6、 25 , and the germination energy, germination percentage, germination index of the seeds, and the root length and the shoot height of the seedling were recorded. Then the data were analyzed.(方法: 采用雙層濾紙培養(yǎng)法,在25 恒溫,12 h 光照的光照培養(yǎng)箱中將浸種后的種子進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),觀察記錄種子的發(fā)芽勢(shì)、發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽指數(shù)及幼苗的根長(zhǎng)和苗高,并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析)Results : The best soa
