1、Unit 8 Why dont you get her a scarf?本單元的教學(xué)目的:話題Gift Giving (禮物的贈(zèng)送) 語(yǔ)言目標(biāo)Compare qualities & Give advice 目標(biāo)語(yǔ):What should I get my mom?Why dont you? /Why not? How about/What about? Whats the best present you have ever received?教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì):1、課時(shí)的編排。本單元我們一共分為5個(gè)課時(shí)進(jìn)行,分別是第一課時(shí)(P60-61+P65.Shelf check 1)聽說(shuō)輸入課,第二課時(shí)(P62

2、+ P65.Self check2)說(shuō)讀輸入課,第三課時(shí)(P63+P64. 4Groupwork)聽說(shuō)綜合運(yùn)用課,第四課時(shí)(P64)閱讀寫作課和第五課時(shí)(P66-67)閱讀課。2、編排思路。整個(gè)單元的教學(xué)我們是圍繞著禮物贈(zèng)送為主線的,Section A是有關(guān)平常節(jié)日的禮物贈(zèng)送和對(duì)禮物的建議和評(píng)價(jià);Section B是有關(guān)于寵物為禮物的贈(zèng)送而轉(zhuǎn)為運(yùn)用所學(xué)的形容詞對(duì)寵物的對(duì)比和評(píng)價(jià)。在課時(shí)的編排上,我們基本按照教材編者的思路,在原來(lái)編排的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)課型的需要及對(duì)教材的理解而做出了一些調(diào)整,或是提前或增加或刪除。例如在第一課時(shí),我們用P62 3Piar work 作為一個(gè)引入,另外shelf ch

3、eck 1作為練習(xí)的鞏固。在第二課時(shí),增加了談?wù)撃赣H節(jié)和父親節(jié)禮物贈(zèng)送的環(huán)節(jié),主要是源于生活更貼近學(xué)生的生活,讓學(xué)生在真實(shí)的語(yǔ)境中運(yùn)用目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言;另外把shelf check 2的閱讀作為一個(gè)文化教學(xué)的輸入,讓學(xué)生了解各國(guó)有關(guān)禮物贈(zèng)送的習(xí)俗。在第三課時(shí)我們把1b的活動(dòng)刪除而增加了debate 的活動(dòng),目的是讓學(xué)生活用Section A 所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)。第四課時(shí)是閱讀寫作課,在閱讀3a 后,根據(jù)湛江今年中出現(xiàn)的新題型話題作文,我們把3b有關(guān)對(duì)hamster的描述改為話題作文,而3c 我們處理為與本section 有關(guān)的描述你喜愛的寵物,教授學(xué)生如何寫作這類型的文章。這節(jié)課是老師在課堂上潛移默化地培

4、養(yǎng)學(xué)生寫能力的針對(duì)性訓(xùn)練。第五課時(shí),按編者的意圖來(lái)說(shuō),此文章只是增加一些閱讀的材料而已。我們的理解是既然課文里出現(xiàn)了,就應(yīng)該處理,我們是把它當(dāng)做泛讀課來(lái)教授,而不是精讀,重點(diǎn)不是放在每個(gè)詞句的講解,而是閱讀的策略的展示和運(yùn)用,因此在這個(gè)課時(shí)我們展現(xiàn)的是最常見的一些閱讀的技能,最后指導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用策略去進(jìn)行自己的閱讀。Unit 8 Why dont you get her a scarf? From the listening exercise, they will know more about the culture about gift giving in foreign countries. Ask students to turn to page 65
