觸點的集成電路卡第3部分:電信號和傳輸協(xié)議》和歐洲電信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GSM11.11:2000《數(shù)字

蜂窩通信系統(tǒng)(Phase2+)用戶識別模塊-移動設(shè)備(SIM-ME)接口技術(shù)要求》的內(nèi)容。本

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考了信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YD/T910.1-1997?900/1800MHzTDMA數(shù)字蜂窩移動通信網(wǎng)移動

臺(Phase2)人機(jī)接口》和YD/T1025T999?900/1800MHzTDMA數(shù)字蜂窩移動通信網(wǎng)移動

臺人機(jī)接口和SIM-ME接口技術(shù)要求(Phase2+)》的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。

本規(guī)范考慮到最新集成電路技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,尤其是中國移動通信的實際情況,增加了對

SIM卡的要求,如物理特性中的部分指標(biāo)、VCC電壓兼容性、SIM卡內(nèi)必備文件等,更加

強(qiáng)調(diào)了有關(guān)SIM卡安全特性所涉及的技術(shù)要求。

本規(guī)范的附錄A、附錄B、附錄C和附錄D是規(guī)范的附錄。

本規(guī)范由中國移動通信集團(tuán)公司提出并歸口。

1范圍

本規(guī)范規(guī)定了用戶識別模塊(SIM)的物理特性、電氣特性、傳輸協(xié)議,以及900/1800MUZ

TDMA數(shù)字蜂窩移動通信網(wǎng)移動分人機(jī)接口(MMD和SIM卡與移動設(shè)備(ME)之間接口技術(shù)

要求。

本規(guī)范適用于中國移動通信900/1800MI1ZTDMA數(shù)字蜂窩移動通信網(wǎng)移動臺的研究、開

發(fā)、測試、評估,以及該產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、發(fā)行和采購。

4物理特性

從物理特性上,SIM卡可分為ID-1(插拔式)卡和PLUG-IN(嵌入式)卡兩種不同的類

型。

4.1主要物理特性指標(biāo)

SIM卡的主要物理特性指標(biāo)如下:

——抗紫外線:卡的任何一面在接受總能量為15Ws/cm2的紫外線光照后,應(yīng)不引起卡

的失效;

——X射線:卡的任何?面每邊在受到0.IGy劑量,相當(dāng)于70~140KV中等能量X射線

照射時(一年的累計劑量),應(yīng)不引起卡的失效;

-觸點與卡基表面的偏差:觸點的最高點不應(yīng)高于卡的鄰近表面0.05mm,最低點不

應(yīng)低于卡的鄰近表面0.1mm;

——(卡和觸點的)機(jī)械強(qiáng)度:在每個觸點表面和觸點區(qū)域(整個導(dǎo)電表面)在相當(dāng)于

對1.5mm直徑的鋼球施加1.5N的工作壓力下,不應(yīng)受到破壞;

——觸點電阻:在兩個串聯(lián)的觸點間,施加50pA-300mA的直流電流,其觸點之間的

接觸電阻應(yīng)小于0.5。。在施加4MHz,10mA的交流電時,其觸點之間的阻抗的壓降小于10mV;

——抗磁場干擾:卡暴露在穩(wěn)定的79500A/m(lOOOQe)磁場下,不應(yīng)使芯片喪失功能;

——抗彎曲特性:

縱向:最大變形2cm;頻率:30次/分鐘;

橫向:最大變形1cm;頻率:30次/分鐘。

卡在1000次彎曲之后應(yīng)該正常工作并且沒有破裂:

——卡的翹曲:卡的翹曲是指卡平坦性的任意變形;整卡的最大翹曲應(yīng)小于L5mm;

——卡的動態(tài)彎曲應(yīng)力(彎曲特性):在1000次彎曲后,卡應(yīng)保持其功能完好,且不應(yīng)

顯示出任何破裂;

——卡的動態(tài)扭曲應(yīng)力(扭曲特性):在1000次扭曲后,卡應(yīng)保持其功能完好,且不應(yīng)

顯示出任何破裂;

——模塊附著力:卡接受60N的拉力并持續(xù)1分鐘,模塊不應(yīng)從卡基上分離和出現(xiàn)裂紋、

微模塊變形等現(xiàn)象;

——剝離:剝離定義
