There are many different versions about history of the origins of Spicy soup. Because its main ingredient pepper
4、was introduced into our land in the Tang dynasty, so Spicy Soup should not be earlier than the Tang dynasty. After the Northern Song dynasty decided on Kaifeng as capital, has made significant development of commodity economy. At the same time ,folk snack is flourishing. Medicine works of that time
5、believed that the spicy is good for our health, so hot food is very popular with common people.,胡辣湯,又名糊辣湯,是中國北方早餐中常見的湯類食品。常見于街上的早點攤點,其特點是微辣,營養(yǎng)豐富,味道上口,十分適合配合其它早點進餐。胡辣湯起源對胡辣湯的歷史,說法較多。因為其主料胡椒自唐代才傳入中國,故盡管民間有胡辣湯創(chuàng)于周代和曹魏的傳說,其產(chǎn)生的上限不應早于唐。 北宋定都開封,商品經(jīng)濟有了長足發(fā)展,而民間小吃也隨之興盛,花樣百出。太平惠民和劑局方等當時流行的醫(yī)藥著作都認為,在食物里加入辛溫香燥藥物有益
6、行氣,故辛辣味食品頗為流行。一種結合了具有醒酒消食功效的酸辣湯的肉粥,成為胡辣湯的雛形。 明朝嘉靖年間。當時,閣老嚴嵩為了討皇帝歡心,從一個高僧手中得到一付助壽延年的調(diào)味藥獻給皇帝,以燒湯飲之。該湯美味無窮,龍顏大喜,命名為“御湯”。明朝亡后,御廚趙紀攜帶此藥逃至河南逍遙(今西華縣逍遙鎮(zhèn)),將此方傳到了該地。該地人因此湯辣味俱全,遂改名為“胡辣湯”。,BACK,Kaifeng is famous for being seven dynastys capital.
