Thisstandardspecifiestheevaluationprinciple,evaluationindexsystemandevaluationmethodwhichshouldbefollowedintheevaluationofenterpriseinnovationinfluence.

Thisstandardappliestotheevaluationofenterpriseinnovationinfluenceinalltypesofindustriesandsizes,andprovidesareferenceforenterprisestoform,maintainandpromoteinnovationinfluence.

3.1

Theenterprisecarriesoutinnovationactivities,achievescommitments,getsrecognitionandgainsresultsintheproduct,brand,management,culture,socialresponsibilityandsoon.Inthisprocess,theenterprisewillbeabletohaveapositiveguidingeffectonthemselvesorrelatedparties.3.2

Theevaluationsystemisacompletesystemwhichiscomposedoffactorssuchasevaluationobject,evaluationindexsystem,evaluationprinciples,evaluationmethodsandevaluationprocess.

Anindexisafigureobtainedbyusingeveryelementoftheevaluationsystemintotheoperationlikesuperpositionandsoonaccordingtotheevaluationtarget,whichcaneffectivelymeasurethequantitativeimpactofeveryelementonevaluationobjects.

4Generalrules

4.1Evaluationprinciples

Evaluationofenterpriseinnovationinfluenceshouldfollowthefollowingprinciples:

——Impartial.Accordingtotheactualsituation,theenterpriseinnovationinfluenceisevaluatedobjectively,fairlyandimpartially.

——Scientific.Thedataresourcesoftheevaluationelementsarereliableandcanaccuratelyreflecttheguidanceandrequirementsoftheevaluation.

——Operable.Theevaluationindexsystemandevaluationmethodshouldbespecific,clear,

measurable,easytounderstand,easytooperate.

——Continuousimprovement.Theevaluationsystemofenterpriseinnovationinfluenceshouldbecontinuouslyimprovedtoprovideobjective,fairandadvancedevaluationresults.

Whentheevaluationobjectisharmfultothepublicinterestwillnotbeevaluated.

4.2Evaluationstatements

Beforecarryingouttheevaluationwork,itisnecessaryfortheevaluationagencytodeclaretheexpecteduseoftheevaluationresult,theusersoftheevaluationreport,theevaluationprocess,thequalificationrequirementsoftheevaluator,thetimetoimplementtheevaluationandthelimitationoftheevaluation.

4.3Definitionofevaluationobject

Beforeevaluating,theevaluationagencyshouldidentifytheevaluationobjecttodefinethebusinessareasoftheirproductsorservices,andappointrelevantprofessionalevaluatortoimplementtheevaluation.

4.4Sourcesofdataresources

Theevaluatorshouldensurethateffectiveinformationisobtainedtocarryouttheevaluation,andthesourcesofdataresourcesincludeevaluationobjectandrelatedparties.Theevaluatorsshouldfullyassesstheauthenticity,integrity,consistencyandadequacyofthedataresourcesused.

4.5Evaluator'srequests

Duringtheevaluationprocess,theevaluatorshouldworkbasedontheevaluationprincipleof

4.1andfollowthefollowingrequirements:

-Tobefamiliarwiththecurrentsituationanddevelopmentprospectoftheevaluationobject.

-Tocommunicatewiththemembersoftheevaluationteamtosolvetheproblemsordoubtsintheevaluationprocess.

-Toensuretheoverallandobjectiveevaluationprocess,noartificialadjustmentofthedataortheresults.

-Theactualoperationisconsideredtoensurethattheevaluationprocessisfeasibleandtheevaluationprocesscanbetracedback.

-Theevaluationinformationandtheintermediatedatashouldbestrictlyconfidentialwithoutthepermissionoftheevaluatedenterprise.

-Tocarryoutevaluationworkshouldbeaimedathelpingenterprisetocontinuetoimproveitsinnovationinfluence.

5Evaluationindexsystem

5.1Generalrequirements

5.1.1Evaluationlevel

Theevaluationsystemforenterpriseinnovationinfluenceconsistsofthreelevelsofindexes.Inevaluationsystem,threefirstlevelofindexesareenterprisetechnologicalinnovationinfluenceindex,enterprisebrandinnovationinfluenceindexandenterprisemanagementinnovationinfluenceindex.Therearesixsecondlevelofindexesandtwenty-ninethirdlevelofindexesunderthethreefirst

5.1.2Evaluationindex

Theindexoftheevaluationsystemforenterpriseinnovationinfluenceiscalculatedbythestepbystep.Theindexesatalllevelsarecalculatedbythearithmeticorgeometricmeansoftheirnextlevelindexes.Inparticular,thefirstlevelofindexesisthegeometricmeansofeachsecondlevelofindexesunderitscategory,andthesecondlevelofindexesisthearithmeticaverageofthethirdlevelofindexesunderitscategory.TheevaluationsystemforenterpriseinnovationinfluenceisshowninSheet1.
