1.Statement

Onlyqualifiedpersonareallowedtoperformanyplanning,installationormaintenancework.Thepersonmustbetrainedforthisjobandmustbefamiliarwiththeinstallation,assembly,commissioningandoperationoftheproduct.Sufficientknowledgeinliftconstructionisessential.

Theregulationsconcerningoperation,maintenanceandinspectioninaccordancewiththeapplicablesafetyregulationsinliftconstructionandotherrelevantregulationsshallbestrictlyobserved.

3.Transportandstorage

Thetractionmachinesleavethefactoryinafaultlessconditionafterbeingtested.Makeavisualcheckforanyexternaldamageimmediatelyupontheirarrivalonsite.Ifanydamageincurredintransitisfound,makeanoticeofclaiminthepresenceoftheforwarder.Ifnecessary,donotputthesemachinesintooperation.

(Danger)theeyeboltsaredesignedforthespecifiedmachineweight,i.e.itisnotpermittedtosuspendadditionalloads.

-Storethemotorsonlyinclosed,dry,dust-free,wellventilatedandvibration-freeroom.

-Thetimeofreservedoesnotexceed6months.Oncebeexceeded,youshouldinspectit.

-Noliabilityisassumedforanydamageresultingfromimproperhandlingofthemachine.

-Transportationandstorageambienttemperaturerequired:-25℃~55℃,andthedurationof24hourson70℃issupported.

-Makesurethecartonisundamagedbeforeopening.Checkthenameplateandtractionmachineisqualifiedforusing.

-Checkthepackinglistfirsttomakesureifallthecomponentsarereadyafteropeningthecartoon,whetherthemachineisdamaged,erodingornot.

-Tractionmachinemustbestructural-integrityinstalled,disassembleinstallationisforbidden.

-Makeropehookclasptheringonthemachinebeforesuspending,andkeepsteadyandnocrashduringsuspending.

-Avoidtodamageequipmentwhensuspention.

(Warning)Theeyeboltsshouldbefullytightenedwhilelifting,withoutanygapwithframesurface.Theangleαbetweenboththeeyeboltsshouldbelessthan60°.

4.Installation

4.1General

(Warning)Checkthepermissibleframeorfoundationloadsbycalculationbeforeinstallingthemachine.Theframemustbesufficientlyrigidtoaccommodatethebendingandtorsionalforcesoccurringoverthewholeloadrange,Placethemachineonaplanesurfacewithapermissibledeviationfromplanenessnotexceeding0.1mm.

Installthemachineonlyinanenclosedmachineroomandtakecaretoobservetherelevantsafetyprecautions.

(Danger)Fastenthemachineontheframewithboltsofstrengthclass12.9

Tractionmachinesaregenerallyprovidedwithropeslip-offguards.Afterputtingtheropesinplace,adjustthemsothatthedistancebetweentheropeandtheropeslip-offguarddoesnotexceed1.5mm.

4.2Ambientconditions

Thefollowingambientconditionsmustbeensuredonsite:

-Altitude:max.1000m,over1000mneedcorrectionaccordingIEC60034-1.

-Ambienttemperature:5℃~40℃

-Thedeviationbetweenvoltagefluctuationandratedvoltagedoesnotexceed±7%

-Thereisnocorrosiveandflammablegasinenvironment.

-Therearenolubricantandothersonthesurfaceofsteelwireropeandgroove

-Max.rel.humidity:90%.

TheTechnicaldataapplytotheaboveambienttemperaturesandaltitudes.

5.Electricalconnection

5.1General

Maketheelectricalconnectionafterhavinginstalledthemotor.Havethisdonebyaqualifiedelectrician.

Beforestartinganyworkonthemotor,andparticularlybeforeopeninganycoversofactiveparts,makesurethatthemotorandplanthavebeenproperlyisolated.

(Warning)Inspectionandpreparationbeforetheoperation:

-Disconnectthetractionmachinefromthepowersupply.

-Checkiftheelectricalconnectionisrightornot

-Affirmtherearenoshortcircuitofexposedpartsandnoshortcircuittoground

-Earhandshort(withvoltagesabove1,000V)

-Affirmtheconnectionofterminals,insertingconnectionsandboltsarefirmenough

5.2Thetractionmachineandbrakeconnection

Themachineelectricalconnectioncomponentasfollows:electrical,grounding,thermoscopethermal,brakes(includingmicro-switches),allofthemintheterminalbox.Theterminals’connectionisshowedinbox.

Motorconnection

Thepowerofthetractionmachineissuppliedbydriver,andtheU、V、Wterminalsshouldbeconnectedwiththeouputterminalsofdriver.Ifthemachinecannotrotate,changeanytwoterminalsbetweenU、V、W.Theshieldofdriverandthetractionmachineshouldhavegoodearthing.

Thebrakes’micro-switchconnectiondiagramisshowedshowedinbox.

5.3Grounding

Forsafetyreasons,itisveryimportantthatthemotorbeproperlyandcarefullyearthed.

(Warning)Usetheearthingscrewprovidedonthehousing!Inaddition,connecttheprotectiveorearthingconductorintheterminalbox.

6.Installationandapplicationoflong-distancereleasingdevice

Theelevatorcanbeliftedthroughlong0distancereleasingdevicetosavepassengersifthepowerisofforotherfaultshappen.Thereshouldbetwoqualifiedpeopletodothis.Firstofall,makesurethepowerisoff,andthendoasthefollowingmethods.Thepicturemightsomedifferencewithmachinebecauseproductimprovementjustforyoureference.

6.1Installation

1)Spreadthesteelcable.

2)Usebolt(8)andspringwashertofixthebase(9)onaadequatestrengthseat

(Warning)Thereshouldbesomespaceleavingforcurvatureofpullingcableonfixingbase(bendingradiusnotlessthan200mm)

6.2Application

Removelockingbolt(10)forplate(2).

Pullthelever(1)upward,theleverrotatesandthebrakeactsthenthetractionsheavecanberotated.

Afterreleasingoperation,locktheturnplate(2)withbolt(10)forlockingplateincaseofsuddennessreleasing.

Ifreleasingresultsisnotasexpected,adjustnutlittlebylittletogetreleasingfunction.

6.3Notice

Whenfixingthelong-distancereleasingdevice,makesurethepullingcablearrangedreasonablyandglidingly,withnotwistandknotorothersituationsaffecttorquetransporting.Ifthereneedcurvethecable,curvedradiuslessthan400mmisadvised.

Theusershouldleaveenoughspaceforavoidingthecurvedradiustoosmallwhenfixingthereleasingbase.Thecurvedradiusofpullingcableinthisplaceshouldbelessthan400mm,otherwisethereleasewillbehardorevencannotreleaseandthecablebroken.

Theearlyfastenforceofpullingcablecannotbetoohigh,whichcanreleasebutwon’taffectbraketorqueisok.Ifitistoohigh,thismayreducethebraketorqueevenmakesthebrakeoutofwork.

Notice:

Forthemachineswithoutlongdistancereleasedevice,youcanuseUPSsparepowertoreleasebrake,slowlyrollbackandmakethecartolevelinglocation.

6.4Handwheeldeviceinstructions

inemergencyevacuationyoucanusethetwohandleswhicharediliveriedwithmachinetorleasethebrakeslowlyrollbackandmakethecartolevelinglocation.

(Warning):Whenemergencyevacuation,pleaseensurethesystempowerisoff.

7.Motormaintenance

7.1BearingMaintenance

Thebearingoftractionsheaveendwasinjectedgrease,whendoingmaintenancework;customersshouldinjectthesamekindofgrease.

Customercaninjectgreasethroughgreasezerkandprotecttheinjectionholefromdustinsidethecup.Greaseshouldberefilledaccordingmachinelabelshow.Pleasedonotoverfillthegreaseotherwisemightcauseoilleak.Theencodersidebearingissealedbearing,whichneedsnottomaintain.

7.2Notice

Keepthemachineroomcleananddry.

Keepthetractionmachineclean.

Affirmthebrakesystemisreliableandfrayornot.

8.Installandadjustthebrake

8.1Notice

Beforeyouinstal,useandmaintainbrake,pls.readthismanualbecarefullytoavoidwoundordamageequipment,itisnecessarytoaskqualifiedtrainertooperatethispart.

Accordingtomodelnumberandlabelinstructiontoconnectpowerandvoltagecorrectly.

Prohibitinstallingormaintainingbrakewhilepoweron.

Prohibittomaintenancewhilemachinerunning.

Tensionisprohibitedbetweentheconnectionswires.

Pleaseavoidanygreaseoroilontobrakepads,otherwise,thebraketorquewillbedroppeddramatically.

Installbraketomachine,itneedstoadjustairgap,instructionasbelow:

Screwbolt,torqueisabout15-20Nm,usefeelertocheckbetweengagbitandironcore,seebelowdrawing:

Ifthegadislittletoobig,usethe16mmspanneranticlockwiserotatesthefixedblotofabout30°tomaketheblotalittlebitloose,andthenusethe18mmspannertorotatetheblotanticlockwisetomaketheblotturnintothecoilironcore,thenrotatethefixedblotclockwisetomakeitfixed.Usefeelertoexamthegadandseewhetheritmeetthestandard.

Ifthegapistoosmall,usethe16mmspannertorotatethefixedblot30°--40°tomaketheblotalittleloose,andthenusethe18mmspannertorotatetheblotclockwisetomaketheblotwithdrawfromthecoilironcore,thenrotatethefixedblotclockwisetomakeitfixed.Usethefeelertoexamthegadandseewhetheritmeetthestandard.

(Notice):Rotatethehollowblotslightly,screwdownthe4fixedblots.

Thefrictionpadmayhavetheabrasionafterusingforsometime,theairgapwillbelarger,whentheairgapcomesto0.6mm,pleaseadjusttheairgapandmakeitreachto0.35-0.45mm.

Putthe0.10mmfeelerbetweentheswitchcontactorandthehexheadblot.

usetheluminotrontotestandseewhethertheblackwireandthebluewireisconnected,ifthelightisun-light,thenrotatethehexheadblottotheswitchsidetomakeitlight,thenturntotheothersidetomakethelightun-light,screwdownthehexheadnutstofixthehexheadblots.

Electrifythebrake,makesuretheindicatorlightispoweron,whenthebrakeelectricityiscutoff,thelightispoweroff.

Putthe0.10mmfeelerbetweentheswitchcontactorandthehexheadblot,themicswitchnowork.Putthe0.20mmfeelerbetweentheswithcontactorandthehexheadblot,themicswithwork.

Lacquereveryfixedpartwiththesafetylacquer.

8.4Maintenance

Fixedchecktheairgapbetweenbrakegagbitandelectricmagneticcore,ifthegapbiggerthan0.6,needtoadjustit.

Atleastremovebrakecoilandcheck5yearsatime.

Fixedcheckbrakejobtime.

(Notice):Ifadjustbrakebothsidesatthesametime,shouldputupthecarinemptyloadingandsitonthebuffertoavoidrollback!

(Notice):Ifthecardidn’tsitonthebufferandwouldliketoadjustbraketorqueandopenbrakegap,shouldadjustbrakeeachsideseparately.

(Notice):Beforenormalworkingorelectrifytesting,shouldputopenbrakespannerinplace.

1.2)Checkwhetherrelaycontactincontrollerburntoutornot,ifso,handleitintimeduetobrakeworkingdutyisS5-40%whichunabletoelectrifyinalongtime.

2.1.1)Ifnot,pleaseuse18mmspannerclockwiserotatehollowboltandmakeitclosedandfasten.Usingfeelertocheckwhetherairgapcouldmeettherequirement,pleaserefertoitem8.3whichshowyouhowtoadjustairgap,thenelectrify,problemsusedtoresolve.

2.1.2)Hollowboltclosedtomachineframewithoutloosen,needtocheckwhetherairgapistoonarrow,ifso,adjustitandrefertoitem8.3whichshowyouhowtoadjustairgap,thenelectrifyandcheckagain.

3)Brakeovernoise

3.2)CheckthecontinuedflowloopresistanceRwhetheritistoolarge,ifthereleasetimeismeet,theresistancecanbereducedunderthepremise,thenoisecanbereduced.
