注意了解并?熟悉英語(yǔ)國(guó)?家的社會(huì)、文化、習(xí)俗方面的?知識(shí),是提高交際?能力必不可?少的

1)稱(chēng)呼

中國(guó)的人名?一般姓在前?,名在后;而英語(yǔ)國(guó)家?的人名則是?名在前,姓在后。許多人在名?與姓之間還?有一個(gè)中間?名。如:James?Allan?Green?,其中Jam?es為名(first?name或give?nname),Allan?為中間名(middl?ename,通常用首字?母加點(diǎn)代替?);Green?則為姓(lastname,famil?yname或?surna?me)。在正式場(chǎng)合?或介紹某人?時(shí),可使用全名?James?Green?,在公文中簽?名一般用J?amesA.Green?(中間名一般?情況下不用?)。在非正式場(chǎng)?合下,朋友與熟人?之間可直呼?其名Jam?es或呼其?姓名Jam?esGreen?甚至用昵稱(chēng)?Jim。

英語(yǔ)國(guó)家最?常見(jiàn)的稱(chēng)呼?是Mr(先生),Mrs(夫人),Miss(小姐),Ms(婚姻狀況不?明的女士)等,再加上姓。但如果在旅?館、商店,對(duì)陌生人可?稱(chēng)Sir(先生)、Madam?(夫人)。

英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的?人與中國(guó)人?對(duì)贊揚(yáng)的反?應(yīng)是不同的?。中國(guó)人習(xí)慣?于謙虛、禮讓?zhuān)?dāng)別人贊揚(yáng)?自己時(shí)要說(shuō)?些謙讓的話?,而英語(yǔ)國(guó)家?的人則比較?實(shí)際,認(rèn)為得到贊?揚(yáng)受之無(wú)愧?,對(duì)贊揚(yáng)者表?示感謝。如:一個(gè)初學(xué)漢?語(yǔ)的外國(guó)朋?友,雖然漢語(yǔ)講?得很一般,但如果恭維?他:“YourChine?seisverygood.”他會(huì)回答“Reall?y?Thank?you.I’mverygladtohearthat.”對(duì)這樣的回?答中國(guó)人會(huì)?認(rèn)為是不夠?謙虛或喜歡?恭維。而當(dāng)一個(gè)英?語(yǔ)說(shuō)得很流?利的中國(guó)人?聽(tīng)到外國(guó)人?這樣的贊揚(yáng)?時(shí),他一般要說(shuō)?“不行,哪里,還差遠(yuǎn)了”等表示謙虛?的話,而英語(yǔ)國(guó)家?的人,則會(huì)認(rèn)為這?種“謙虛”是無(wú)理和不?承認(rèn)他們的?鑒賞能力,或認(rèn)為這種?“自貶”是“自卑”,或者是言不?由衷的虛偽?。

中國(guó)人非常?客套,對(duì)別人的款?待總要謙讓?一番。如:在別人家里?作客,別人問(wèn):“喝點(diǎn)什么”盡管當(dāng)時(shí)很?渴,但總是客氣?地說(shuō):“不,我不渴?!倍?dāng)主人送?上飲料、茶水之后還?是照喝不誤?。而英語(yǔ)國(guó)家?的人則不然?,當(dāng)中國(guó)人問(wèn)?“Would?youliketohavesometea?”如果他回答?“No,thank?you.”主人則無(wú)須?堅(jiān)持給他沏?茶。否則,他會(huì)認(rèn)為你?不尊重他的?意見(jiàn),強(qiáng)迫他做不?愿意做的事?。而英語(yǔ)國(guó)家?的人問(wèn)“Would?youliketohavesometea?”如果你回答?“No,thank?you.”他就是不會(huì)?再堅(jiān)持為你?沏茶的,盡管你口渴?,你也只能忍?著。又如:Nicetomeetyou.往往用于雙?方見(jiàn)面時(shí)。而當(dāng)你與別?人愉快地談?話之后要離?開(kāi)時(shí),應(yīng)該說(shuō)By?e!Itwasnicetalki?ngtoyou.

4)自謙

中國(guó)人喜歡?自謙。即使是送給?別人很貴重?的禮物也會(huì)?說(shuō):“一點(diǎn)薄禮,不成敬意?!闭?qǐng)人吃飯,雖然十碗八?盤(pán),也會(huì)說(shuō)“家常便飯”。本來(lái)飯菜做?得不錯(cuò),還要說(shuō):“笨手笨腳,菜做得不好??!倍⒄Z(yǔ)國(guó)家?的人在相同?的情況下。他們會(huì)說(shuō)“Hereisabeaut?ifulChris?tmascard.”或“I’vegotasmall?prese?ntforyou..Ihopeyoulikeit.”或“I’vegotabigmealforyou.”

中國(guó)人與英?語(yǔ)國(guó)家的人?對(duì)于個(gè)人隱?私都不愿別?人過(guò)問(wèn)。然而,英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的?隱私范圍比?中國(guó)人的廣?得多。包括如年齡?、婚姻狀況、個(gè)人收入、宗教信仰、政治傾向等?都屬于個(gè)人?隱私。如第一冊(cè)第?十二課,一位英國(guó)老?太太Mar?yHyde問(wèn)?中國(guó)小姑娘?“Howoldareyou?”小女孩答“I’mtwelv?e.”接著女孩子?問(wèn)老太太相?同的問(wèn)題,老太太用低?沉而又神秘?的聲音說(shuō),“Ah,it'sasecre?t.”老人忌諱說(shuō)?出實(shí)際年齡?。詢(xún)問(wèn)個(gè)人隱?私是不禮貌?的表現(xiàn),因此,在與外國(guó)朋?友交談時(shí),最好避免這?些話題。

怎樣做補(bǔ)全?對(duì)話

補(bǔ)全對(duì)話,也叫做完成?對(duì)話或情景?對(duì)話,是考查學(xué)生?語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能?力、交際能力和?對(duì)篇章結(jié)構(gòu)?理解能力的?測(cè)試題型。由于這種題?型內(nèi)容多,層次復(fù)雜,綜合性強(qiáng),故給考生造?成一定的解?題困難。如何做好補(bǔ)?全對(duì)話題。

仔細(xì)審題

這是完成對(duì)?話時(shí)最重要?的一步。考生應(yīng)通過(guò)?上下文情景?揭示,搞清楚對(duì)話?是在何時(shí)、何地、何種場(chǎng)合進(jìn)?行的。然后圍繞主?要話題,聯(lián)系情景,認(rèn)真分析主?要話題涉及?到的相關(guān)內(nèi)?容。

所謂語(yǔ)境,就是文字所?給定的具體?語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。要分析語(yǔ)境?是屬于哪種?情況:打電話,就要用電話?用語(yǔ);到商店購(gòu)物?,就要按與售?貨員對(duì)話的?句式套用;用餐,就要用餐桌?用語(yǔ)問(wèn)答等?。人們說(shuō)"行有行話",就是這個(gè)道?理。例如:

分析信息
