3、真+86-571-88869217, +86-571-88860944E-mailcbrc，estrellacai，judyinshanghai.2006實施單位簡介項目內(nèi)容介紹國家林業(yè)局竹子研究開發(fā)中心（以下簡稱中心）是國家級竹業(yè)研究開發(fā)機構(gòu)，隸屬于國家林業(yè)局 ,下設綜合辦、科技處、國際合作處、產(chǎn)業(yè)處、財務處、浙江中竹竹木炭業(yè)有限公司（擁有自營進出口權）、實驗室、竹子研究匯刊編輯部、竹林培育和加工利用兩大基地及全國主要竹產(chǎn)區(qū)竹子竹林培育、全國各地加工利用教學參觀實習點40 個。中心編制 80 人，其中行政人員約20 人，科技人員約60 人。國家科技部、國家林業(yè)局賦予其三大任務為：一、承擔、組

4、織、協(xié)調(diào)國內(nèi)外重大竹業(yè)研究開發(fā)項目；二、進行竹業(yè)國際經(jīng)濟技術交流合作及人員培訓；三、竹業(yè)工業(yè)化。中心于 1988 成立于中國著名竹鄉(xiāng)杭州，本部大樓中竹大廈建筑面積16， 000 ，具備四星級標準和先進的培訓設施。中心擁有兩大直屬的竹子基地：一是集竹子栽培、實驗示范地，二是竹地板、竹炭、竹活性炭等竹材綜合加工基地；并在全國建有40 多個培訓教學參觀實習點。中心在竹林培育、竹子加工等多項研發(fā)方面獨具特色，處于國內(nèi)領先水平，可為南南合作及發(fā)展中國家提供技術支持及各項咨詢服務。作為首批承擔援外培訓任務的單位之一，自上世紀90 年代初起，中心在中國商務部、聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署、聯(lián)合國工業(yè)發(fā)展組織、印度政府等

5、的委托下實施了28 期多邊技術培訓班 /研討會，共為五大洲近100 個國家培訓了1000 名竹業(yè)界、林業(yè)界的人才，桃李遍天下。同時，我們?yōu)槟鞲?、阿根廷、加納、印度等30 多個發(fā)展中國家提供技術支持及各項咨詢服務，取得了很好的成效，為世界竹業(yè)發(fā)展做出了貢獻。一、培訓。1. 中國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗；2. 中國林業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢；3. 中國竹業(yè)：中國及世界竹業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展及社會、經(jīng)濟和生態(tài)的獨特作用，尤其是在竹業(yè)全球氣候變暖下的獨特作用；政府管理和支持（政策、財政、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和組織實施）；竹林栽培技術：竹子栽培基本理論，竹子生物學及生態(tài)學，竹林豐產(chǎn)定向培育（筍用林、材用林、筍材兩用林、沿海防護

6、林、水源涵養(yǎng)林、水土保持林、景觀林、制漿林），竹子碳匯，天然林改造和利用，竹子園林綠化；竹子加工和綜合利用技術：竹子生物質(zhì)能源的發(fā)展，竹家具、竹工藝品、竹材人造板（地板、家具板、建筑模板和集裝箱底板等） ，竹窗簾、竹涼席、竹炭 竹活性炭、竹纖維、竹漿造紙和竹筍加工） ；竹產(chǎn)品國際國內(nèi)市場發(fā)展等。二、考察和現(xiàn)場實踐。考察：結(jié)合課堂教學內(nèi)容到相關的浙江竹產(chǎn)區(qū)考察竹子、竹筍種植、加工企業(yè)?？疾熘袊母镩_放比較成功的城市，如上海等?，F(xiàn)場實踐：為學員提供實地實踐的機會，增強學習效果。三、討論和撰寫文章：與學員討論可能的雙邊和多邊合作，以示中國愿為其他產(chǎn)竹國的竹業(yè)發(fā)展作出貢獻。學員撰寫文章來發(fā)表他們對竹業(yè)

18、nearly 1000 participants from over 100 countries have been well trained, who have become the backbone for local forestry development and are playing a huge role in the promotion of world forestry development.
