EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT

TheEmployerandtheEmployeeherebyagreetothefollowingtermsandconditionsgoverningtheEmployee’semployment:

1.PositionandDuties

1.1TheEmployeeshallbeemployedinthepositionof[JobTitle],andshallperformalldutiesandresponsibilitiescustomarilyassociatedwiththisrole,aswellasadditionaltasksassignedbytheEmployer(consistentwiththeEmployee’sskillsandexperience).

1.2TheEmployeeshalldevotetheirfullprofessionalcapacitytotheEmployer’sbusinessduringthetermofthisContract,andshallnotengageinanyotheremployment,business,oractivitythatconflictswiththeEmployer’sinterestsorinterfereswiththeperformanceoftheirdutieshereunder.

2.1TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeeamonthlysalaryof[Amount](the"Salary"),payableinaccordancewiththeEmployer’sregularpayrollschedule.TheSalaryshallbesubjecttoapplicabletaxesandstatutorydeductions.

2.2TheEmployeeshallalsobeentitledtothefollowingbenefits:

AnnualLeave:[Number]daysofpaidannualleavepercalendaryear,accruedinlinewiththeEmployer’spolicies.

Insurance:TheEmployershallprovide[TypeofInsurance,e.g.,socialinsurance,healthinsurance]fortheEmployee,asrequiredbylawandtheEmployer’spolicies.

3.WorkingHoursandOvertime

3.1TheEmployee’snormalworkinghoursshallbe[Number]hoursperweek,from[StartTime]to[EndTime]on[DaysofWeek],withaone-hourunpaidlunchbreak.

4.Confidentiality

4.1Duringemploymentandfor[Number]yearsafterterminationofthisContract,theEmployeeshallnotdisclose,use,orpermitotherstouseanyoftheEmployer’sConfidentialInformation(definedbelow),exceptasrequiredtoperformtheirdutiesorasmandatedbylaw.

5.Termination

5.2EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbygiving[Number]days’writtennoticetotheotherparty.TheEmployermayterminateimmediately(withoutnotice)forcause(e.g.,grossmisconduct,materialbreachofthisContract,orfailuretoperformduties).

5.3Upontermination,theEmployeeshallreturnallEmployer-ownedproperty,documents,andConfidentialInformation(andallcopiesthereof)totheEmployer.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

6.2AnydisputearisingfromthisContractshallfirstberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiation.Ifnosettlementisreached,thedisputeshallbesubmittedto[Arbitration/Litigation]inaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

7.EntireAgreement

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheparties,supersedingallpriororalorwrittenagreementsrelatingtotheEmployee’semployment.

INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthisContractasofthedatefirstwrittenabove.
