space.浮在花園之上的圖形中演進而來。朝向外部大街的多切面正立面將七棟建筑物聯(lián)合在一起形成一種建筑姿態(tài),但同時保留各自的塔樓互相之間獨立。外立面上的簡單折疊在視覺上將單棟與另外一棟連接在一起。但不至于影響辦公樓層的可租賃性或效率。塔樓頂部線條的動態(tài)變化營造出立面圖和街道層級的視圖中戲劇性的表現(xiàn)手法。在地面高度,多切面塔樓主體被提升離開地面以便場地的清晰線條延伸進內(nèi)部庭院,并在較低的零售樓層和較高的辦公樓層之間形成一個明顯的輪廓。這個輪廓以一條動感的拱腹線予以突出,而這條拱腹線環(huán)繞整個建筑群,將塔樓連接起來,并體現(xiàn)出進入建筑群的清晰入口和門廊。建筑單體間不同高度的空中花園為辦公人員提供了室外休閑場地。建筑單體間不同高度的空中花園為辦公人員提供了室外休閑場地。為了強調(diào)人員和購物者經(jīng)過B1層和地面層零售區(qū)的自由流動性,在保留允許的面積的同時,最大化下沉式廣場的規(guī)模。在每一個場地的主入口處均有坡道和電扶梯,與B1層和地面層零售區(qū)之間的大型開口相連通,可以使人們無縫連接地進入B1層,使人感覺到這一層與地面層是一樣的。通過公共區(qū)的主入口由一座結(jié)構(gòu)性樓梯連接至B1層,周圍環(huán)繞地標性建筑,使目光集中到中央庭院空間。多切面體塊概念不僅能提供根據(jù)辦公和零售租戶要求予以定制的市場租賃產(chǎn)品,還可為虹橋開發(fā)區(qū)創(chuàng)建一個非常富于動感的建筑標志形象。TheFaceted

terraces.虹橋商務(wù)核心區(qū)的整體規(guī)劃是以車流與人流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形式度尺度地將不同開發(fā)項目連接起來。在局部尺度上,行人道路連接每個地塊和中央廣場,創(chuàng)造一個充滿活力的步行環(huán)境。汽車動線有效率地引導(dǎo)商務(wù)核心區(qū)和周邊的車流。這些動線同時又與虹橋機場和火車站大型交通樞紐網(wǎng)絡(luò)相連接。身為此網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一部份,03號地塊南利用進入地塊的活力與人流,創(chuàng)造出一個熱鬧的辦公與零售/商業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)。提出的設(shè)計將納入人行道路如虹橋商務(wù)核心區(qū)總體規(guī)劃所示。在此有兩條主要人行道路在中央下沉廣場交會
