2、做實(shí)做強(qiáng)職業(yè)教教育，大力培養(yǎng)技工人才。發(fā)展職業(yè)教育，加快人才資資源開發(fā)，是落實(shí)科教興縣和和人才強(qiáng)縣、促進(jìn)就業(yè)再就業(yè)業(yè)的重大舉措，是提高人民素素質(zhì)、提升綜合實(shí)力、構(gòu)建和和諧社會(huì)的重要途徑，也是貫貫徹黨的教育方針、遵循教育育規(guī)律、實(shí)現(xiàn)教育事業(yè)全面協(xié)協(xié)調(diào)持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然要求。職職業(yè)教育，尤其是中等職業(yè)教教育的發(fā)展與繁榮經(jīng)濟(jì)、促進(jìn)進(jìn)就業(yè)、維護(hù)穩(wěn)定、建設(shè)先進(jìn)進(jìn)文化緊密聯(lián)系在一起，在許許多發(fā)達(dá)國家，各類職業(yè)學(xué)校校培養(yǎng)的中高級(jí)技術(shù)人才與高高等教育所培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生數(shù)相當(dāng)當(dāng)，甚至超過高等院校學(xué)生數(shù)數(shù)。國發(fā)號(hào)的國務(wù)院關(guān)于于大力推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)發(fā)展的決定中就明確提出：十一五期間，中等職業(yè)教育育招生規(guī)模與普通高中招生規(guī)

3、規(guī)模相當(dāng)，須為社會(huì)輸送多萬萬中等職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生。就我我縣來講，每年得向社會(huì)輸送送千左右合格的專業(yè)技術(shù)人人才。而在這一數(shù)字背后隱隱含著一系列的問題：中高級(jí)級(jí)技術(shù)人才的嚴(yán)重短缺，與我我縣飛速發(fā)展的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)不相相協(xié)調(diào)；企業(yè)中好多中高級(jí)技技術(shù)工人為從外地引進(jìn)的人才才，本地的一些初中畢業(yè)生、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生或是高高中畢業(yè)生不是無用武之地，而是無才可用，在就業(yè)中出出現(xiàn)高不成、低不就的現(xiàn)象；對(duì)于初中畢業(yè)生的去向選擇擇，家長們普遍看好普通高中中，對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育抱懷疑態(tài)態(tài)度，即使子女知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)能力力欠佳，但動(dòng)手操作能力極強(qiáng)強(qiáng)，多數(shù)家長也情愿花錢買讀讀普高，盡管攻讀大學(xué)的希望望很渺茫，問題就在于他們對(duì)對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)

4、校教育的不信任任，這種情況在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校的春季招生和提前招生時(shí)更更為明顯；即使是在中考后，同樣是就讀職高或中專的，畢業(yè)生流失現(xiàn)象很常見；就就讀期間，因?yàn)檫@樣那樣的問問題而中途輟學(xué)的也為數(shù)不少少。以上這些問題是不不是意味著我縣中等職業(yè)教育育失敗了，是否意味著政府對(duì)對(duì)職業(yè)教育忽視了呢？這倒未未必?；厥资迤陂g，在原有有基礎(chǔ)上，我縣政府投入億多多巨資擴(kuò)建職教中心，花大力力合并職教中心和工業(yè)學(xué)校，從規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)上，提供了職職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的平臺(tái)，其后，在每年的政府工作思路中，大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育均在其中中；幾年來，通過上下努力，職業(yè)教育還是取得了較大發(fā)發(fā)展，比以前有了改善，服務(wù)務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的能力明顯增強(qiáng)，培養(yǎng)出

5、來了一定數(shù)量的各類類管理型、技術(shù)型人才，為企企業(yè)輸送了一些高素質(zhì)的勞動(dòng)動(dòng)者和技能型人才，他們?cè)诟鞲餍懈鳂I(yè)中發(fā)揮自己的能力，為我縣的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展添磚加瓦瓦。不過，就我縣目前經(jīng)濟(jì)高高速發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭來看，現(xiàn)行職職業(yè)教育已滿足不了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展展的需要，也就對(duì)職業(yè)教育的的質(zhì)量提出了更高更新的要求求。為此，我縣職業(yè)教育改改革是勢(shì)在必行，充分學(xué)習(xí)并并領(lǐng)會(huì)國務(wù)院的關(guān)于大力發(fā)展展職業(yè)教育的決定，并結(jié)合我我縣實(shí)際，在全面調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)礎(chǔ)上，采取行之有效的措施，并切實(shí)加以落實(shí)，增強(qiáng)職業(yè)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展活力，提升職業(yè)業(yè)教育品位，真正辦好老百姓姓信得過的職業(yè)教育，花香自自有蜜蜂來，職業(yè)教育也就紅紅紅火火了。就此，我想談幾幾點(diǎn)看法：首先要

6、加強(qiáng)對(duì)職職業(yè)教育的宣傳力度，尤其是是對(duì)社會(huì)各界的宣傳，加深百百姓對(duì)職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)識(shí)，消除除百姓對(duì)職業(yè)教育的誤解。其次職業(yè)教育要貫徹服務(wù)于于現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的宗旨加快生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)服務(wù)線急需的技能型人才的的培養(yǎng)，大力推行工學(xué)結(jié)合、校企合作的培養(yǎng)模式，與企企業(yè)緊密聯(lián)系，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的生生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐，提高職職教學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力、工作能能力、職業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換能力以及創(chuàng)業(yè)業(yè)能力；堅(jiān)持就業(yè)導(dǎo)向，積極極推動(dòng)計(jì)劃培養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)向市場驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)，從傳統(tǒng)的升學(xué)導(dǎo)向轉(zhuǎn)向就就業(yè)導(dǎo)向，加強(qiáng)對(duì)職校學(xué)生的的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)能力和實(shí)踐踐技能的培養(yǎng)，促進(jìn)職教與生生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐、職教與社會(huì)服務(wù)的的密切聯(lián)系；重視教育中的實(shí)實(shí)踐和實(shí)訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)，每所職業(yè)學(xué)學(xué)校，乃至每個(gè)專業(yè)，均有定
