它是500強企業(yè)面試題時的技巧法則，備受面試者、成功者和500強HR的推崇。由于這個法則被廣泛應(yīng)用于面試問題的回答，盡管我們還在寫簡歷階段，但如果寫簡歷時能把面試的問題就想好，會使自己更加主動和自信，做到簡歷和面試的關(guān)聯(lián)性、邏輯性都很強，不至于在一個月后再去面試，卻把簡歷里的東西都忘掉了。步驟/方法1頭腦風(fēng)暴＋STAR法則

開放性問題大家都要回答吧？大家也都知道，其實每一個開放性問題都在考查自己的每一項能力，如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，溝通能力，適應(yīng)能力等等。而挖掘閃光點就是在這些事件模塊中找出你所能體現(xiàn)的這些能力，如上例辯論賽中所體現(xiàn)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，溝通能力，主動解決問題。這時候，就可以在下面多加“能力體現(xiàn)”一行。3寫進(jìn)簡歷

以上所說都是主要為面試而準(zhǔn)備的，但是，寫簡歷階段時就應(yīng)用上這些模塊。

在你的工作單位，擔(dān)任職務(wù)下，列出你所干過的事情，將模塊中的A和R兩項以簡潔的語言寫上。這樣，當(dāng)HR問你簡歷上的問題時，你還愁不會答嗎？而且還可以突出自己的優(yōu)勢呢。END注意事項針對不同的職位要求，應(yīng)該使用不同的模塊，突出自己與工作的相關(guān)性，提高簡歷的命中率。
