精選優(yōu)質(zhì)文檔-----傾情為你奉上精選優(yōu)質(zhì)文檔-----傾情為你奉上專心---專注---專業(yè)專心---專注---專業(yè)精選優(yōu)質(zhì)文檔-----傾情為你奉上專心---專注---專業(yè)船舶救生消防設備維護須知Shiplife-savingfireequipmentmaintenanceInstruction固定式氣體（CO2）滅火系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng)須知Fixedgas(CO2)fire-extinguishingsystemmaintenanceguidelines適用范圍：有固定式氣體（CO2）滅火系統(tǒng)的船舶。Applicablescope:equippedthefixedgas(CO2)extinguishingsystemonboard.保養(yǎng)負責人：三副。Maintenancesupervisor:3/O保養(yǎng)周期：Maintenanceperiod:每季度常規(guī)檢查，三副與水手長共同檢查，內(nèi)容為站室鋼瓶操縱裝置、通風裝置、通訊設備及聲、光報警裝置。Routineexamination,tobecarriedoutby3/Oandbosun,itemsareasfollowcylindercontroldevice,ventilatingdevice,communicationsequipmentandsoundandlightalarmdevice.所有管路每2年用壓力0.5Mpa空氣作暢通試驗；每4～5年進行試驗壓力至少為0.7Mpa氣密試驗；瓶頭閥至分配閥箱的管段每8～10年進行壓力為11.8Mpa的液壓試驗；管路液壓試驗后，應將流體排除干凈。Allpipingtobecarriedouttheblowingofftestwith0.5Mpacompressedairevery2yearsinterval,airtightnesstesttobecarriedoutwith0.7Mpacompressedairevery4-5yearsinterval,hydraulictestofthepipebetweenthecylinderheadvalvesandthedistributingboxtobecarriedoutwith11.8Mpacompressedairevery4-5yearsinterval,pipinghydraulictest,theresiduesshouldbeexcludedcleanfluid.每五年管系（自分配閥至噴頭段）壓力試驗。由三副負責，注意取得專業(yè)機構(gòu)認可證明。Everyfiveyearsthepiping(fromdistributingvalvetonozzlesection)pressuretested.3/Owillberesponsibleforit,payattentiontoobtainingprofessionalorganizationsrecognizedcertificate.二氧化碳容器在20年后，每隔5年進行一次內(nèi)部檢查。Dointernalexaminationforcarbondioxidecontainersonceevery5yearsafter20years.瓶頭閥應經(jīng)液壓試驗，試驗壓力為24.5MPa。Hydrostatictestofthecylindervalveshouldbecarriedout,andthetestpressureis24.5MPa.固定式氣體（CO2）滅火系統(tǒng)的保養(yǎng)Fixedgas(CO2)fireextinguishingsystemmaintenance大型（CO2）滅火站：Alarge(CO2)firestation:滅火站應有明顯的紅色標志，門上加鎖，鑰匙三副保管，備用鑰匙大副保管，應急鑰匙在滅火站附近封閉的盒子內(nèi)，盒子用玻璃蓋，便于擊碎取出鑰匙，該鑰匙盒應有明顯大紅色標志。Thereshouldbeobviousredsigninfirestation,andthedoorshouldbelocked,the3/Okeepsthekey,thechiefofficerkeepsthefalsekey,theemergencykeyisstoredintheclosedboxnearbythefirestation,andtheboxislidedbyglasstotakeoutthekeyeasily,thekeyboxshouldhaveobviousbigredmarks.滅火站內(nèi)清潔干燥，照明充足并應設有應急照明和船舶電話（無電話時，進入人員應攜帶對講機并預先約好聯(lián)系人），通風良好，溫度應在0～45℃之間，注意防凍與降溫。Thefirestationshoulebecleananddry,lightingadequateandbeequippedwithemergencylightingandmarinetelephone(personenteredshouldcarryintercomandappointcontactsinadvancewhenthereisnophone),wellventilatedandthetemperatureshouldbetween0-45℃站內(nèi)不得堆放與本站無關(guān)的雜物。Theirrelevantsundryshouldnotbestackedwithinthestation.站內(nèi)應設有準確的大型（CO2）系統(tǒng)圖：各分路閥、總閥、控制閥標牌清楚完好；開關(guān)標志明顯；施放說明準確、簡要；施放手柄與報警器（機艙內(nèi)聲、光報警三分鐘）聯(lián)動有效。Thereshouldbealarge(CO2)systemdiagraminthesttation:eachshuntvalve,mainvalve,controlvalvescutcheonshouldbeclearandintact,switchlogoisobvious;thedischargeintroductionsisaccurateandbriefly,thereleasehandleandalarm(soundandlightkeepalarmingthreeminutesintheengineroom)shouldbelinkageeffective.鋼瓶：Cylinder:鋼瓶外觀無銹、油漆完好。Appearanceofcylindershouldbenorustandpaintintact.鋼瓶水壓試驗在有效期內(nèi)，證書有效。Keepthecertificatevalidandcylinderhydrostatictestwithintheperiodofvalidity.鋼瓶內(nèi)滅火劑充裝率不應大于0.67kg/l。Thecylinderchargingratiooffireextinguishingagentshouldnotbegreaterthan0.67kg/l.所有二氧化碳鋼瓶每二年應進行稱重檢查（或液面測量）。若每瓶CO2的凈重減少原重的10%時，應予填充。總減少量小于最大一個被保護艙室需要量的5%時，可同意暫不充灌；但空瓶一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，應拆下試壓并充灌。Allcarbondioxidecylindersshouldundertakeweightinginspectioneverytwoyears(orliquidlevelmeasurement).IfeachbottleCO2netweightreducedto10%oftheoriginalweight,itistoberefilled.Whentotalreductionissmallerthan5%ofthemaximumprotectedcabinrequirement,itisallowednotfillingtemporary,buttheemptybottlewasoncefound,itistoberemovedandrefilledafterpressuretest.檢測應請專業(yè)單位進行，三副監(jiān)測，證書交船長保管，公司機務部保管副本一份。Weshouldaskprofessionalunittotest,thirdofficermonitoring,certificatekeptbythethecaptain,andcompanymaintenancedepartmentkeepacopyofthecertificate.垂直放置，各瓶鍘刀軸高度相等且處于同一垂直平面。Placeinvertical,eachbottlepoleshaftheightisequalandinthesameverticalplane.操縱裝置：Operatingdevice:瓶頭閥無松動、變形。Bottleheadvalvewithoutloosing,deformation.瓶頭閥鉸刀無斷折缺損，刀處于退足狀態(tài)，刀頭與鍍層膜片距離3mm。Bottleheadvalvereamerwithoutbreakanddefects,knifeisfullyfolded,thereamerheadisapart3mmfromthecoatingdiaphragm.瓶頭閥手柄：各手柄上拉索固定孔與鉸刀鈾之間距離相等，與鉸刀軸連接牢固，止動螺釘深入鉸刀軸且上緊，各手柄與重垂成60°，轉(zhuǎn)動范圍不少于120°，各手柄平行。Bottleheadvalvehandle:thedistancebetweenguyfixingholeoneachhandlesandreamershaftisequal,andthefixingholeslinkfirmwiththereamershaft,stopscrewin-depthofthereamershaftistightened,eachhandlewithheavyhangdowninto60°,thetwirlscopeisnotlessthan120°,andeachhandleisparallel.控制鋼索：成水平直線，無拼接，無銹蝕、毛刺，連接牢固。Controlthecablewire:keephorizontal,withoutsplice,nocorrosionandburr,beimmobilityconcatenated.導向滑輪：底座牢固，無松動，轉(zhuǎn)動靈活（注意加油）。Leadingpulley:baseisfirm,nolooseness,rotateeasily(noteoilit).驅(qū)動氣瓶：壓力充足，閥頭刀活絡有效，驅(qū)動氣缸內(nèi)活塞密封良好、活絡有效。Drivengascylinder:thepressureissufficient,headofvalveknifeactivateeffectively,innerpistonofdrivencylindersealsgoodandmoveseffectively.管系：Pipesystem總閥、分路閥、開關(guān)方向標志鮮明，閥開關(guān)活絡。Signofmainvalve,shuntvalve,switchdirectionshouldbedistinct,valveswitchshouldbeflexible.噴嘴應為黃銅制品，防變形、防堵塞、霧化片完好。Nozzleshouldbebrassproducts,preventdeformationandblocking,atomizationsliceisintact.管道無嚴重銹蝕，紅色油漆鮮明。若須修理，只可用螺紋連接不可焊接，或整根換新。Thereisnoseriouscorrosiononpiping,paintthepipewithbrightredpaint.Ifitneedtoberepaired,shouldonlybethreadedconnectionsorrenewed,.保養(yǎng)記錄：Maintenancerecord:三副應記錄每個鋼瓶的水壓試驗期限，對不符合要求的，應及時提請換新。3/Oshallberecordedeachcylinderhydrostatictestperiod,whichisnotinconformitywithrequirements,shouldtimelychangenew.每季度檢查記入船舶維護檢修記錄表。Quarterlyreviewtheshiprepairandmaintenancerecord.每二年CO2瓶稱重（液位測量）必須取得相應證明，由三副負責，并將稱重報告交船長審核、保存。WeightingCO2bottleseverytwoyears(liquidlevelmeasurement)mustobtaincorrespondingproof,itisinchargeofthirdofficer,andsenttheweightingreporttothecaptainforauditingandfiling.所有檢查、試壓均由三副負責，結(jié)果由大副記入航海日志重大記事欄中，報機務部存檔，并應記在船舶維護檢修記錄表。Allinspection,testingareinthechargeofthirdofficer,theresultsshouldberecordedinthemajorchroniclecolumnoflog,senttothemaintenancedepartmentforfiling,andwritteninshipmaintenancerepairlogsheets.證明：Certification:CO2鋼瓶換新時，三副必須檢驗鋼瓶上的鋼印，確認三個月內(nèi)做過壓力試驗，并有瓶內(nèi)滅火劑足夠數(shù)量的證明，否則退瓶。WhenrenewtheCO2steelcylinders,thirdofficermustverifythesteelsealonthecylinder,confirmpressuretestinghasbeendonewithinthreemonths,andhavequantitycertificationofsufficientextinguisherinthecylinder,orrefundit.手提式、推車式滅火器保養(yǎng)須知Portable,carttypeextinguishermaintenanceguidelines保養(yǎng)周期：手提式滅火機（輕水泡沫）、推車式泡沫滅火器每三個月檢查一次。修船后大風浪之后和重大節(jié)假日之前，以及發(fā)生火警之后均應進行一次保養(yǎng)。Maintenanceperiod:checktheportableextinguisher(light-waterfoam),carttypefoamfireextinguishereverythreemonths.Maintainitonceaftership-repair,stormywaves,fireandbeforemajorholidays.保養(yǎng)標準：Maintenancestandard:數(shù)量：滿足船級社的規(guī)定要求。Quantity:meettheprescribedrequirementsofclassificationsociety.存放：位置及其編號應做到，標志清晰，有固定的存放架，防止搖動傾斜和撞擊。周圍通道暢通，以便提取使用，不應有妨礙提取之物。防止過熱或曝曬，泡沫滅火器防曬、防凍。Storage:positionanditsnumbersshouldbemarkedclearly,thereshouldbefixedstorageracktopreventshakentiltingandimpact.Itshouldbecleararoundthechannelinordertoextractanduse,thereshouldnotbeobjectsinterfereextraction.Preventoverheatingorsolarization,freezeandsolarizationshouldbepreventedforfoamfireextinguishersunscreen.清潔：無積灰及油污，外殼無銹斑，標志鮮明。Cleaning:noaccumulationsofdustand,shellwithoutrustyspot,andsignsaredistinct.釋放裝置：噴嘴暢通，保險銷無銹，活絡。Releasedevice:nozzleunblocked,Safetypinisflexiblewithoutrust.滅火劑：Extinguishant:CO2滅火器的凈重不低于原標準的90%，泡沫液在有效期內(nèi)。NetweightofCO2fireextinguisherisnotlessthan90%oftheoriginalstandard,foamfluidshouldbewithinthevalidperiod.有壓力表者，壓力表指針不得低于綠色區(qū)域。Forwhichequipmenthaspressuregauges,theshouldnotbelowerthanthegreenarea.使用過的滅火器,不論滅火劑是否用完,均應以新的滅火器替換,或重新填充滅火劑。Theusedfireextinguisher,nomatterwhetherthefire-extinguisherchemicalhasbeenrunout,shouldbereplacedwithnewfireextinguisherorrefilled.保養(yǎng)卡完整，清潔，填寫規(guī)范。Maintenancecardsshouldbecomplete,clean,fillednormatively.保養(yǎng)記錄：Maintenancerecord:每只滅火器上的保養(yǎng)記錄卡，記錄該滅火器的歷次檢查日期，劑量及保養(yǎng)人。Maintenancerecordcardoneachfireextinguisher,recordthefireextinguisherallpreviouscheckdates,doseandmaintenancepersononit.保養(yǎng)日期，保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容（換新，補充滅火劑，稱重量等）保養(yǎng)人等情況由三副記入船舶維護檢修記錄表，作為安全管理記錄并妥善保管。Thesituationsofmaintenancedate,maintenancecontent(renew,supplementtheextinguisher,weightitetc.),maintenancepeopleetc.shouldberecordedonshipmaintenancerecordformbythirdofficer,keepitproperlyassecuritymanagementrecord.檢查：Inspection:各滅火器的保養(yǎng)由三副監(jiān)督，并按保養(yǎng)標準檢查。Thethirdofficershouldsupervisethefireextinguishermaintenanceandinspectthemaccordingtothemaintenancestandards.清點數(shù)量，核對編號及位置。Countquantity,checkthenumberandlocation.統(tǒng)一檢查貯存、外觀、保養(yǎng)記錄卡。Uniformlycheckstorage,appearanceandmaintenancerecordcard.抽查滅火劑量（手提或稱量，查看壓力表等）。Selectivelyexaminefire-extinguishingdoses(portableorweighing,checkpressuregauge,etc.).檢查執(zhí)行情況及檢查結(jié)果，列入安全活動日項目之一。Checktheperformanceandtestresults,listitinthesafetyCampaigndayitems.常用消防防護裝備保養(yǎng)須知Commonfireprotectionequipmentmaintenanceguidelines消防員裝備Fireman’soutfits消防員裝備平時應放在干燥、通風處，防止霉變、生銹，每一個月進行一次檢查，確保清潔、光亮完好。Fireman’soutfitsusuallymustbekeptindryandventilatedplace,preventmildew,rust,checkiteachmonthtoensureitclean,smooth.安全帶、安全鉤應三個有拉力載荷檢查；如發(fā)現(xiàn)破損或受高溫、明火、強酸堿等腐蝕，應及時換新；若有污垢應用溫水肥皂擦洗，再用清水漂凈晾干，但不允許浸入沸水及爆曬火烤。Safetybeltandsafetyhookshouldpassthreetensionloadinspection;Ifdiscoverthedamagedorcorrosioncausedbyhightemperature,flame,strongacidandalkali,weshouldrenewittimely,Ifthereisdirt,weshouldscrubitwithwarmwatersoap,andthenitafterbleachwash,butitisnotallowedtodipitintotheboilingwater,baskit,androastit.空氣呼吸器Breathingapparatus空氣呼吸器使用后應及時做好清潔、消毒、氣密檢查等保養(yǎng)工作；Breathingapparatusshouldbecleaned,disinfected,inspectedthegastightnesstimelyafteruse.調(diào)換有充足空氣的鋼瓶；Exchangethecylinderwhichhassufficientair;空氣呼吸器不準受壓、陽光曝曬和毒氣侵蝕；Breathingapparatusshouldnotbapressed,sunlightinsolatedanderodedbypoisongas;每套呼吸器應配有備用空氣瓶一只（特殊船舶按特殊規(guī)定配備）；Eachbreathingapparatusshouldbeequippedwithasparebottle(equipthespecialshipaccordingtothespecialprovisions);每月應變演習時檢查一次：Checkitonetimewhencarryingoutmonthlyemergencyarrangementdrills空氣瓶壓力應符合要求、有否備用空氣瓶；Airbottlespressureshouldcomplywiththerequirements,andthereisanyspareairbottlesornot;呼吸器整潔、呼吸器氣密和暢通情況、所有屬具完好情況Breathingapparatusiscleanandunblockedornot,allappurtenancesareintactornot.救生艇、筏保養(yǎng)須知Thelifeboat,raftmaintenanceguidelines檢查維護標準Inspectionandmaintenancestandards救生艇須處于隨時可用狀態(tài)。平時應注意認真檢查和養(yǎng)護。除經(jīng)常性外觀檢查外，還應：Thelifeboatsmustbepracticable.Usuallyweshouldpayattentiontotheinspectionandmaintenance.Besidesregularoutsideinspection,stillshould:救生艇及屬具應建立專門帳冊,對艇的屬具要每一個月詳細檢查一次，短缺補充，不合格者予以換新，并做好記錄。Specializedbooksmustbeestablishedforthelifeboatandappurtenances,theappurtenancesshoulddoadetailedexaminationonceeverymonth,complementforthemifshortages,renewtheoneisnotqualified,andmakerecords.
