2.TheAgentshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andindustrystandardsintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.

3.ThePrincipalshallprovidetheAgentwithallnecessarymarketingmaterials,productinformation,andsupporttoenabletheAgenttoperformitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.

COMMISSION:
