1.24小時電話支持：乙方為甲方每天供應(yīng)24小時應(yīng)用軟件維護(hù)電話支持效勞。

2.現(xiàn)場效勞：乙方電話支持效勞不能解決甲方應(yīng)用軟件故障時，乙方以最快速度到達(dá)現(xiàn)場效勞。

3.效勞內(nèi)容：乙方負(fù)責(zé)合同內(nèi)信息系統(tǒng)工程的安裝、調(diào)試、升級、故障處理、應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)等相關(guān)事宜，在信息系統(tǒng)需要進(jìn)展應(yīng)用軟件版本升級時，乙方準(zhǔn)時幫助甲方獲得介質(zhì)并進(jìn)展安裝效勞。

三、效勞起止時間

維護(hù)效勞起始時間為年月日，完畢時間為年月日。如下一年度甲方需要連續(xù)進(jìn)展維護(hù)效勞，雙方可在效勞期屆滿重新簽訂合同。

五、雙方義務(wù)

（2）為乙方工程師到場維護(hù)供應(yīng)必要的工作場地，并安排系統(tǒng)人員幫助乙方工作。

2.乙方義務(wù)

（1）乙方應(yīng)對擔(dān)當(dāng)維護(hù)的信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件故障進(jìn)展準(zhǔn)時處理，并供應(yīng)準(zhǔn)時的軟件版本升級。

（2）乙方負(fù)責(zé)對甲方技術(shù)人員進(jìn)展必要的現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)。

（3）乙方未能按合同商定供應(yīng)效勞造成甲方損失，按損失金額賠償。

六、在履行本合同的過程中發(fā)生爭議，雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商解決,協(xié)商不成時，向法院提起訴訟。

七、合同一式六份，甲方執(zhí)四份，乙方執(zhí)二份，雙方簽字蓋章之日生效。

公司設(shè)專職崗位負(fù)責(zé)人員信息系統(tǒng)維護(hù)，簡稱“信息治理員”，該職位隸屬公司行政部，承受行政經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

一、職責(zé)與范圍：

1．負(fù)責(zé)公司售前、售后各部門員工的信息（包括直營店銷售參謀信息）準(zhǔn)時錄入、準(zhǔn)時更新，確保V-Star系統(tǒng)人力資源治理模塊中完整、精確、準(zhǔn)時；

2．負(fù)責(zé)公司各關(guān)鍵崗位和重要崗位人員變更申請，準(zhǔn)時將信息報送分銷中心及上海群眾備案，以便安排繼任者的崗位測評及資質(zhì)認(rèn)證培訓(xùn)；

3．負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)部計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)及相關(guān)設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)，確保公司計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常；

4．依據(jù)上海群眾要求，負(fù)責(zé)各類系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)絡(luò)與維護(hù)。

5、必需設(shè)置密碼進(jìn)入信息系統(tǒng)維護(hù)信息，信息治理員必需做好保密工作，確保系統(tǒng)的嚴(yán)厲性；

6、信息系統(tǒng)維護(hù)過程中不得添加惡意代碼和病毒代碼，確保系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常；

7、全部人員信息在維護(hù)以后未經(jīng)同意，不得隨便刪除或變更，以確保信息的完整性；

每周由系統(tǒng)治理員定期核查維護(hù)人員信息，行政經(jīng)理監(jiān)視。
