2025汽車租賃合同中英文合同范本AutomobileRentalContract(English-ChineseVersion)Date:ThisAutomobileRentalContract("Contract")isenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetweenthefollowingparties:PartyA(Lessor):Name:Address:ContactInformation:PartyB(Lessee):Name:Address:ContactInformation:1.VehicleInformationMakeandModel:YearofManufacture:**VIN(VehicleIdentificationNumber):**LicensePlateNumber:**Color:Theaforementionedvehicle(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"RentedVehicle")isownedbyPartyAandwillbeleasedtoPartyBforuseduringthetermofthisContract.2.TermofRentalTherentalperiod("LeaseTerm")shallcommenceonandterminateon.Unlessextendedorterminatedinaccordancewiththetermshereof,theRentedVehiclemustbereturnedtoPartyAbyPartyBonorbeforetheterminationdatespecifiedabove.3.RentalFeesandPaymentTerms3.1Themonthlyrentalfee("RentalFee")shallbe人民幣yuan(￥).3.2PartyBshallpaytheRentalFeeinadvanceonthedayofeachmonthduringtheLeaseTerm.3.3InadditiontotheRentalFee,PartyBshallbearallexpensesrelatedtotheuseoftheRantedVehicle,includingbutnotlimitedtofuel,parkingfees,tolls,andtrafficviolations.4.SecurityDepositPartyBshallpayasecuritydeposit("Deposit")of人民幣yuan(￥)atthetimeofsigningthisContract.TheDepositshallbeusedtocoveranydamages,defaults,orotherliabilitiesincurredbyPartyBduringtheLeaseTerm.UponterminationofthisContractanduponthereturnoftheRentedVehicleingoodcondition,PartyAshallrefundtheDeposit,lessanydeductionsfordamagesordefaults.5.UseoftheRentedVehicle5.1PartyBagreestousetheRentedVehiclestrictlyforthepurposeof.AnyotherusewithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromPartyAconstitutesabreachofthisContract.5.2PartyBshallnotlease,sublease,orassigntherighttousetheRantedVehicletoanythirdpartywithoutthewrittenconsentofPartyA.5.3PartyBagreestodrivetheRentedVehicleonlyby(namesandlicensenumberstobespecifiedinanappendix).6.MaintenanceandRepairs6.1PartyBshallmaintaintheRentedVehicleingoodconditionandpromptlynotifyPartyAofanydamageormalfunction.6.2AnyordinarywearandtearresultingfromnormaluseshallnotbeconsideredasdamagesforwhichPartyBisliable.However,anyintentionaldamage,negligence,orunauthorizedmodificationtotheRantedVehicleshallbetheresponsibilityofPartyB.7.Insurance7.1PartyAshallobtaincomprehensiveinsurancecoveragefortheRentedVehicle,includingbutnotlimitedtocollisioncoverageandliabilityinsurance.7.2PartyBagreestobearanyadditionalcostsassociatedwithusingtheRentedVehicleinviolationofthisContractorduetonegligence.8.Liability8.1PartyBshallbesolelyresponsibleforanyaccidents,injuries,ordamagescausedbytheoperationoftheRantedVehicleduringtheLeaseTerm.8.2PartyAshallnotbeliableforanyloss,damage,orliabilityarisingfromtheuseoftheRentedVehiclebyPartyB,exceptincasesofwilfulmisconductorgrossnegligenceonthepartofPartyA.9.TerminationandReturn9.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupondays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermshereofandfailstocuresuchbreachwithindaysafterreceivingnoticethereof.9.2Upontermination,PartyBshallreturntheRentedVehicletoPartyAattheagreedlocationingoodcondition,togetherwithallkeys,manuals,andaccessories.10.GoverningLawThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatingtothisContractshallberesolvedthrough友好協(xié)商(amicablenegotiation).Ifnegotiationsfail,themattershallbesubmittedtothejurisdictionofthe人民法院(court)forresolution.11.EntireAgreementThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenPartyAandPartyBregardingtherentaloftheRentedVehicle.Anyprioragreements,representations,orunderstandingsnotexpressedhereinareherebysupersededandshallbeofnoeffect.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartie
