第八章各分部分項工程的施工方案8.1土建施工方案ingConstructionScheme8.1.1工程測量Surveying,該工程的測量控制網(wǎng)按照“從整體到局部,高精度控制低Inordertomeetthecharacteristicsofconstruction,thesurveycontrolnetworksoftheprojecthavethreelevelsfromhightolowinaccordancewiththeprinciple“Fromthewholetothepart;Highprecisioncontrolslowprecision”.Controlnetworksatalllevelsllsystem建筑物占地面積超大,這對軸線控制網(wǎng)的布設和投測帶來難度,需要充分利用高精度電子全站儀進行軸線控制網(wǎng)的布設及細部測量放線,鋼尺作為輔助;軸線投Asthebuildingsoccupyalargearea,whichbringsdifficultytothelayoutdesignandmeasurementoftheaxiscontrolnetwork,theelectronictotalstationwithhighprecisionshouldbeusedtolaythenetworkanddodetailedsurveywithsteelrulersasassistivedevices.Whentransferofbuildinglinesisconducted,instrumentsshouldbeerectedoningstominimizemeasuringerrors(1)、測量儀器檢定:本工程使用的所用測量儀器及工具(包括專業(yè)分包的測量儀器)均應經(jīng)國家計量單位檢校合格并在有效時間之內。thoseusedinprofessionalsubcontracts)shouldbeexaminedandcalibratedbythe(2)、校核圖紙:總圖校核,包括建筑物定位依據(jù)及條件;校核建筑圖、結構(2)Checkingdrawings:Checkthegeneraldrawing,includingthepositionbasisandconditionsofbuildings;Checkwhetherarchitecturaldrawings,structuraldrawingsand(3)、根據(jù)建筑總平面要求,對規(guī)劃勘測部門提供的坐標點和水準點進行復核,benchmarksgivenbyPlanningSurveymentsofthebuildinggenerallayoutandccuracyofengineeringsurveying(4)、施測用輔助材料如標高控制樁油漆、麻線等提前準備到位。(4)Auxiliarymeasuringmaterialsshouldbepreparedinadvanceinplace,suchaswineetc(5)、測量儀器及人員準備:成立測量組組長,負責整個工程的測量與驗線工(5)Preparationofmeasuringinstrumentsandpersonnel:AppointateamleaderinlinesofthewholeprojectPersonneleparingthemeasurementprogramworkinstructions,doinginteriormanagement,collectingandcheckingtheconstructionecontrolnetworkandtheheightnetGroupforsettingbuildinglines:6persons,responsibleformeasurementandsettingout.Groupforcheckingbuildinglines:3persons,responsibleforcheckingandaccepting控制系統(tǒng)的建立平面控制網(wǎng)是土建、鋼結構、機電安裝、沉降及變形觀測施工測量的依據(jù),也是監(jiān)理等各檢測單位復查的基準。布網(wǎng)原則:遵循“從整體到局部,先控制后碎部”的原則。布網(wǎng)要求:各級平面控制點可靠、穩(wěn)定、使用方便;通視條件好,檢校方便,滿足施工精度要求。由于該工程量巨大,而且工況復雜,因而必須設置多級平面控制網(wǎng),而且各級控制網(wǎng)之間必須形成有機的整體。由此本工程建立三級平面控Thehorizontalcontrolnetworkistheconstructionsurveyingbasisforcivilengineering,steelstructures,mechanicalandelectricalinstallation,subsidenceanddeformationobservations,anditisalsothecheckingbenchmarkforthesupervisingunitandotherdetectionunits.Theprincipleforsettingthenetworkis“Fromthewholetothepart;firstcontrolandthensmasheachpart”.Therequirementsforsettingthenetworkareasfollows:horizontalcontrolpointsatalllevelsshouldbereliable,stableandeasytouse;thepointsshouldhavegoodintervisibility,canbecheckedconvenientlyandmeettheconstructionaccuracyrequirements.Duetothelargeworkamountandcomplexworkingconditions,multi-levelhorizontalcontrolnetworksshouldbesetupandnetworksatalllevelsmustformanorganicwhole.Theprojectsetsupathree-levellcontrolnetwork首級平面控制網(wǎng)是在業(yè)主提供的一級坐標點(其坐標見下表)基礎上,根據(jù)建asedonthecoordinatepointsethefollowingtableInlinewiththegenerallayoutpositioningmap,areliableconstructioncontrolnetwork,freefromtheinfluenceofsestablished該控制網(wǎng)作為首級平面控制網(wǎng),它是二級平面控制網(wǎng)建立和復核的唯一依據(jù),也是幕墻裝修測量、機電安裝測量、沉降及變形觀測的唯一依據(jù),在整個工程施工期間,必須保證這個控制網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定可靠。該控制點的設置位置選擇在穩(wěn)定可靠處,用水泥鋼釘打入硬化路面,作為標記,并用紅油漆標注。若是未硬化處,要澆注混凝Thisnetwork,astheoneattheprimarylevel,istheonlybasisfortheestablishmentofthehorizontalcontrolnetworkatthesecondarylevel,checkingwork,themeasurementofcurtainwalldecorationandmechanicalandelectricalinstallation,andtheobservationofsubsidenceanddeformation.Intheconstructionprocess,thestabilityandreliabilityofthecontrolnetworkmustbeensured.Sothecontrolpointshouldbesetatastableandreliableplace.Concretenailsshouldbedrivenintothehardenedroadsurfaceasamarkandtheplaceshouldbepaintedred.Intheeventthattheplaceisnotvedevicesshouldbeset根據(jù)總平面定位圖及現(xiàn)場場地實際情況,我們根據(jù)坐標點,沿著建筑物周圍建立首級平面控制網(wǎng)。依據(jù)工程進度定期(結構施工階段每月一次)對該控制網(wǎng)點進。首級平面控制網(wǎng)如下圖:Inaccordancewiththegenerallayoutpositioningmapandthepracticalsituationoftheworksite,thehorizontalcontrolnetworkattheprimarylevelshouldbeestablishedaroundthebuildingsbasedoncoordinatepoints.Basedontheprogressoftheproject,observeandcomparethecontrolnetworkregularly(onceamonthintheconstructionperiod)andrepairthedamagedcontrolpointstimely.Thehorizontalcontrolnetworkatownbelowinthefigure二級平面控制網(wǎng)的布網(wǎng)以首級平面控制網(wǎng)為依據(jù),布置在施工現(xiàn)場以內相對可靠處,用于為受破壞可能性較大的下一級平面控制網(wǎng)的恢復提供基準,同時也可直Theestablishmentisbasedonthehorizontalcontrolnetworkattheprimarylevel.Thenetworkatthesecondarylevelshouldbesetupatarelativelyreliableplaceinsidetheconstructionsite.Itisusedforprovidingthebasisfortherestoringworkofthetionthecontrolpointsofthenetworkatthesecondarylevelcanbeuseddirectlyformeasurement.Thehorizontalcontrolnetworkatthesecondarylevelshouldincludethemainaxesofbuildingsandformaclosedfigure.法”進行軸線的豎向傳遞,1~2層的直接根據(jù)二級平面控制網(wǎng)用“外控法”。Thehorizontalcontrolnetworkatthethirdlevelisplannedtobeestablishedintheofficeson1~3flooraboveground.Onthethirdfloor,axesarepassedverticallyby“internalcontrolmethod”usinglaserplummetapparatus.Onthefirstandthesecondfloors,“externalcontrolmethod”isusedbasedonthehorizontalcontrolnetworkatthesecondarylevel.的軸線進行聯(lián)測。所選擇的傳遞點位
