.z.JY-ZKIntelligentJY-ZK智能型DCMotorControlCabinet直流電機(jī)控制箱OperationManual使用說明書Shaan*iJinyuanAutomationTechnologyCo.,Ltd.**金源自動(dòng)化科技**一、Overview概述JY-ZKIntelligentDCmotorcontrolcabinetlubricatingproductsareaimedatgeneratingpowerplantsystemdesignanewtypeoflubricantreplacementproducts,mainlyusedforsteamturbineandgeneratorofthemainbearings,thrustbearingandthediskdevicestoprovidelubricatingoilvehiclecontrol,aswellasthegeneratorsealoilsystemprovidesoiltoensurethesafeoperationofthepressureoftheoilcontrol.Generatorcontrolsystemequipmentlubricantsusuallyare:lubricatingoiltank,mainoilpumps,AClubricatingoilpump(#1machine2Units),Oiler,andOilcooler,emergencyDCpumps,jackingoilpumpsystem,oil-fumeseparatedevicesandpurifyingSystemandsoon.Innormaloperation,allthelubricantoilsupplyfromthemainoilpump.Whenthemainpumpfailureresultedinreducedacertainvalue,AC,DClubricationpumpautomaticallylinkage.JY-ZK智能型直流潤滑電機(jī)控制箱系列產(chǎn)品是針對(duì)發(fā)電廠發(fā)電機(jī)潤滑油系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的新型換代產(chǎn)品，主要用于汽輪機(jī)和發(fā)電機(jī)各主軸承、推力軸承和盤車裝置提供潤滑油的控制，以及對(duì)發(fā)電**封油系統(tǒng)提供油源，確保系統(tǒng)平安運(yùn)行的壓力油控制。發(fā)電機(jī)潤滑油控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)備通常為：潤滑油箱，主油泵、交流潤滑油泵〔#1機(jī)2臺(tái)〕、注油器、冷油器、事故直流油泵、頂軸油泵系統(tǒng)、油煙別離裝置和凈油系統(tǒng)等組成。系統(tǒng)在正常運(yùn)行時(shí)，所有潤滑油的油量由主油泵供應(yīng)。當(dāng)主油泵故障導(dǎo)致油壓降至一定值時(shí)，交、直流潤滑油泵自動(dòng)聯(lián)動(dòng)。TraditionalDCgeneratorslubrication(sealed)pumpmotorcontrolsystemforthe60'stostartusingtheDCcontactresistanceswitching,thatisinDCmotorarmaturecircuitintothehigh-powerresistorstring,whenthemotorstarts,throughthestep-downresistortolimitthemotorstartingcurrenttoratedcurrentorspeedtoachieveacertainpercentage,theadoptionofDCcontactorbypassresistance.ThiswaytostarttheDCmotor'sadvantagesare:loopeasyandcheap;itsdisadvantagesare:1,Resistorsbuckwillstartonlywhenthemotorstart-upcurrenttoratedcurrentof2timestheDCsystemresultinlowertransientvoltageaffecttherelayprotectionofthenormalwork.2,DCContactorsusedinmanyfrequentcontactadhesionandcarbonationphenomenon.傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)電機(jī)直流潤滑〔密封〕油泵電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)為60年代開場(chǎng)使用的直流接觸器切換電阻方式，即在直流電機(jī)的電樞回路中串入大功率電阻，當(dāng)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)，通過電阻降壓來限制電動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)電流，使之電流或轉(zhuǎn)速到達(dá)額定值的一定百分比時(shí)，通過直流接觸器將電阻旁路。通過這種方式來啟動(dòng)直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：回路簡單，造價(jià)低；其缺點(diǎn)是：1、電阻降壓起動(dòng)時(shí)只能將電動(dòng)機(jī)的啟動(dòng)電流降至額定電流的2倍，會(huì)造成直流系統(tǒng)的電壓瞬間降低，以致影響到繼電保護(hù)的正常工作，2、直流接觸器在屢次使用后經(jīng)常發(fā)生觸點(diǎn)粘連和碳化現(xiàn)象。MypanytodevelopandproducetheJY-ZKintelligentDCgeneratorlubrication(sealed)pumpmotorcontrolcabinetisamodernpowerelectronicdevices,PWMtechnology,andPLCtechnologyinonehigh-techproducts.ItcanachievesoftsmoothDCmotor,thecurrentnon-mutant,andtheDCsystemwillnotbeaffected;theuseofhigh-powerpowerelectronicdevicestoeliminatetheDCcontactorcontactadhesionhappen;withRemoteControl(DCS)andthenearestcontrolintwoways;canfaultself-diagnosis,overheating,andotherprotectioninone;Chineseman-machineinterfaceoperationandinformationdisplay.我公司研制生產(chǎn)的JY-ZK智能型發(fā)電機(jī)直流潤滑〔密封〕油泵電機(jī)控制箱是集現(xiàn)代電力電子器件、PWM技術(shù)、PLC技術(shù)于一體的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。它可以實(shí)現(xiàn)直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的平滑軟起，電流不突變，且直流系統(tǒng)工作不受影響；采用大功率電力電子器件，杜絕了直流接觸器觸點(diǎn)粘連的發(fā)生；設(shè)有遠(yuǎn)控〔DCS〕和就近控制兩種方式；可以進(jìn)展故障自診斷、過熱、等多種保護(hù)于一體；中文人機(jī)界面操作和信息顯示。二、PrincipleOutlined原理簡述AdoptingnewPWMcontrolofpowerelectroniccontrolmodeofhigh-powersemiconductordevices,conductionandshutoffwithPLCforthecoremanagementcontrol,usevoltagefeedbackformclosedloopcontrolofdcvoltage,linearadjustment.Accordingtoproportional-plus-integralcontrolrealizationnotstaticdifferencevelocitymodulationfunction,realizationdirectcurrentmachinereliablesoftstart.采用新型脈寬調(diào)制方式控制電力電子主控器件大功率半導(dǎo)體的導(dǎo)通與關(guān)斷，以PLC為核心管理控制，利用電壓負(fù)反應(yīng)形成閉環(huán)控制，進(jìn)展對(duì)直流電壓線性調(diào)節(jié)。根據(jù)比例積分調(diào)節(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)無靜差調(diào)速作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)直流電機(jī)可靠的軟啟動(dòng)。三、ControlFeatures控制特點(diǎn)High-powersemiconductordeviceswithhighjobswitchingfrequency,thesaturationvoltagedropsmall,highinputimpedance,voltage-drivenandsoon.Inthevelocitymodulationsystem,usesbythecontrolamplifiertocontrolDCmotorpowersource.Averagearmaturevoltage:Uav=Ton/T.Us=ρUs,oneofρ=ton/Treferredtoasdutycycle.Ifthegateinputvoltagesignalfrequencymustchangethepulsewidth,itchangesthedutycycle,ontheaveragearmaturevoltagetochange,andthuscanachievemotorspeedcontrol.大功率半導(dǎo)體器件具有工作開關(guān)頻率高，飽和壓降小，輸入阻抗高，電壓驅(qū)動(dòng)等特點(diǎn)。在調(diào)速系統(tǒng)中，采用由控制放大器控制直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的電源。電樞電壓的平均值為：Uav=Ton/T.Us=ρUs,其中ρ=ton/T稱為占空比。如果柵極輸入電壓信號(hào)的頻率一定，改變脈沖寬度，就改變了占空比，電樞上的平均電壓就改變了，進(jìn)而可以實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的調(diào)速。四、Speedcontrolsystemblockdiagram調(diào)速系統(tǒng)框圖Speedcontrolsystembytheintelligentcontrollercontrolsignalsgeneratedbythedrivecircuitisolationamplifieddrivehigh-powersemiconductordevices,asshowninFigure1.調(diào)速系統(tǒng)由智能控制器產(chǎn)生控制信號(hào)，經(jīng)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路隔離放大后驅(qū)動(dòng)大功率半導(dǎo)體器件，如圖1所示圖1直流調(diào)速原理框圖五、傳統(tǒng)控制與JY-SPM控制啟動(dòng)波形比擬〔如圖2和圖3〕JY-SPMFormypanyJY-ZKcontrolbo*usedinintelligentcontroldeviceforDCmotorlubrication.JY-SPM為我公司JY-ZK控制箱中使用的智能型直流潤滑電機(jī)控制裝置圖2圖3六、JY-SP
