一、用途

一、Purpose

QDZ-750型汽車袋裝水泥裝車機是我公司為適應(yīng)市場需要而開發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品。它主要用于將包裝機下

面的輸送帶輸送出來的袋裝水泥，通過該機直接輸送到5氣車斗上。這種直接輸送到;氣車斗上的裝車方法,

可以節(jié)省裝車的勞動力，提高裝車的效率，減少搬運、裝卸過程中所造成的破袋現(xiàn)象。

TheQDZ-750automobilesackedcementloadingmachineisthenewproductofour

companytoadapttothemarketrequirementdevelopment.Itismainlyusedtotransportthe

sackedcementwhichistransportedbytheconveyerbelttotheautomobilefights.Thismethod

cansavelaborforce,enhancetheefficiency,andavoidbrokenbagphenomenonwhichcaused

bytransporting,loadingandunloading.

汽車袋裝水泥裝車機是由水平皮帶機、傾斜皮帶機、電控柜、動力傳動等部分組成。該機共有3個動

力：

1.裝車機的行走驅(qū)動電機，功率為2.2kw,其水平行走速度為0.21m/s.

水平皮帶機與傾斜皮帶機的皮帶驅(qū)動共用一臺電棚區(qū)動?？梢允箖蓚€輸送皮帶同步、帶速一致。整機

的行走由固定在水平皮帶機架下面的減速機通過鏈條傳動帶動車輪轉(zhuǎn)動來實現(xiàn)前后行走.傾斜皮帶機通過

電葫蘆提升，擺動角度大，能適應(yīng)大、中、小型運輸車的裝車高度。該機設(shè)計合理結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊，使用維

護方便。

transportvehiclethroughtheliftofthetrolleyhoist.Themachineisreasonabledesigned,easy

touseandmaintain.

四、安裝

四、Installation

1.開箱檢查：按裝箱單核對隨機配件是否齊全，檢查各零部件在運輸和搬運過程中有無損壞。

l.Inspectionafteropeningthebox:checkwhetherthematchingpartsareallthereaccording

tothepackinglist,andwhetherthereisdamageduringthetransportationandinthetransporting

process.

2.在欲安裝裝車機的樓層上按附圖中的軌距要求（兩軌道中心距1210mm;軌道上面標(biāo)高+5.00m）

固定兩根P18輕軌，供裝車機在軌道上往返行走；兩軌道要求相互平行不得有彎曲，并且兩軌道上平面在

同一水平面內(nèi),軌道水平布置不得有坡度。如圖1所示在每根軌道兩端應(yīng)加焊限位擋鐵，以防止接近開關(guān)

失效時裝車機跑出軌道。

2.Onthefloorwherealoadingmachinewillbeinstalled,twoP18lighttracks[theorbital

centerdistancebetweenthetwoare1210mm,andtheorbitalelevation+5.00m)onwhichthe

loadingmachinegoesbackandfortharefixedaccordingtotheattachedfigure.Thetwotracks

arerequiredtobeparalleledwithoutcurve,andthetopsurfacesofthetwotracksarerequired

inthestateofwaterlevelwithoutanyslope.AsshowninFigure1,aspacingblockingsteelshould

beweldedateachsideofthetracks,whichcanpreventtheloadingmachinefromrunningoff

thetracks.

軌道track

3.裝車機機架的組裝如圖2所示以水平皮帶機架的組裝為例。斜皮帶機與水平皮帶機機架結(jié)構(gòu)相似。

發(fā)貨時機架已經(jīng)分段組裝好，安裝環(huán)形皮帶時需要將一側(cè)的大梁解體，套上環(huán)形皮帶后再將惻梁組裝好.

安裝托輯時要求托尚由線與大梁的側(cè)面垂直并且各托輕軸線以及滾筒軸線相互平行，用手撥動托餛應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動

靈活。圖示為水平皮帶機一段機架的組裝，各段之間通過銷軸和螺栓連接。

assemblyasanexample.Therackstructureofslantingbeltmachineandthehorizontalbelt

machinearesimilar.Therackhasbeenassembledwellbeforedelivering.Wheninstallingtheloop

belt,onesidesummerbeamshouldbedisintegrated,andthenreassembledafterputtingonthe

loopbelt.Wheninstallingthesupportingroller,therolleraxisandthesideofthesummerbeam

shouldbevertical,andtherolleraxisandcylinderaxisshouldbeparalleled.Thesupportingroller

shouldrotatenimblywhenmovingwithhand.Thegraphshowsasectionoftherackassembly

ofhorizontalbeltmachine;sectionsareconnectedbypinbearingsandbolts.

4.水平皮帶傳動部分的組裝婦圖3所示:聯(lián)軸器組裝時要使減速機軸與滾筒軸軸線同心，并在兩個半

聯(lián)軸器之間留1~2mm間隙。

7.將裝車機各部分都組裝好后，環(huán)形皮帶也安裝好以后再進行整體組裝。用與斜皮帶機相連的左右連

接梁，前端通過梁連接板與行走副車連接，后端通過銷軸與水平皮帶機相連（如圖6所示X各滾筒安裝

完后，沒裝環(huán)形皮帶以前用手撥動應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動靈活。安裝車輪罩時要將帶有豁口的車輪罩裝在頭尾車輪處。鏈

輪安裝時主動鏈輪和從動鏈輪的輪齒幾何中心平面應(yīng)重合，鏈條松緊要適度，鏈條松邊垂度按4?8mm調(diào)

整。環(huán)形皮帶的松緊要適當(dāng)，通過改向滾筒兩側(cè)的絲杠進行調(diào)節(jié)。

Thefrontendtheleftandrightconnectingbeamconnectedwiththeslantingbeltmachineis

used.Thefrontendisconnectedwiththeattachedwalkingmachinethroughthebeam

connectingboard.Therearendisconnectedwithparalleledbeltmachinethroughpinbearing.

(Asshowninfigure6)Afterroller'sinstallment,therollersshouldrotatenimblywhenmovingit

withhandsbeforetheloopbelt'sinstallment.Wheninstallingthewheelcover,thecoverwith

openingshouldbeinstalledonthefrontandthenendwheel.Wheninstallingthesprocket,the

geometriccenterplaneofthedrivesprocketandthedrivensprocketshouldbesuperposed.The

chainwheelelasticityshouldbemoderateandthesidechainshouldbeadjustedtoabout4-

8mm.Theelasticityofloopbeltalsoshouldbemoderate.Itisadjustedthroughtheleverson

eachsideofthecylinder.

8.電葫蘆的安裝：電葫蘆安裝在行走副車頭部的兩槽鋼之間，電動葫蘆安裝牢靠。電動葫蘆上下升降

限位開關(guān)調(diào)整位置適當(dāng)；

9.本機的前后行走限位通過接近開關(guān)控制，如圖7所示將接近開關(guān)安裝在頭部車輪罩的外側(cè)，并在裝

車機行走的前后極限位置在鐵軌上各焊接一個接近開關(guān)感應(yīng)板。

10.為了安全起見除了電葫蘆自帶的上升下降限位開關(guān)外，本機還增加了一個斜皮帶上限位開關(guān)，通過

行程開關(guān)控制。如圖8所示,將斜皮帶機提升到接近上升的極限位置,將行程開關(guān)架現(xiàn)場焊接在裝車機頭

部的行走車輪的副車架上，行程開關(guān)碰板與輸送吊架現(xiàn)場焊接好。

11.本機配有兩根安全鏈，一端安裝在輸送吊架上，另一端安裝在頭部電葫蘆兩側(cè)的槽鋼上。在裝車機

周邊應(yīng)架設(shè)可靠的防護欄桿由廠家根據(jù)場地情況自行制作安裝。

12.本機配有一個主電控箱和3個按鈕盒。主電控箱安裝在裝車機頭部側(cè)面可隨裝車機一起前后行走。

3個按鈕盒其中兩個（如圖9所示）安裝在斜皮帶頭部兩側(cè)，另一個按鈕盒可根據(jù)廠家的實際情況安裝在

墻壁領(lǐng)它便于操作的地方。

theslantingbelthead,thethirdonemaybeinstalledonthewallorotherplaceswhereis

convenienttooperateaccordingtothepracticalcondition.

13.安裝時應(yīng)有安全措施及安全警示標(biāo)志。在操作人員附近明顯位置設(shè)有"設(shè)備下方嚴(yán)禁站人”的標(biāo)

示.

14.安裝完成后，檢查機械固定部位應(yīng)緊固,各緊固件不得有松動，活動部位應(yīng)靈活可靠,

15按照外部接線圖，依次閉合斷路器QF1、QF2、QF3、QF4、QF5,控制箱門和下按鈕盒上的電源

指示燈點亮。

16按下SB5、SB6、SB13按鈕，斜皮帶上升，按下SB7、SB8、SB14按鈕，斜皮帶下降；按下SB9、

SB10、SB15按鈕，裝車機前進；按下SB11、SB12、SB16按鈕，裝車機后退。以上按鈕都是點動按鈕，

不帶自鎖功能。

16.TheslantingbeltwillrisewhenpressingSB5,SB6buttons;theSB13button,theslanting

beltwilldropwhenpressingdownSB7,SB8,SB14buttons;theloadingmachinewillgoadvance

whenpressingdownSB9,SB10,SB15buttons;theloadingmachinewillgobackwhenpressing

SB11,SB12,SB16button.Allthebuttonsabovemustbepressedbyhand,withouttheself-locking

function.

17.裝車機的前進、后退，斜皮帶的上升，都有限位開關(guān)，當(dāng)限位開關(guān)動作后，裝車機動作停止。

18按下SB3或SB4,裝車機皮帶運行，按下SB1或SB2皮帶停止。

18.TheloadingmachinebeltwillworkwhenpressingdownSB3orSB4,anditstopsworking

whenpressingdownSB1ortheSB2.

19.SB、SBS、SBS1為急停按鈕，其中任意一個動作，裝車機所有動作停止。

19.SB,SBS,SBS1areemergencystopbuttons,andtheloadingmachinewillstopallthework

whenpressinganyoneofthem.

20.電氣部分正確無誤后，開機試運行。觀察電機轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確，有無異常聲響。如有異常現(xiàn)象應(yīng)立即

停機檢查。待故障排除后再空載試運行。試車時要分步進行，先把皮帶柵區(qū)動和機架行走單獨試車后，再

同時運行試車。

1.詳細(xì)閱讀《QDZ-750型汽車袋裝水泥裝車機使用說明書》、《電動葫蘆使用說明書》及其它隨機文件。

instructionsofelectricblock“andotherattacheddocumentsindetails.

2.每班開機前對電動葫蘆進行檢查，鋼絲繩應(yīng)按GB5972的規(guī)定進行檢驗和報廢，鋼絲繩應(yīng)保持良好

的潤滑狀態(tài)，潤滑劑符合要求,并且不影響外觀檢查,鋼絲繩出現(xiàn)斷股或磨損時應(yīng)及時更換。如未出現(xiàn)斷

股或磨損，使用6個月后必須更換新鋼絲繩。
