1、.摘要本次設(shè)計的題目是位于廣東汕頭的某擬建高層辦公樓設(shè)計,綜合各項設(shè)計要求,該建筑設(shè)計為地下一層(層高為4.5m),地上20層,其中地上2層為裙房(層高為4.5m),上部18層為辦公樓(層高為3.6m)。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方面,綜合考慮建筑總高度、抗震設(shè)防烈度等因素,并且考慮到高層辦公樓建筑要滿足大開間的建筑使用功能,故采用框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。本次建筑和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計均符合各項設(shè)計規(guī)范要求。關(guān)鍵詞:高層建筑 建筑設(shè)計 框架剪力墻 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計一、建筑設(shè)計 建筑設(shè)計是在總體規(guī)劃的前提下,根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求,綜合考慮基地環(huán)境、使用功能、綜合選型、施工、材料、建筑設(shè)備、建筑藝術(shù)及經(jīng)濟等。著重解決了建筑物與周圍環(huán)境、

2、建筑物與各種細(xì)部構(gòu)造,最終確定設(shè)計方案,畫出建筑施工圖。其中包括總體方案設(shè)計、平面設(shè)計、立面設(shè)計、剖面設(shè)計,以及屋面、樓梯及墻體等構(gòu)造設(shè)計。 1.平面設(shè)計建筑體型的設(shè)計采用了鑲嵌的設(shè)計理念,同時在主樓南北兩面采用了圓弧形的玻璃幕墻設(shè)計,這不但滿足建筑面積和采光要求的需要,而且外形較為獨特。該辦公樓緊鄰多條城市干道,人流車流密集,故在主、次干道設(shè)商場入口,利用良好的周邊城市環(huán)境。三層以上辦公樓入口設(shè)在主樓北面,較好的處理了兩股不同人流的關(guān)系 ,避免交叉干擾。消防登高面設(shè)于大樓北面,建筑外圍與城市道路形成4m寬的環(huán)形消防通道,轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑為12m。整個建筑體型設(shè)計簡潔大方,滿足建筑面積和采光要求的需要

3、。在交通聯(lián)系方面,辦公主樓設(shè)有6部2.4mX2.4m的電梯,其中2部為消防電梯,商用裙房部分設(shè)有4部消防樓梯。2.立面設(shè)計 立面設(shè)計通過玻璃幕墻、開窗等方式形成層次感,通過不同尺寸的玻璃幕墻構(gòu)成橫向和豎向的流線感,簡單又顯氣勢,掌握了節(jié)奏的變化和協(xié)調(diào)。二、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是在建筑物初步設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案;選擇合理的結(jié)構(gòu)體系;進行結(jié)構(gòu)布置,并初步估算,確定結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件尺寸,進行結(jié)構(gòu)計算。結(jié)構(gòu)計算包括荷載計算、變形分析、內(nèi)力分析及截面設(shè)計,并繪制相關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。 (1)該結(jié)構(gòu)體系為框剪結(jié)構(gòu),據(jù)地質(zhì)資料及柱底內(nèi)力進行基礎(chǔ)的選型和配筋計算,高層建筑上部荷載較大,基礎(chǔ)采用樁基形式。(2)樓梯的設(shè)計,

4、板式樓梯比較美觀,故樓梯均采用板式樓梯(3)樓蓋設(shè)計,樓蓋采用整體現(xiàn)澆肋梁樓蓋(4)框架梁柱配筋采用PKPM電算的結(jié)果。 框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)既具有框架結(jié)構(gòu)布置靈活、使用方便的特點,又有較大的剛度和較強的抗震能力。本設(shè)計正是利用框架剪力墻的這種優(yōu)勢,將辦公樓體系選為框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),在兩側(cè)樓梯間部位形成兩個類似筒狀剪力墻,并在四角落布置“L”形剪力墻,為了進一步減少平面的扭轉(zhuǎn),大樓南北面加設(shè)四片端柱剪力墻。為了達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)的合理用材,同時保證剛度不產(chǎn)生突變,柱子沿豎向進行四次尺寸變化 ,墻柱混凝土強度等級均降低四次,-17層柱剪力墻為C50,815層柱剪力墻為C45,1720層柱剪力墻為C40,2122層

5、柱剪力墻為C35 。尺寸變化和等級降低不在同一層變化??傊m用、安全、經(jīng)濟、使用方便是本設(shè)計的原則,結(jié)構(gòu)上連接緊湊,主次分明。這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是對我們將大學(xué)四年所學(xué)知識用于實踐運用的一次考驗,在期間不斷的遇到和解決問題,是我們對于專業(yè)知識的理解和運用能力有了很大的提高,為以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作奠定了基礎(chǔ),收獲匪淺!Summary This time,the subject is the design for high-rise office in Shantou,Guangdong. The design of the building is 1storeys into a basement (floor height is 3.3 m) and 19 storeys on the ground, the 3 storeys Qunfang (Ceng Gaowei 4.5m). The upper 16 layer office building (floor

7、 height is 3.3 m).In this premise notice the structural type and frame shear wall structure system can make architectural plane flexible layout, form a larger space, building facade processing more convenient also. Therefore times for this design choose structure with frame-shear wall structure syst

Focus on solving the buildings and surrounding environment, buildings and all kinds of detail structures, ultimately determi

10、ne the design, draw construction plans. 1. Graphic DesignThis office building is next to several arterial roads, with large density of people and transportation. In order to make use of the good surrounding terrain, the entrance of the mall is set near the major and minor lines. The entrance of the

11、office, above the forth floor, is located at the easter of this building, which deals with the relation of different people perfectly. This measure avoids some interference. The north of it is just for fire-fighting in the higher floor. Inside the urban road, a circle passageway surrounds the buildi

12、ng, with turning radius in 12m.The building design into the approximate square-shaped body, not only to meet the requirements of floor space and lighting needs, but also simple and elegant appearance. ensure the crowd shunt design separately, avoid to cause traffic congestion and chaos. Structural calculations including load calculation, checking deformation, internal force and the cross section design and draw construction drawings related to the structure.
