northandlowerinthesouth.Theabovesealevelisabout3000mandthenaturalgradefromthe

southtothenorthisabout3%?4%andthatfromtheeasttothewestislessthan1%.

本工程位于海西蒙古族藏族自治州馬力市太陽能工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)，距離馬力市約7公里，國

道以北，南側(cè)。本期占地面積約2.5平方千米。廠址區(qū)域地貌為戈壁灘，地勢北高南低，海

拔約為3000米，南北自然坡率約為3%-4%,東西向自然坡率小于1%。

馬力地處西北部，屬中緯度內(nèi)陸高原地區(qū)，具有典型的高原大陸性氣候特征。氣候干燥，

降水稀少，氣溫較低，溫度日變化大，日照豐富，風(fēng)大而多，無霜期短，氣候寒冷干燥。其

Geologicalconditions

地理條件

Theproposedsiteislocatedinthesolarpowerplantbase7kmawayfromDelhiCity,

province,PRC,whichisadjacenttotheG315nationalroadinthenorth,andBaishuMountainin

thesouth,surroundedbyTaosituRd.andZiyuanRd.Surroundingtrafficisveryconvenientand

suitableforconstruction.

本工程位于馬力市太陽能工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)，距離馬力市約7公里，國道以北，南側(cè)。被陶斯

圖路和資源路所環(huán)繞。周圍交通便利，適合施工。

TheexplorationsitesitsonGobi,butithasalreadybeenleveled.Thegeneraltrendislowfrom

northtosouth.Thereisgullywith0.5?3.5mdepthfromnorthtosouth.Alhagigrassissparseand

two-tonedistributiononsurface.Thesitehasbeenleveled.It,fromnorthtosouth,fromhightolow,

forms8platforms.Theplatformisrelativelyflatterrain.Thegroundelevationis2966.51?3012.04

metersafterleveling,andthedifferenceis45.53m.

本施工區(qū)域地貌為戈壁灘，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)過平整。地勢北高南低，由北往南有一條深0.5~3.5

米的溝。表面分布著稀疏的駱駝刺和石頭。本地區(qū)分為8個平臺，每個平臺都相對平坦，地

面標(biāo)高為2966.51~3012.04米，相差45.53米。

現(xiàn)場地貌單元屬于山麓洪積扇。

Subsoilwithin35.0mexploreddepthshasbeenleveled.Thesouthofthesurfaceofeach

platformiscoveredwithlayeredandcompactedplainfill(mainlyroundgravel),andthenorthwith

compactedroundgravelformedthroughalluvial-diluvialforcesintheQuaternaryHolocene.Under

thesurfacearealluvial-diluvialroundgravelsformedinUpperPleistoceneofQuaternary,which

sandwichedathinlayerofpebblysiltysoil

35米深的底層土已經(jīng)被平整過。每個平臺的南面都由素填土分層壓實，主要是圓砂礫。

而北面則是第四系全新砂礫經(jīng)沖擊而成。表層下是沖擊砂礫形成的晚更新世地層，此地層夾

在一層很薄的含卵石的粉砂土中。

基于鉆孔，動力觸探試驗，室外室內(nèi)試驗室試驗結(jié)果以及土壤年齡，起源，描述和物理

機械性能，土壤被分為三層。地層形成，土壤描述，厚度以及分布如下所示。

第一層是素填土，主要由稍濕的圓砂礫構(gòu)成。重型動力觸探為16.3-36.7,平均值為22.7,

處于中度密實狀態(tài)，主要位于每個平臺及回填去月的南部。土層厚度為0.40~6.20m,底部深

度為0.40~6.20m,底部標(biāo)高為2965.71~3010.36m

distributesthroughouttheentirefield.Thethicknessofthelayersis1.00?4.00m.Depthofthe

bottomis1.00?5.20m.Elevationofthebottomisbetween2963.01-3006.65m.

第二層為顏色斑駁的圓砂礫，微濕。重型動力觸探為16.8~35.6,平均值為25.7,處于中

度密實狀態(tài)，主要包括砂巖，石英巖，石灰?guī)r及其他碎片。晶粒大小從2mm到20mm不等，

最大的為50mmo縫隙內(nèi)有沙子和粘土，有一部分為植物根。土層包括含卵粉砂土，厚度為

0.20-0.40mo除了位于每層北部部分已經(jīng)被開挖的區(qū)域外，第二層覆蓋了整個場地。厚度為

1.00~4.00m,底部深度為1.00~5.20m,底部標(biāo)高為2963.01~3006.65m。

mediumdense.Lentiformsiltdistributesin2roundgravellayer,thethicknessis0.20~0.40m.

penetrationN63.5blowis32.5-49.8,averagevalueis43.0.Itisindensestate.Itismainly

consistedofsandstone,quartzite,limestoneandotherdebris.Thecommonparticlesizeis2?20

mm,maxupto80mm.Thegapisfilledwithsandandclayeysoil.Thesoillayerincludeslentiform

pebblysiltysoilwithathicknessrangeof0.30?1.20m.Itdistributesthroughouttheentirefield.

Thisinvestigationdoesnotpenetrate.Themaximumthicknessis35m.

第三層為顏色斑駁的圓砂礫，微濕。重型動力觸探為32.5?49.8,平均值為430屬于中

度密集。主要包括砂巖，石英巖，石灰?guī)r及其他碎片。普通顆粒大小為2?20mm,最大的為

80mm?？p隙里有沙子和粘性土。土層包括含卵粉砂土，厚度為0.30?1.20m。位于整個區(qū)域。

調(diào)查還不夠深入，最大厚度為35m。

The3-1layerispebblysiltysoil,tawny,slightlywet,dense.Thepercentofroundgravelis

above30%.Lentiformpebblysiltysoildistributesinthe3layer(roundgravel)withthickness

rangingfrom0.30to1.20m.

第3-1層為含卵粉砂土，黃褐色，微濕，密集。圓砂礫比例超過30%。豆?fàn)钣倌喾植加?

層圓砂礫層，厚度為0.30?1.20m。

Thedistributionofeachlayerofsoilandburialconditioncanbefoundintheengineering

geologicalprofile(6G3037-3).

每層土壤分布以及埋入情況詳見工程地質(zhì)剖面圖(6G3037-3)。

Regardingthewholeprojectsite,thefoundationsoilisstablydistributedandthetopographyof

theplantsiteisflatandopenwithoutbigfluctuation.Thesiteismainlyformedbystableand

compactgravelandthesoilisconsideredmediumhardsoilwiththethicknessofthecoveringlayer

over5m.Themaximumdepthofseasonalfrozenearthis1.96mundertheground.

從整個工程場地來看，地基土分布較為穩(wěn)定，廠址地勢平坦開闊、地形起伏不大。場地

主要為較為穩(wěn)定的密實圓礫，場地土的類型按中硬土考慮，覆蓋層厚度大于5m,最大季節(jié)性

凍土深度為地面以下1.96m。

accelerationis0.10g(standardnumber).Theplantsite,situatedinastabletectonicarea,isa

favorableearthquake-proofdistrict,whichisamediumcomplexsiteclassifiedasCategoryIII

廠址區(qū)抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值)，設(shè)計基本地震加速度值為0.10g(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值)，廠址

屬構(gòu)造較穩(wěn)定區(qū)。工程區(qū)屬可進(jìn)行建設(shè)的抗震有利地段，場地為中等復(fù)雜場地，場地類別為

III類(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值)。

果和派人參加由甲方負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行的與其他島配合的聯(lián)動調(diào)試、試運行和性能驗收試驗。其中太

陽島每列集熱器（SCA）均開展冷態(tài)調(diào)試。

ThehydraulicequilibriumadjustmentofHTFpipesystemwithintheEPCboundarylimitand

thecommissioningoftheentryandexitvalvesofSCA.Alloftheinstruments,controlequipment,

calibrationofhydraulicdrive,test,commissioningwithintheEPCboundarylimitshouldbe

bytheBidder;theBiddershouldberesponsibleforoverallconfigurationofDCS,howeverfor

diagramandrequirementsandsupporttheEmployertoperformFAT,configurationandstart-up

commissioning.

含總包界區(qū)內(nèi)導(dǎo)熱油管路系統(tǒng)水力平衡調(diào)節(jié)，集熱器進(jìn)出口閥門調(diào)試?？偘鐓^(qū)內(nèi)全部

的儀表、控制設(shè)備、液壓驅(qū)動的校驗、測試、調(diào)試都由乙方完成；LOC+SCS的組態(tài)、調(diào)試由

乙方負(fù)責(zé)完成；DCS總體組態(tài)由甲方負(fù)責(zé)，但涉及到集熱場控制的部分，由乙方提供詳細(xì)的

連鎖邏輯圖及要求，配合甲方完成FAT測試、組態(tài)及開工調(diào)試。

太陽島EPC乙方應(yīng)提供工具、設(shè)備和人力，以協(xié)助整個電站的調(diào)試、啟動和驗收試驗。

第二層主要里程碑計劃是工程遵循的目標(biāo)。

Inconstructionphase,SH&PCNEwilldevelopdetailedlevel3/level4schedulesasthemain

executionlevelscheduleandthebasisofprogressanalysis.OnthislevelSH&PCNEwillreport

scheduleanalysisresultandprogressstatustoPMCmonthly.Theschedulewillbeupdated

monthly.

在施工階段，首航和電建核電工程公司聯(lián)合體（以下簡稱“聯(lián)合體”）會制作詳細(xì)的第三

層第四層計劃作為主要的施工計劃和進(jìn)度分析依據(jù)。聯(lián)合體會按月向PMC匯報計劃分析結(jié)果

和進(jìn)度情況。施工計劃也會每月更新。

施工單位需要根據(jù)月度計劃編寫和執(zhí)行周計劃。

Otherspecialschedulesforcertainworkswillbecompiledonanasrequiredbasis.Specialand

DetailScheduleswillbedevelopedforspecificworktasks,foraccomplishingacertainwork.

根據(jù)需要，編寫特定工作的專門計劃。針對特別的工作任務(wù)，編寫專門詳細(xì)的計一劃。

Duringconstruction,SH&PCNEshallcompileMasterSchedulefortheentireworks,which

shallbedevelopedfromtheLevel3Schedule.Itshallbedistributedtoeachconstructionteam,and

itwasupdatedbySH&PCNE.ThroughitSH&PCNEcancheckandanalysiseachteamprogress,

andperformanceandwherenecessaryaiddevelopmentofanyrecoveryplans.

施工中，聯(lián)合體需根據(jù)第三層計劃編寫整個工作的主計劃。主計劃由聯(lián)合體負(fù)責(zé)更新，

并下發(fā)到各個施工單位。通過主計劃，聯(lián)合體可以檢查并分析每個施工單位的工作進(jìn)度，施

工能力以及什么地方需要趕工計劃。

第二層和第三層計劃需要每周在P6軟件里進(jìn)行更新，使其能夠反映實際施工和計劃施工

對比情況。一套經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的進(jìn)度檢測系統(tǒng)會用于進(jìn)度計算。這道系統(tǒng)基于工作值表，而每個工

作都有分配的相應(yīng)值。

聯(lián)合體需要每周收集各個在建工作的完成情況，整個工作的值。計算出每個項目及分項
