13、toworkwithstudentswhohaveparticularneeds.Butinmanyprivateschools,theydonthavetohavespecialeducationprogramsorteacherstrainedtopleasewiththespecialneeds.Thisdoesntmeanthatprivateschoolsarenotresponsibleforthespecialstudents.Instead,theytrytohelpallthestudentstheyadmit,butextraresourcesmayalsocomeatan

14、additionalcost.Atlast,anotherideawhichmustbepointedoutisthatbothpublicschoolsandprivateschoolsareprovidingsmallclassesandindividualattentiontostudents,whichisdifferentfromChineseschools.Butinsomepublicschools,classsizetendstogetbiggerasstudentsbecomeoldersothatindividualattentionbecomeless.Thatiswhy
