4.2熱等靜壓控制、監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)房應(yīng)與廠房隔離。

設(shè)備與儀表

5.1設(shè)備

5.1.1熱等靜壓設(shè)備的構(gòu)成部件、骨架、加熱元件和隔熱部件等宜采用鉬材(鉬絲或鉬條)、鋼、鎳基

合金或氧化鋁等材料制作,也可根據(jù)需要采用石墨或石墨復(fù)合材料作為加熱材料。

5.1.2熱等靜壓設(shè)備應(yīng)配備溫度測(cè)量和監(jiān)控儀器,每個(gè)加熱區(qū)均應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的溫度控制回路。熱等靜壓
