6、nt venture for SPANISH_MEDIA_Co (SMC) as the basis for strategic investment decisions in the PRC. Along with the consulting project, Bexcel Management Consultants (“Bexcel”) will provide three months related consulting services to SPANISH_MEDIA_Co.The scope of this project is divided to three phases
