KYN28-I2鎧裝式金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備（如下簡(jiǎn)稱KYN28-I2開(kāi)關(guān)柜）合用于三相交流

50Hz、7.2-12kV單母線及單母線分段電力系統(tǒng)，具有“五防”功能。開(kāi)關(guān)柜的可移開(kāi)部分

可配置真空斷路器和真空接觸器等元器件。

若開(kāi)關(guān)柜運(yùn)行地區(qū)時(shí)濕度較高，溫度波動(dòng)速度較快且幅度較大，開(kāi)關(guān)柜在這種氣候環(huán)境下運(yùn)

行，就有凝露的危險(xiǎn)，因此開(kāi)關(guān)柜在備用和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下，顧客應(yīng)保證加熱器全天侯投入！但

在大電流運(yùn)行中，可以不投入。

2.2耐內(nèi)部故障電弧性能

IEC298進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格口勺試驗(yàn)，能有效地保證設(shè)備及操作人員的I安全。

3開(kāi)關(guān)柜構(gòu)造概述

3.1基本構(gòu)造(圖3/1)

Basicstructure(Figure3/1)

開(kāi)關(guān)柜由固定的柜體和真空斷路器手車構(gòu)成，這是它的基本構(gòu)造。開(kāi)關(guān)柜及安裝的電氣元件見(jiàn)圖

34。進(jìn)線柜或出線柜是基本柜方案，并有派牛.方案，如母線分段柜或計(jì)量柜等。此外，尚有配置固定

式負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)、真空接觸器手車、隔離手車等方案。開(kāi)關(guān)柜靠墻或面對(duì)面安裝。構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)和柜內(nèi)安裝設(shè)

備，可見(jiàn)訂貨文獻(xiàn)。

3.2外殼和隔板

Enclosureandclapboard

開(kāi)關(guān)柜日勺外殼和隔板由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板制成，具有很強(qiáng)的抗氧化、耐腐蝕功能，且剛度和機(jī)械強(qiáng)度比一

般低碳鋼板高。三個(gè)高壓室的頂部都裝有壓力釋放板。出現(xiàn)內(nèi)部故障時(shí)，高壓室內(nèi)氣壓升高，由于柜

門已可靠密封，高壓氣體將沖開(kāi)壓力釋放板釋放出來(lái)。相鄰的開(kāi)關(guān)柜由各自的側(cè)板隔開(kāi)，拼柜后仍有

空氣緩沖層，可以防止開(kāi)關(guān)柜被故障電弧貫穿熔化。低壓室D裝配成獨(dú)立隔室，與高壓區(qū)域分隔開(kāi)。

隔板將斷路器室B和電纜室C隔開(kāi)，雖然斷路器手車移開(kāi)(此時(shí)活門會(huì)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉)，也能防止操作者

觸及母線室A和電纜室C內(nèi)的帶電部分。卸下緊固螺栓就可移開(kāi)水平隔板，便「電纜密封終端的安裝。

plat.Adjacentswitchgearsareisolatedbyitsselfsideboard,afterputtingtheswitchgearstogether,airbuffer

layerexistyet,itmaypreventtheswitchgearsfromprongingandmeltedbyelectricarc.Low-voltagevaultD

isseparateroomwithhigh-pressurearea.ClapboardspaceisolatetheVCBvaultBwithcablevaultC,evenif

VCB.truckismoved(herethevalveisclosedself-motion),canpreventtheoperatorfromtouchingthe

electrificationpartsofbusbarvaultAandcablevaultC.releasingthetightenbolt,thelevelclapboardis

removed,convenientforinstallationofcablesealterminal.

3.3開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)的小室

斷路器室(見(jiàn)附圖3/1,3/3,3/5,3/6)

VCBvault(figure3/1,3/3,3/5,3/6showing)

斷路器手車裝在有導(dǎo)軌的斷路器室B內(nèi)，可在運(yùn)行、試驗(yàn)/隔離兩個(gè)不一樣位置之間移動(dòng)。當(dāng)手車從運(yùn)

行位置向試驗(yàn)/隔離位置移動(dòng)時(shí)，活門會(huì)自動(dòng)蓋住靜觸頭，反向運(yùn)行則打開(kāi)。手車能在開(kāi)關(guān)柜門關(guān)閉的

狀況下操作，通過(guò)門上口勺觀測(cè)窗可以看到手車的位置、手車上不JON(斷路器合閘)/OFF(斷路器分

間)按鈕、合分閘狀態(tài)指示器和儲(chǔ)能/釋放狀況指示器。

VCB(ruckisinstalledinVCBvaultBwithtrack,maymoveinthemiddleof(hepositiontoserviceand

test/disconnected.Whilethe(ruckmovefromservicepositiontotest/disconnectedposition,thevalvecan

coverun-movecontactinself-molion,openwhenmovingreverse.Thetruckcanbeoperatedwhenthetruck

vaultdoorisclosed,whileyoucanwatchthepositionofthetruck,on(VCBtripping)/off(VCBclosing)push

knobinthetruck,closeandopenindicatorandcharging/rclcasingindicatorbyinspectionwindow.

斷路器手車

VCBtruck

手車可采用手動(dòng)進(jìn)行移動(dòng)?？蚣苡珊辖痄摪迤囱b而成，上面裝斷路器和其他設(shè)備。具有彈簧觸頭

系統(tǒng)的觸牌裝在斷路器的極柱上，當(dāng)于車插入到運(yùn)行位置時(shí)起電氣聯(lián)接作用。于車于開(kāi)關(guān)柜之間的信

號(hào)、保護(hù)和控制線，用一種控制線插頭聯(lián)接。手車剛插入開(kāi)關(guān)柜就固定在試驗(yàn)/隔離位置，同步也可靠

地聯(lián)接到開(kāi)關(guān)柜H勺接地系統(tǒng)。手車的所在位置，能通過(guò)觀測(cè)窗或裝在低壓室面板上的手車電氣位置指

示器看到。

除真空斷路器外，手車可配真空接觸器、隔離裝置和計(jì)量設(shè)備等。

oflow-voltage.

BesidetheVCB,theTruckcanbeequippedthevacuumcontactor、isolateddeviceandthemeasuring

equipment.

母線室

Busbarcompartment

母線從一種開(kāi)關(guān)柜引至另一種開(kāi)關(guān)柜，通過(guò)度支母線和套管固定。矩形的分支母線直接用螺栓聯(lián)

接到生母線上，不需任何聯(lián)接夾。所有母線和分支母線都用熱縮套管覆蓋。套管板和套管將柜與柜之

間的母線隔離起來(lái)，并有支撐作用。對(duì)電動(dòng)應(yīng)力大的開(kāi)關(guān)柜，一般需要這種支持。

電纜室(圖3/D

Cablecompartment(drawing3/1)

電流互感器和接地開(kāi)關(guān)裝在電纜室后部。電纜室也可安裝避雷器。當(dāng)電纜室門打開(kāi)后，有足夠的

空間供施工人員進(jìn)入柜內(nèi)安裝電纜(最多可并接6根)。蓋在電纜入口處H勺底板可采用非導(dǎo)磁H勺不銹

鋼板，是開(kāi)縫的，可拆卸R勺，便于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工。底板中穿越一、二次甩纜的變徑密封圈開(kāi)孔應(yīng)與所裝電

柜間連線，右側(cè)線槽用來(lái)敷設(shè)開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部連線。低壓室側(cè)板上有控制線穿越孔，以便控制電源的聯(lián)接。

3.4防止誤操作的聯(lián)鎖/保護(hù)

Interlocks/protectionsforpreventingmishandling

具有一系列H勺聯(lián)鎖裝置，從主線上防止出現(xiàn)危險(xiǎn)局面和也許引起嚴(yán)重后果的誤操作，因此有效

地保護(hù)了操作人員和開(kāi)關(guān)柜。聯(lián)鎖裝置地功能如下：

斷路器和接地開(kāi)關(guān)在分閘位置.時(shí)，手車能從試驗(yàn)/隔離位置移動(dòng)到運(yùn)行位置。在這種分閘狀態(tài)

下，反向移動(dòng)也行（機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖）。
