4、接材料匯總表,焊角高度按圖紙要求。 2、無損檢測要求如下:(1)所有焊縫必須進行100%的VT檢查,按照EN ISO 5817 B級執(zhí)行。(2)超聲波檢驗,按照JB4730-2005標準I級要求執(zhí)行。塔筒縱向焊縫、環(huán)向焊縫、塔筒法蘭和筒體過渡處的環(huán)向焊縫、門框和焊接筒體之間過渡處的連續(xù)焊縫都必須進行100%UT檢查。 (3)塔架法蘭和筒節(jié)的T型焊縫接頭處根據(jù)JB4730-2005均布片射探;筒節(jié)與筒節(jié)處的T型焊縫接頭按照100%數(shù)量進行布片射探,每個T型布片2張,膠片長度為300mm,級別為級。(4)塔筒法蘭和筒體之間環(huán)向焊縫、門框和筒體之間連續(xù)焊縫須進行100%MT檢查,結(jié)果符合級合格;附件
5、連接板焊接焊縫總數(shù)的20% 進行100%PT檢查,結(jié)果符合級合格。3、經(jīng)射線或超聲檢測的焊接接頭,如有不允許的缺陷,應(yīng)在缺陷清除后進行補焊,并對該部位采用原檢測方法重新檢查直至合格。進行局部探傷的焊接接頭,發(fā)現(xiàn)有不允許的缺陷時,應(yīng)在該缺陷兩端的延伸部位增加檢查長度,增加的長度為該焊接接頭長度的10%,且不小于250mm。若仍有不允許缺陷時,則對該焊縫做100%檢測。4、焊縫需要返修時,其返修工藝應(yīng)符合焊接工藝要求。焊縫同一部位的返修次數(shù)不應(yīng)超過兩次,如超過兩次,返修前應(yīng)經(jīng)用戶單位技術(shù)總負責人批準,返修次數(shù),返修部位和返修情況應(yīng)如實記入質(zhì)量證明資料。 5、僅產(chǎn)品編號為3MW-01-T代產(chǎn)品試板,

(3)Perform NDT to T weld joint of flange and tube as perJB4730-2005;Perform test on 100% quantity of T weld joint between tubes, arrange 2 films for each T type, with length 300mm, II class.(4)Perform 100% MT to CW between flange and tube、continuous weld between doorframe and tube, result
10、complying with I Class is acceptable. Perform 20% PT to 20% amount of welds of attachments connection plate, result complying with I Class is acceptable.3、For the welding joint tested with RT or UT, if there is defect, perform welding repair after clearing the defect, and re-test the part with origi
11、nal method until accepted. For the welding joint tested partly, if there is defect, add length of the extended part of the two ends of defect, the added length should be 10% of the welding joint length, and not less than 250mm. if there is still defect, perform 100% test to the welding joint. 4、The
12、repair technology should comply with the welding technology requirement when weld needs repair. The same part on weld should not exceed twice repair, if exceeds, it should be approved by the technology general responsible person of user before repair. The repair times、repair position and repair situ

23、nth day焊 接 工 藝 規(guī) 程焊 縫 返 修 工 藝 要 求1、焊縫外觀經(jīng)檢查不合格,返修時其工藝要求應(yīng)遵照下表規(guī)定進行。 規(guī) 格 類 型返 修 工 藝 要 求焊縫尺寸不符合要求,弧坑及缺陷采用熔化極氣體保護焊,按相應(yīng)要求進行補焊,并用砂輪認真修磨,使其與原焊縫或母材圓滑過渡。咬邊焊接接頭不允許有咬邊。氣孔、砂眼、裂紋先用碳弧氣刨,將缺陷清除干凈(包括前后20mm),并用砂輪修磨后再補焊,最后用砂輪修磨。高低不平,寬窄不一或焊縫高度突變先用碳弧氣刨,根據(jù)具體情況清除,用砂輪修磨,再用熔化極氣體保護焊補焊,最后再用砂輪進行修磨,使其與母材或焊縫圓滑過渡。注:1、焊接材料及規(guī)范參數(shù)同原工藝。
24、2、對于內(nèi)在缺陷,應(yīng)用碳弧氣刨清除,確認后,用砂輪修磨后再補焊,焊后檢查項目及要求同原要求,最后再用砂輪修磨,使其與原焊縫和母材圓滑過渡。焊補工藝應(yīng)遵照焊接接頭返修、申請?zhí)幚韱蔚囊?guī)定進行 。3、焊縫返修時,焊工應(yīng)具有原焊縫焊接資格,且應(yīng)由技術(shù)熟練者擔任。在返修過程中應(yīng)接受檢驗人員的監(jiān)督,返修后按規(guī)定打上返修焊工鋼印。編制: 年 月 日 審核: 年 月 日Welding Procedure SpecificationWeld Repair Technology Requirement1、 If the weld appearance is not accepted, the technology
