevacuated.Chalkevacuationmark"√"onwashingrooms’doors.

Firedrill餐飲部的疏散TheEvacuationofF&B

1、中餐、西餐、宴會廳的負(fù)責(zé)人指揮效勞員引導(dǎo)客人從最近的平安通道撤離至集合點(diǎn)，檢查所有包廂，衛(wèi)生間確保無人留在里面，并在門上用粉筆做已疏散標(biāo)志“√”，熄滅所有明火、關(guān)閉氣源、電源開關(guān)，然后冷靜撤離至集合點(diǎn)。TheresponsibleprincipalsofChinese,WesternrestaurantsandBanquetshouldorderthewaitersandwaitresstoleadgueststowithdrawviathenearestsafepassageway.Theyshouldcheckallreservedboxesandwashingroomstoensurethatnobodyisinside,chalkevacuationmark"√"onthedoors.Afterturningoffalllights,closinggassourceandpowerswitch,theymustwithdrawtotheassemblingplace.

2、各廚房停止一切操作關(guān)閉氣源電源，熄滅所有明火，冷靜撤離至集合點(diǎn)。Operationsineachkitchenshouldshutdown,thegassupplybeclosed,alllightsbeturnedoff.

3、各營業(yè)廳和廚房負(fù)責(zé)人將疏散情況匯報(bào)給餐飲總監(jiān)，由餐飲總監(jiān)匯總報(bào)告集合點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人。EachbusinesshallandkitchenprincipalshouldreporttheevacuationsituationtotheDirectorofF&B,whileDirectorofF&Bgivesasummeryreporttotheleaderofassemblingplace.

Firedrill工程部在火災(zāi)、疏散時(shí)的動(dòng)作WhatshouldENGdoduringEvacuation

1、值班工程師指派電工、水工迅速到達(dá)自己崗位〔發(fā)電機(jī)房、消防水泵房、配電房〕及時(shí)排除出現(xiàn)的故障，確保消防用水用電和消防設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)作。Dutyengineersendstheelectricians,waterworkerstotheirposts(generatorroom,firewaterpumproomandswitchinghouse)toeliminatethemalfunctionintime,ensuringthatwater&electricitysupplyandfirefightequipmentsallrunwell.

2、根據(jù)火場需要和指令停掉非消防電源、空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)或啟動(dòng)消防水泵等相關(guān)設(shè)備〔在消防中心聯(lián)動(dòng)失敗的情況下〕。AccordingtothefiresituationandinstructionsofFCC,theyshouldcutoffthenon-firefightingpower,air-conditioningandventilationsystemorstartthefirewaterpumpsetc.(incasethatFCClinkagefunctioningfails)

Firedrill3、工程技工在得到總工程師指令需要撤離時(shí)方可撤離至集合點(diǎn)，未得到許可不得擅離崗位。

EngineeringtechnicianscannotleavetheirpostsorwithdrawuntiltheygettheinstructionsbyChiefEngineer.4、值班工程師在確保各崗技工都已撤離時(shí)向總工程師匯報(bào)，并由總工程師匯總報(bào)告集合點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人。

Theengineersondutyshouldensurethatalltechnicianshaveevacuated,thenreportsittoChiefengineer,whiletheChiefengineergivesasummeryreporttoleaderofassemblingplace.
