1、冀教版小學英語五年級下冊Lesson 10 The Great Wall 教學設計一、教材分析 本課選自冀教版小學英語五年級下冊Unit 2 In Beijing的第四課The Great Wall. 在本單元, 學生已經(jīng)了解到小主人公到達北京,開始了他們的北京之旅,并且參觀了北京的景點天安門廣場,故宮。本節(jié)課內(nèi)容主要包括兩個部分。第一部主人公談論長城的歷史和長度。第二部分講述Danny在從長城回來的路上由于不顧交通規(guī)則所發(fā)生的事。本課通過主要是讓學生學會如何用英語談論長度,學會在城市中行走要遵循的安全規(guī)則。本課篇幅不長,圖文并茂,但其中包含著豐富的語言信息。 二、學情分析五年級的學生已經(jīng)有了
2、一定的英語知識基礎,具備了一定的邏輯思維能力以及簡單的口語表達能力和閱讀能力,能借助圖片讀懂簡單的對話,表達情感和進行語言交流。學生們在第一單元已學過祈使句Please.和Please dont的表達方式,本課將結合在道路上安全行走這一情景繼續(xù)滲透祈使句Dont be afraid 等的用法。三、教學目標1 語言知識目標學生能正確聽說讀寫單詞feel tired stop wait afraid學生能認讀理解并運用下列句型How long is?Dont be afraid.2 語言技能目標學生能夠運用本課句型how long is it?來談論物體的長度。學生能夠用英語來表達自己的感受。學生
3、能夠使用祈使句來表達能夠做某事和不能做某事。3情感態(tài)度目標通過Danny的經(jīng)歷學生能意識到遵守交通規(guī)則的重要性。四、教學重點與難點學生能夠談論物體的長度;學生進一步鞏固和運用祈使句來表達做某事和不能做某事。五、教具準備:PPT,單詞卡片,多媒體視頻六、教學過程Step 1 問候與熱身 T: Good morning, children. Nice to meet you. Lets play a game “brain storm”. Whats the capital city of China? What do you know about Beijing? S: There are ma
4、ny interesting places in Beijing. The Palace Museum is Beijing. It is very old. S: Beijing duck is famous and delicious.Yummy. S: There are many people in Beijing. S: The Great Wall is also in Beijing. It is very long.(教師利用開放性問題What do you know about Beijing?打開學生的思維,學生可以運用所學知識,可以從食物、名勝古跡、人口等等方面描述他們所

What do you know about the Great Wall? S: The Great Wall is in Beijing.S: The Great Wall is old. (板書old )S: The Great Wall is

But how do they go from their hotel to the Great Wall? (出示選項bike, car, bus) 播放Part1視頻,回答問題 How do they go to the

On foot?T: (指著板書old, long) we know the Great Wall is old, then how old is the Great Wall?(在old前板書how ) Is it 33 years old, like Ms Wang? It is long, then how long is the Great Wal
