PartyBshallsupplyandinstallplasticsteelwindowsanddoors(hereinafterreferredtoas"theProducts")forPartyA'sprojectlocatedat[Projectaddress].TheProductsshallbeusedfor[Purposeofuse,suchasresidentialbuilding,commercialbuilding,etc.].

2.SpecificRequirements

MaterialQuality:TheplasticsteelprofilesshallbemadeofhighqualityPVCmaterialswithathicknessofnotlessthan[X]mm.Thesteellininginsidetheprofilesshallbemadeofgalvanizedsteelwithathicknessofnotlessthan[X]mm.Theglassusedforthewindowsanddoorsshallbe[Typeofglass,e.g.,temperedglass,doubleglazedglass]withathicknessof[X]mm,meetingtherelevantnationalandindustrystandards.

III.RightsandObligationsoftheParties

PartyAhastherighttorequestPartyBtomakecorrectionsorreplacementsincasetheProductsdonotmeetthecontractspecifications.

PartyAhastherighttoreceiveaftersalesservicefromPartyBwithinthewarrantyperiodasstipulatedinthiscontract.

Obligations

PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithnecessaryconstructionconditions,suchasaccesstotheconstructionsite,water,electricity,andstoragespacefortheProducts.

PartyAshallpaythepurchasepricetoPartyBinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsstipulatedinthiscontract.

PartyAshallcooperatewithPartyBduringtheinstallationprocessandproviderelevantinformationandassistanceasrequired.

2.RightsandObligationsofPartyB

Rights

PartyBhastherighttoreceivethepurchasepricefromPartyAinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsofthiscontract.

PartyBhastherighttorequestPartyAtoprovidenecessaryassistanceandcooperationduringtheinstallationprocess.

Obligations

PartyBshallsupplyandinstalltheProductsinstrictaccordancewiththecontractspecifications,nationalandindustrystandards,andconstructionprocedures.

PartyBshallberesponsibleforthetransportation,storage,andprotectionoftheProductsbeforeinstallationtoensuretheirquality.

PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithproductqualitycertificates,installationinstructions,andotherrelevantdocuments.

PartyBshallberesponsibleforthesafetyoftheconstructionsiteduringtheinstallationprocessandcomplywithrelevantsafetyregulations.

PartyBshallprovideaftersalesservicetoPartyAwithinthewarrantyperiodasstipulatedinthiscontract.

IV.PriceandPaymentTerms

1.Price

V.DeliveryandInstallation

1.DeliveryTime

PartyBshalldelivertheProductstotheconstructionsiteon[Deliverydate].Incaseofforcemajeureorotherunforeseeablecircumstances,PartyBshallnotifyPartyAinwritinginatimelymannerandthedeliverytimeshallbepostponedaccordingly.

2.InstallationTime

3.DeliveryandInstallationLocation

VI.Warranty

1.WarrantyPeriod

PartyBshallprovideawarrantyperiodof[Numberofyears]yearsfortheProductsstartingfromthedateofpassingPartyA'sfinalinspection.

2.WarrantyContent

Duringthewarrantyperiod,PartyBshallberesponsibleforfreerepair,replacement,ormaintenanceoftheProductsincaseofqualityproblemscausedbymanufacturingdefectsormaterialproblems.

3.WarrantyObligations

PartyBshallrespondtoPartyA'swarrantyrequestswithin[Numberofhours]hoursandarriveatthesiteforinspectionandrepairwithin[Numberofdays]days.

VII.LiabilityforBreachofContract

1.LiabilityofPartyA

IfPartyAfailstopaythepurchasepriceinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsofthiscontract,PartyAshallpayPartyBalatepaymentpenaltyof[Percentage]%oftheoverdueamountforeachdayofdelay.

IfPartyAfailstoprovidenecessaryconstructionconditionsorcooperation,resultinginPartyB'sinabilitytoperformthecontract,PartyAshallberesponsibleforthelossessufferedbyPartyB.

2.LiabilityofPartyB

IfPartyBfailstodelivertheProductsontime,PartyBshallpayPartyAapenaltyof[Percentage]%ofthetotalpurchasepriceforeachdayofdelay.

VIII.DisputeResolution

Incaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthiscontract,thetwopartiesshallfirsttrytoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlyconsultations.Iftheconsultationsfail,eitherpartyhastherighttosubmitthedisputeto[Arbitrationinstitutionorcourtname]forarbitrationorlitigationinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.

IX.Miscellaneous

1.Confidentiality

Bothpartiesshallkeepconfidentialalltheinformationobtainedduringtheperformanceofthiscontract,includingbutnotlimitedtobusinesssecrets,technicalinformation,andcustomerinformation.
