1Scope

Thisstandardspecifiesthetermsanddefinitions,typesofturnout,requirements,testmethods,inspection

rules,safetyandenvironmentalprotection,marking,packaging,transportationandstorage,warrantyperiodfor

mediumandlowspeedmaglevtransitturnout.

Thisstandardisapplicabletothemanufactureandacceptanceofmediumandlowspeedmaglevtransit

turnout,withthestraightspeedofnotmorethan120km/handthelateralspeedofnotmorethan25km/h.

Forthepurposeofthisdocument,thefollowingtermsanddefinitionsapply.

Mainbodyofstructure

Themainstressedcomponentsof人人文庫(kù)theturnout,includingtheturnoutbeam,trolley,hingedconnectionrod,

connectiondeviceatmovableend,connectiondeviceforF-typedrail,F(xiàn)-typedrail,whichsupportthemaglev

vehiclesandparticipateintheturningofturnout.

Mediumandlowspeedmaglevturnout

Thelineswitchingequipmentofmediumandlowspeedmaglevlinewhichconsistsofthemainbodyof

structure,driving,locking,controlandsignalingsystems,etc.,andisclassifiedintothesimpleturnout,three-

throwturnout,bilateralturnout,singlecrossoverandscissorscrossoveraccordingtothestructuralcompositionand

thelinestateafterswitching.

3.3

Switchtimeforturnout

Thedurationneededfromthetimetheturnoutcontrolsystemreceivestheswitchingcommandtothetimethe

turnoutcompletestheswitchingandsendsoutthepositionindicationsignal.

Fixedendofturnout

Thestationaryendoftheturnoutintheprocessofswitching.

Thethreecentralpointsonwhichthethreeturnoutbeamsturnrespectively,andtheyareorderedasthefirst,

Thetangentlineoffittingcircularcurveofturnoutatthefirstcenterofturning.

Radiusofturnout

Thecircumradiusofthepolylineformedbythecenterlinesofallthesectionsoftracksontheturnout.

Switchdistanceofturnout

Thedistancebetweentheterminalpointofactiveendandthereferencelineofturnoutaftertheswitchingof

turnout.

Trackstructureofturnout

Thestructuralpartcarryingthevehicleabovetheinfrastructure,專用whichconsistsoftheinductionplate,guide
