iminalliabilityinaccordancewiththelaw;法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。Othercircumstancesstipulatedbylawsandregulations.3.有下列情形之一的，本合同終止：Thiscontractshallterminateunderanyofthefollowingcircumstances:本合同期滿的；Theexpirationofthiscontract;乙方開始依法享受基本養(yǎng)老保險待遇的；PartyBbeginstoenjoybasicendowmentinsurancebenefitsinaccordancewiththelaw;乙方死亡，或者被人民法院宣告死亡或者宣告失蹤的；ThedeathofPartyB,orPartyBisdeclareddeadormissingbythepeople'scourt;甲方被依法宣告破產(chǎn)的；PartyAisdeclaredbankruptinaccordancewiththelaw;甲方被吊銷營業(yè)執(zhí)照、責令關閉、撤銷或者甲方?jīng)Q定提前解散的；PartyA'sbusinesslicenseisrevoked,itisorderedtoclosedown,revoked,orPartyAdecidestodissolveinadvance;法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。Othercircumstancesstipulatedbylawsandregulations.八、保密和競業(yè)限制VIII.ConfidentialityandNon-competition1.乙方對在工作過程中知悉的甲方商業(yè)秘密、技術秘密等負有保密義務。未經(jīng)甲方書面同意，乙方不得向任何第三方披露、使用或允許第三方使用上述秘密。PartyBshallbeobligedtokeepconfidentialthebusinesssecrets,technicalsecrets,etc.ofPartyAthatareknownduringtheworkprocess.WithoutthewrittenconsentofPartyA,PartyBshallnotdisclose,useorallowanythird-partytousetheabove-mentionedsecrets.2.如乙方從事涉及甲方商業(yè)秘密的工作，雙方可另行簽訂競業(yè)限制協(xié)議，約定競業(yè)限制的范圍、期限、經(jīng)濟補償?shù)葍?nèi)容。IfPartyBisengagedinworkinvolvingthebusinesssecretsofPartyA,thetwopartiesmayseparatelysignanon-competitionagreementtostipulatethescope,term,economiccompensation,etc.ofnon-competition.九、違約責任IX.LiabilityforBreachofContract1.甲乙雙方任何一方違反本合同約定，給對方造成損失的，應當承擔賠償責任。IfeitherPartyAorPartyBviolatestheprovisionsofthiscontractandcauseslossestotheotherparty,itshallbeartheliabilityforcompensation.2.乙方違反保密和競業(yè)限制約定的，應當按照約定向甲方支付違約金，并賠償甲方因此遭受的損失。IfPartyBviolatestheconfidentialityandnon-competitionagreements,itshallpayliquidateddamagestoPartyAinaccordancewiththeagreementandcompensatePartyAforthelossessufferedthereby.十、爭議解決X.DisputeResolution甲乙雙方在履行本合同過程中發(fā)生的爭議，由雙方協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均有權向有管轄權的勞動爭議仲裁委員會申請仲裁，對仲裁裁決不服的，可以向人民法院提起訴訟。AnydisputesarisingbetweenPartyAandPartyBduringtheperformanceofthiscontractshallberesolvedthroughconsultationbetweenthetwoparties.Iftheconsultationfails,eitherpartyhastherighttoapplyforarbitrationtothelabordisputearbitrationcommitteewithjurisdiction.Ifeit
