29、煤工藝采用混合入選,50-0mm有壓三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器分選,-0.5mm煤泥采用浮選的聯(lián)合流程。設(shè)備選型盡量考慮引進(jìn)國外的處理能力大,效率高的設(shè)備。工藝布置按單系統(tǒng)布置,充分考慮系統(tǒng)的靈活性,在滿足工藝要求的前提下,簡(jiǎn)化生產(chǎn)環(huán)境,減少占地面積,在方便檢修的前提下,盡量壓縮主廠房建筑體積。實(shí)現(xiàn)洗水閉路循環(huán),宜采用洗水凈化再生系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)概要項(xiàng)目背景創(chuàng)建項(xiàng)目所在區(qū)域及擬建的沙曲選煤廠位于沙曲礦附近,為礦井型選煤廠。隸屬于華晉焦煤有限責(zé)任公司。項(xiàng)目設(shè)想及立項(xiàng)理由:為了調(diào)整華晉焦煤有限責(zé)任公司的煤炭產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),滿足煤炭市場(chǎng)的需求,最大限度的提高沙曲礦的綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,故編制年生產(chǎn)能力為150萬噸的選煤廠的可行

30、性研究報(bào)告??尚行匝芯扛乓嘿Y料分析選煤廠主要入洗沙曲離柳礦區(qū)的北翼四號(hào)和南翼四號(hào)原煤,資源可靠,穩(wěn)定。所產(chǎn)煤種為極低硫煉焦煤,為國家環(huán)保型奇缺煤種。精煤灰分要求為10%時(shí),其可選性為易選煤。選煤產(chǎn)品組成推薦的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)為精煤、中煤、矸石。選煤廠設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力選煤廠設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模與所采原煤礦井的生產(chǎn)能力相配套,為年處理原煤1.5Mt。選煤廠位置與交通選煤廠位于工業(yè)區(qū),水源取自地下水,電源自設(shè)變電所,交通運(yùn)輸便利。選煤方案的擬訂為了確定適合本廠入洗原煤的合理洗選加工,本次設(shè)計(jì)分別對(duì)不同的選煤方法進(jìn)行比較,為了保證生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的精煤,使精煤的產(chǎn)量達(dá)到最大的回收率,滿足產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)多元化的要求,確定本次設(shè)計(jì)推薦

31、的選煤方法為選前不脫泥50-0mm 有壓三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器分選,0.5-0mm煤泥浮選聯(lián)合工藝。工藝流程工藝流程共包括50-0mm有壓三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器分選、及煤泥浮選和煤泥水處理環(huán)節(jié)三大部分。該工藝流程系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單靈活適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),效率高。產(chǎn)品滿足設(shè)計(jì)的要求,洗水閉路循環(huán)。 設(shè)備選擇設(shè)備選型先進(jìn)可靠,凡是國內(nèi)不過關(guān)的設(shè)備都考慮引進(jìn)國外技術(shù)先進(jìn)性能可靠的設(shè)備予以彌補(bǔ)。全廠集控和自動(dòng)化程度高,介質(zhì)密度控制手段先進(jìn),調(diào)節(jié)快捷,精確度高。 設(shè)計(jì)前提條件及規(guī)模生產(chǎn)能力根據(jù)原煤的最終生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。確定該選煤廠生產(chǎn)能力為:入洗原煤1.5Mt每年。工作制度與服務(wù)年限工作制度選煤廠設(shè)計(jì)工作為:每年330天生產(chǎn),每天16小時(shí),

32、每年工作5280h,兩班生產(chǎn),一班檢修。小時(shí)處理能力選煤廠每小時(shí)入選原煤284.09噸。服務(wù)年限選煤廠設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)年限同原煤可采年限相同。 煤源及煤制特征 煤源概況原料煤的礦井位置:沙曲選煤廠位于沙曲礦附近,由華晉公司沙曲礦提供煤源,沙曲選煤廠極其礦源隸屬于華晉焦煤有限責(zé)任公司。沙曲選煤廠位于山西省柳林縣沙曲村西南側(cè),距縣城約5km,隸屬于華晉焦煤有限責(zé)任公司。在離柳礦區(qū)青龍城勘探區(qū)內(nèi),離柳礦區(qū)位于山西省中西部,呂梁山脈西側(cè),晉陜峪谷黃河西岸。區(qū)內(nèi)有離石、中陽、方山、柳林和臨縣5個(gè)縣,距太原市190km。境內(nèi)有太(原)軍(渡)公路、離(石)臨(汾)公路通過,公路交通較方便。離柳礦區(qū)對(duì)外的孝(義)柳

33、(林)鐵路已建成通車。主要煤源:沙曲選煤廠煤源全部來自沙曲礦井,屬礦井型選煤廠。選煤廠的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模與礦井一致。礦區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)已探明煤炭地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量12384Mt,其中焦煤6013Mt,肥煤3864Mt,瘦煤2507Mt。根據(jù)礦井規(guī)劃,沙曲選煤廠入選煤層為北區(qū)4號(hào)、南區(qū)4號(hào)煤層。煤質(zhì)特征煤的物理性質(zhì):該礦北區(qū)4#、北區(qū)5#煤層的顏色均呈黑色,玻璃光澤斷口處為階梯狀,條帶結(jié)構(gòu),及層裝結(jié)構(gòu)。3-1 原煤的物理性質(zhì)煤樣名稱安息角摩擦角散密度抗碎強(qiáng)度度度Kg/m3SS%北區(qū)4#353188053.7南區(qū)4#342991258.29煤的化學(xué)性質(zhì)1、灰分分析:沙曲礦北區(qū)4#煤灰分為23.1%,南區(qū)4#煤灰分為21.65

37、表中灰分校正。見表1-2,2-2,3-2小篩分試驗(yàn)綜合表將兩層的“-0.5mm小篩分試驗(yàn)報(bào)告表”中自然級(jí)和破碎級(jí)的各網(wǎng)目的占全樣產(chǎn)率按配比 相加得到綜合產(chǎn)率,灰分加權(quán)平均。灰分按各表2中-0.5mm級(jí)的校正后得到小篩分綜合試驗(yàn)表。見表1-6,2-6,3-6。綜合煤樣篩分資料分析:根據(jù)優(yōu)化計(jì)算結(jié)果,方案選取比較有代表性的配煤比例,北煤/南煤=4/6,作為最終配比。綜合煤樣篩分資料見表3-1,3-2。浮沉資料分析:將兩礦的“原煤50-0.5mm 級(jí)浮沉實(shí)驗(yàn)綜合報(bào)告表”中各粒級(jí)。各密度占50-0.5mm的產(chǎn)率分別與各層50-0.5mm占50-0.5mm的產(chǎn)率,各級(jí)占帶煤泥的產(chǎn)率,配比三個(gè)參數(shù)相乘后得

38、到綜合產(chǎn)率,灰分加權(quán)平均,并且按表2中50-0.5mm級(jí)的校正后灰分校正。并計(jì)算各密度級(jí)占50-0.5MM去煤泥后的產(chǎn)率,得到浮物累計(jì),和0.1含量。依次作出可選性曲線,分別見:表1-(3、4、5、8),2-(3、4、5、8),3-(3、4、5、8)。北區(qū)煤泥小浮沉試驗(yàn)資料見表1-7。南區(qū)曲煤泥小浮沉試驗(yàn)資料見表2-7。配煤比例4/6時(shí),-0.5mm綜合煤樣小浮沉試驗(yàn)報(bào)告表見表3-7??傊?,配煤比例4/6時(shí),50-0.5mm綜合級(jí)煤樣浮沉試驗(yàn)報(bào)告表見表3-5??蛇x性分析:從表3-8可以看出,煤綜合煤樣的分選密度大于1.50時(shí)可選性為中等可選,分選密度在1.40左右時(shí)為難選煤,所以此煤應(yīng)用重介質(zhì)
