一、配藥方面：無(wú)菌溶液里經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)橡皮碎屑類(lèi)的無(wú)菌異物，往往

給病人造成許多擔(dān)心和誤會(huì)。為了避免這一現(xiàn)象，通常我在配藥時(shí)，

將針頭斜面與瓶塞水平面呈0°?130°的角插入。需要多次插入時(shí)，

選擇從同一針孔進(jìn)針或取下瓶塞上的針頭采用另一個(gè)針頭吸藥，然后

再通過(guò)瓶塞上的針頭注入。(1.Dispensing:Sterileforeign

二、肌肉注射方面：在肌肉注射混懸液時(shí)，由于配制時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)，容易

發(fā)生針頭阻塞，導(dǎo)致多次注射，增加了病人的痛苦。為了提高注射成

功率，我主張讓病人采取坐位注射，取臀大肌定位消毒，然后將溶媒

沿瓶壁慢慢注入，搖勻后吸取，藥瓶?jī)?nèi)排空氣，水平持針?lè)焖偕畈?/p>

肌注，效果很好。(2.Intramuscularinjection:Whenthe

是講究技巧的。對(duì)于淺表粗直的血管，采取針頭與皮膚間呈60°角

快速進(jìn)針?lè)?，可以減輕病人的疼痛;對(duì)與細(xì)、短、滑、不充盈的血管,

局部熱敷或輕輕拍打，至血管充盈后，固定好血管，選用小號(hào)針頭，

以15。?30。角進(jìn)針，可以提高成功率;對(duì)于位置較深的血管，按解

剖位置用手指腹觸摸，有飽滿(mǎn)感，掌握好深淺，摸索進(jìn)針。(3.

一、配藥方面：無(wú)菌溶液里經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)橡皮碎屑類(lèi)的無(wú)菌異物，往往

給病人造成許多擔(dān)心和誤會(huì)。為了避免這一現(xiàn)象，通常我在配藥時(shí)，

將針頭斜面與瓶塞水平面呈0°?130。的角插入。需要多次插入時(shí),

選擇從同一針孔進(jìn)針或取下瓶塞上的針頭采用另一個(gè)針頭吸藥，然后

再通過(guò)瓶塞上的針頭注入。(1.Dispensing:Sterileforeign

二、肌肉注射方面：在肌肉注射混懸液時(shí)，由于配制時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)，容易

發(fā)生針頭阻塞，導(dǎo)致多次注射，增加了病人的痛苦。為了提高注射成

功率，我主張讓病人采取坐位注射，取臀大肌定位消毒，然后將溶媒

沿瓶壁慢慢注入，搖勻后吸取，藥瓶?jī)?nèi)排空氣，水平持針?lè)焖偕畈?/p>

肌注，效果很好。(2.Intramuscularinjection:Whenthe

三、輸液方面：靜脈輸液是臨床工作中經(jīng)常性的基本操作。靜脈穿刺

是講究技巧的。對(duì)于淺表粗直的血管，采取針頭與皮膚間呈60°角

快速進(jìn)針?lè)?，可以減輕病人的疼痛;對(duì)與細(xì)、短、滑、不充盈的血管,

局部熱敷或輕輕拍打，至血管充盈后，固定好血管，選用小號(hào)針頭，

以15。?30。角進(jìn)針，可以提高成功率;對(duì)于位置較深的血管，按解

剖位置用手指腹觸摸，有飽滿(mǎn)感，掌握好深淺，摸索進(jìn)針。(3.
