1.0Purpose目的

ThepurposeofthisStandardistoensurethatliftingandriggingworkis

performedinasafeandcontrolledmanner.Itoutlinestheroles,

responsibilities,andproceduresforperformingCrane,LiftingandRiggingwork

safely.ItprovidesthenecessaryinformationtofullyunderstandLiftingand

Rigginghazardsandtheprocedurestoensuretheworkisperformedinasafe

andcontrolledmanner.

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目的在于確保在安全和可控情況下進(jìn)行吊裝作業(yè)。其列出了相關(guān)作業(yè)人

員的責(zé)任與職責(zé)，起吊作業(yè)程序以及吊裝作業(yè)的安全要求。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供了充分了

解吊裝作業(yè)中的危險(xiǎn)所需信息，還提供確保作業(yè)在安全的和可控的情況下進(jìn)行的

所需程序。

2.0Scope范圍

ThisCrane&LiftingStandardcoverslifting&riggingworkperformedbythe

UBRemployeesandtheirdirecthiredsuppliers,contractorsandtheir

subcontractorswithinUBRProjectboundary.

3.0TermsandDefinitions術(shù)語和定義

Anti-TwoBlock(DeadHeadingLimitSwitch)-Aprotectiondevicedesigned

tostopahoistblockand/orloadfrombeinghoistedintocontactwiththeboom

tip.Aproperlyworkinganti-twoblockwillpreventputtingsufficientstressonthe

wireropethatitiseithercutorstressedtothepointthatthelineseparatesand

theloadfalls.

防撞裝置(頂部限位器)-指設(shè)計(jì)用于防止吊鉤和/或吊物觸碰吊臂頂部的保護(hù)裝

liftsshallrequire,asaminimum,adetailedliftplan,JSAandaPermittoWork.

proficiencyintheskillsrequiredtoinspectandtestcranes,riggingandliftingequipment.

合格吊車、吊裝設(shè)備檢查員-一名合格的吊車以及吊裝設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)員，該檢驗(yàn)員應(yīng)受過培

訓(xùn)和具備相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并能熟練檢查和測(cè)試吊車以及吊裝設(shè)備。

QualifiedCraneOperator-Anindividualwithtrainingandexperiencewhohas

successfullycompletedanappropriateriggingandQualifiedCraneOperatorskills

trainingcourse.TheQualifiedCraneOperatorshallholdaqualificationcardforthe

typeandcapacityofcranethattheyareoperating.

QualifiedRigger-Anindividualwithtrainingandexperiencedthathassuccessfully

completedanappropriateriggingtrainingcourseandariggerskillstrainingcourse.

司索工-一名合格的司索工應(yīng)受過正規(guī)的吊索具及裝配技能培訓(xùn)，并具備相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Rigging-Riggingreferstoboththeprocessofsafelymovingloadswithslings,hoists,

jacks,andothertypesofliftingequipment,andtheequipmentusedtoliftandmove

theseloads.

吊裝-指運(yùn)用吊繩，提升裝置，千斤頂及其他提升設(shè)備，安全移動(dòng)吊物的過程。同時(shí)

RoutineLifts-Uncomplicatedliftsthatareperformedonaregularbasisusingfixed,

4.0RolesandResponsibilities崗位職責(zé)

RolesandResponsibilitiesareclearlydefinedandpersonnelshallmeetthetraining

andcompetencyrequirementsofthisStandardpriortostartingwork.PRCregulations

mayspecifyadditionaltrainingandcompetencyrequirements.

崗位職責(zé)明確定義，即作業(yè)人員在施工之前須經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)且具備該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中所具備的能力。

中華人民共和國(guó)法規(guī)可能還規(guī)定有其他培訓(xùn)和能力要求。

5.0Procedures程序

5.1General一般要求

Thefollowingsafetyprecautionsmustbefollowedwhenpersonnelare

involvedinliftingandriggingoperations:

當(dāng)有人員參與吊裝操作活動(dòng)中時(shí)，必須遵守以下安全注意事項(xiàng)：

?Theboomandbasketloadlimitspecifiedbythemanufacturermustnot

beexceeded.

制造商規(guī)定的吊臂和吊籃載荷限制不能被超過。

?Workersmustnotbepermittedtouseoroperateanyliftingequipment

unlesstheyareinstructed,trainedandqualifiedbyacompetentperson

intheuseandoperationoftheequipment.Documentationofcontractor

QualifiedCraneOperatorqualificationsmustbeprovideduponrequest

asperthecontract.
