為確保安全操作,避免造成人員傷害或財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,本說明書使用“警告”和

1.安全操作注意事項(xiàng)
一般情況
警告
禁止在高粉塵,無良好排風(fēng)設(shè)備或靠近易燃物品環(huán)境下使用儀器,以免發(fā)
生意外。
禁止自行拆卸和重裝儀器,以免引起意外事故。
嚴(yán)禁直接用望遠(yuǎn)鏡觀察太陽,以免造成眼睛失明。
禁止用望遠(yuǎn)鏡觀察經(jīng)棱鏡或其他反光物體反射的陽光,以免損傷視力。
觀測太陽時務(wù)必使用陽光濾色鏡(選購件)。
注意
禁止坐在儀器箱上,以免滑倒造成人員受傷。
禁止將儀器置于鎖扣、背帶或提柄已受損的儀器箱內(nèi),以免箱體或儀器跌
落造成損傷。
禁止揮動或拋甩垂球,以免傷人。
確保固緊提柄固定螺絲,以免提拿儀器時儀器跌落而造成人員受傷或儀器
受損。
確保固緊三角基座制動控制桿,以免提拿儀器時基座跌落而造成人員受
傷。

1.安全操作注意事項(xiàng)
電源系統(tǒng)
警告
禁止使用與指定電壓不相符的電源,以免造成火災(zāi)或觸電事故。
禁止使用受損的電線,插頭或松脫的插座,以免發(fā)生觸電或火災(zāi)事故。
使用指定的電源線,以免造成火災(zāi)事故。
充電時,嚴(yán)禁在充電器上覆蓋如布等物品,以免產(chǎn)生火花而引發(fā)火災(zāi)。
使用指定的充電器為電池充電。其他充電器的使用會由于電壓或電極不符
產(chǎn)生火花而引發(fā)火災(zāi)。
嚴(yán)禁給電池加熱或?qū)㈦姵厝尤牖鹬?,以免爆炸傷人?/p>
為防止電池在存放時發(fā)生短路,可用絕緣膠帶貼于電池電極處。
嚴(yán)禁使用潮濕的電池或充電器,以免短路引發(fā)火災(zāi)。
注意
不要用濕手插拔電源插頭,以免造成觸電事故。
不要接觸電池滲漏出來的液體,以免有害化學(xué)物質(zhì)造成皮膚燒傷或糜爛。

1.安全操作注意事項(xiàng)
三腳架
警告
將儀器架設(shè)在三腳架上時,務(wù)必固緊三角基座制動控制桿和中心螺旋,以
免儀器跌落傷人。
架設(shè)儀器時,三腳架的腳螺旋務(wù)必固緊,以免三腳架倒下傷人。
禁止將三角架的腳尖對準(zhǔn)他人,以免碰傷。
架設(shè)三角架時,應(yīng)注意防止手,腳被三角架腳尖刺傷。
拿起三腳架前務(wù)必固緊腳螺旋,以免三腳架腳伸出傷及他人。
無線遙控鍵盤
警告
不要試圖拆裝。否則有可能將引起短路或燃燒。
不要用潮濕的電池或充電器,不要用濕手插拔電源。否則有可能將引起短
路或燃燒。
嚴(yán)格按照說明拆裝電池、充電。

2.注意事項(xiàng)
三角基座
·三角基座的鎖緊螺絲在出廠時是緊鎖著的,三角基座鎖緊螺絲
首次使用儀器前請松開該螺絲。在儀器進(jìn)行
長途運(yùn)輸前需將該螺絲緊上。
防塵防水
當(dāng)合上電池護(hù)蓋、套好數(shù)據(jù)輸出插口和外接電源插口護(hù)套后,儀器具備IP66級
防塵防水性能。
·為確保儀器的防塵防水性,務(wù)必正確地合上電池護(hù)蓋套好數(shù)據(jù)輸出插口和外接電
源插口護(hù)套。
·確保電池護(hù)蓋和插口內(nèi)部干燥、無塵、否則會損壞儀器。
·關(guān)閉儀器箱前,應(yīng)確保儀器和箱內(nèi)干燥,以防儀器由于銹蝕而損壞。
其他
·當(dāng)儀器從溫暖的地方移至寒冷的地方操作時,由于內(nèi)部空氣與外界存在溫差,
可能導(dǎo)致鍵盤操作粘連,此時請先打開電池蓋,置放若干時間。
·嚴(yán)禁將儀器直接置于地面上,避免沙土損壞中心螺旋或螺孔。
·觀測太陽時必須使用陽光濾色鏡,否則會造成儀器內(nèi)部件損壞。
·防止儀器受到強(qiáng)烈的沖擊或振動。
·觀測者離開儀器時,應(yīng)將尼龍?zhí)渍衷趦x器上。

2.注意事項(xiàng)
·遷站時必須將儀器從三腳架上取下。
·取下電池前務(wù)必先關(guān)閉電源開關(guān)。
·儀器裝箱前應(yīng)取下電池,并參照安置圖示將儀器裝入儀器箱內(nèi)。
維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)
·儀器裝箱前應(yīng)仔細(xì)清擦,尤其是鏡頭部分,先用鏡頭刷刷去塵埃,再用鏡頭紙
清擦干凈。
·不要使用有機(jī)溶液擦拭顯示窗,鍵盤或儀器箱。
·三腳架有時會發(fā)生腳螺絲松動現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)注意經(jīng)常進(jìn)行檢查。
·請?jiān)诟稍锖銣氐氖覂?nèi)保存儀器。
·若儀器旋轉(zhuǎn)部分,螺旋或光學(xué)部件發(fā)生故障,請與索佳技術(shù)服務(wù)部聯(lián)系。
·若儀器長期不使用,至少每三個月檢查一次。
·不要用強(qiáng)力從儀器箱中取出儀器,取出儀器后應(yīng)將儀器箱關(guān)好,以防止潮濕。
·定期對儀器進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和校正,以確保儀器的測量精度。

3.激光安全信息(SET230RSET530RSET630R)
此類儀器為激光2級產(chǎn)品(CLASSⅡ/CLASS2)。導(dǎo)向光(選購)為激光1級
產(chǎn)品(CLASSI/CLASS1)。
警告
·為了您的安全,請嚴(yán)格遵照儀器上、宣傳資料上、說明書上的有關(guān)警告標(biāo)識。
否則可能導(dǎo)致危害。
·不要用激光束對準(zhǔn)人眼,否則會導(dǎo)致危害。
·不要盯看激光束,否則會導(dǎo)致危害。
·如果由于上述原因,導(dǎo)致了您的不適,請立刻與相關(guān)醫(yī)療部門取得聯(lián)系并得到
·診治。
注意
·請按照儀器的設(shè)計(jì)意圖來正確使用儀器,不要將激光對準(zhǔn)人(尤其是頭部高度)。
·請注意激光束是否經(jīng)鏡面或其他類似片面反射至人或儀器。否則可能導(dǎo)致人
或儀器的傷害。
·在設(shè)置儀器時,應(yīng)避免可能的激光束射向路人、司機(jī)等情況。
·不使用儀器時關(guān)閉儀器電源。
·操作時要隨時了解儀器的激光發(fā)射狀態(tài)。
·當(dāng)使用激光照準(zhǔn)功能時,當(dāng)測距完成時,確認(rèn)關(guān)閉激光功能。

3.激光安全信息(SET230R3、SET530R3)
此類儀器為3級激光產(chǎn)品(CLASSⅢ/CLASS3)。導(dǎo)向光(選購)為激光1級產(chǎn)品
(CLASSⅠ/CLASS1)。
·注盡管EDM裝置為3R/ⅢR級激光產(chǎn)品,其輸出功率僅在選用無協(xié)作目標(biāo)測量模式
時才達(dá)到該等級,而選用棱鏡或反射片測量模式時輸出功率為1級/Ⅰ級。
警告
·任何不按說明書所規(guī)定方法對儀器進(jìn)行的操作、使用或調(diào)校都可能會造成輻射性
損傷。
·為確保產(chǎn)品使用安全,務(wù)必遵循儀器主機(jī)上標(biāo)簽所述安全注意事項(xiàng)使用儀器。
·嚴(yán)禁將激光直接對準(zhǔn)他人,否則會對皮膚或眼睛造成嚴(yán)重傷害。
·禁止用裸眼直接目視激光源,以免對眼睛造成永久性傷害。
·不要長久凝視激光束,以免對眼睛造成永久性傷害。
·如果不小心眼睛受到激光傷害,應(yīng)立即接受正規(guī)眼科醫(yī)生的治療。
·嚴(yán)禁通過望遠(yuǎn)鏡或其他光學(xué)儀器觀察激光束,否則會對眼睛造成永久性傷害。
注意
·儀器的測前檢查或定期檢校須在激光正常發(fā)射情況下進(jìn)行。
·儀器不使用時應(yīng)關(guān)閉電源。
·對儀器進(jìn)行處置時,為防止發(fā)射激光造成傷害須拆除其電源連接線。
·為避免造成意外傷害,架設(shè)儀器時應(yīng)避開車司機(jī)和行人視線的高度。
·嚴(yán)禁將激光束對準(zhǔn)鏡子、窗戶玻璃或高反射率的平面,以免反射回來的激光束對
人體造成嚴(yán)重傷害。
·操作時要隨時了解儀器的激光發(fā)射狀態(tài)。
·當(dāng)使用激光照準(zhǔn)功能時,當(dāng)測距完成時,確認(rèn)關(guān)閉激光功能。
·激光測量區(qū)域應(yīng)樹立明顯的警示標(biāo)志。

通過望遠(yuǎn)鏡目鏡端的激光發(fā)射示警
器可以了解激光的發(fā)射狀態(tài),激光
發(fā)射示警器亮或閃動表明儀器正在
發(fā)射激光或正在使用激光指示功能。

5.1鍵基本操作
在閱讀有關(guān)測量章節(jié)前先熟悉本節(jié)介紹的鍵基本操作內(nèi)容。
操作面板鍵位見“4.1儀器部件名稱”。
使用SF無線遙控鍵盤會使操作更為簡便。
z開機(jī)和關(guān)機(jī)
開機(jī):按{ON}。
關(guān)機(jī):按住{ON}后按{}。
z顯示窗照明
打開或關(guān)閉:按{}
z軟鍵操作
顯示窗底行顯示出各軟鍵的功能。
{F1}~{F4}:選取軟鍵對應(yīng)功能。
{FUNC}:改變測量模式菜單頁。
z字母數(shù)字輸入
{F1}~{F4}:輸入軟鍵對應(yīng)的字母或數(shù)字。
{FUNC}:轉(zhuǎn)至下一頁字母或數(shù)字顯示。
{FUNC}(按住片刻):返回上一頁字母或數(shù)字顯示。
{BS}:刪除光標(biāo)左邊的一個字符。
{ESC}:取消輸入的數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容。
{SFT}:字母大小寫轉(zhuǎn)換。
{}:選取或接收輸入的數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容。
實(shí)例:輸入125°30′00″的角度值(操作時輸入125.3000)。
1.在測量模式第2頁菜單下按[設(shè)角];
