DOC.NO.:WM-S8-002-1.0需求工序的人機界面采用有線連接，線長5m(保證可覆蓋整機范圍)；與此同時主屏、副屏均需設(shè)置1個可移動人機界面熱插拔的接口。移動屏的人機界面大小為(proface)5.7英寸帶緊急停止按鈕,(Siemens)7英寸帶緊急停止按鈕,(Weinview)9英寸帶緊急停止按鈕。f)Aseparatelocationformovablehumanmachineinterfacetobestoredwhennotinuseisrequiredinthemachineorintheelectriccontrolbox.機臺內(nèi)或電控箱內(nèi)需設(shè)置一個獨立的供可移動人機界面在不使用時存放的位置。g)Athree-holepowersocket,anetworkcablesocketandaUSBsocketshouldbeaddedtothecarrierareaofthehuman-machineinterface.Theintegratedtypecanbeselectedandinstalledontheleftsideofthecarrier(eg.Powerdistributioncabinetormobilesmallpowerbox).TheIPlevelandsafetylevelofthewholecarriershouldnotbeaffected.人機界面載體區(qū)域應(yīng)增加一個三孔電源插座、一個網(wǎng)線插口還有USB插口，可以選擇集成的類型，安裝在載體(例如配電柜或者移動小電箱)的左側(cè)面，應(yīng)不影響整個載體的IP等級，還有安全等級。7.2ProductionRequirements制作要求7.2.1AppearanceRequirements外觀要求a)Color:InternationalStandardWarmGrey1C(ConsistentwithAppearanceColorofEquipment);顏色:國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)暖灰色lC(PANTONElC,與設(shè)備外觀顏色一致);b)Peripheraldimensions:consistentwithdesignandassemblydrawing;外圍尺寸:與設(shè)計裝配圖紙一致；c)Theinstallationpositionofhumanmachineinterface,display,switchandkeyboardboxismadeaccordingtoassemblydrawings;人機界面(HMI)、顯示器、開關(guān)、鍵盤盒的安裝位置按裝配圖紙制作；7.2.2MetalParticleControlRequirements金屬Particle控制要求d)Itisforbiddentoselectstandardpartswithgalvanizedornickel(orcopper)surface;禁止選用表面鍍鋅、鎳(或含銅)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件；a)Alinearsliderailisselectedatthejointofthekeyboardboxandtheboxbody;鍵盤盒與箱體連接處選用線性滑軌；b)Bushingismadeofbuilt-inpolyacetalresinbushing;軸套選用內(nèi)置聚縮醛樹脂襯套;c)Therotatingshaftofthekeyboardboxendcoverisnonmetalornonmetalbushingsareadded;鍵盤盒端蓋轉(zhuǎn)軸為非金屬或增加非金屬襯套；d)Cellsegmentisprohibited,moduleandpacksegmentarenotrecommended.cell段禁止使用，模組和Pack段不建議使用。7.2.3FixedRequirement固定要求a)ItissuggestedthattheMISUMI40*40mmstandardaluminumprofileshouldbeselectedforthealuminumprofileofthefixedboxtoensurethestabilityofthebox;固定箱體的鋁型材建議選用MISUMI40*40mm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋁型材,確保箱體穩(wěn)定;b)Themainscreenandsecondaryscreenofallequipmentshouldbeembeddedinthemainbodyoftheequipment(includingdiecuttingmachine,windingmachine,andallequipmentinthelaterprocess,suchasspecialcasesneedtobediscussedseparately),theoutersurfaceandtheoutersurfaceofthemainbodyoftheequipmentshouldbekeptinthesameplane;所有設(shè)備的主屏、副屏均需鑲嵌在設(shè)備主體上(包括模切機、卷繞機、以及后工序的所有設(shè)備，如特殊情況需單獨討論)，其外表面與設(shè)備主體外表面需保持在一個平面內(nèi)；c)Whendesigning,itisnecessarytoconsidertherapiddisassemblyofthebackplateofthemainscreen(secondaryscreen)forconvenientmaintenance;設(shè)計時，需要考慮主屏(副屏)背板快速拆卸，方便維修；d)Thepositionofthemainscreen(secondaryscreen)shouldavoidfrequentmaintenance;主屏(副屏)的位置應(yīng)避開經(jīng)常維修的地方；7.2.4BoxRequirement箱體要求a)1.5mmthicksteelplateisselectedforboxbody、sideplate、rearcover,displayfixingplateandkeyboardbox;箱體、側(cè)板、后蓋、顯示器固定板及鍵盤盒均選用1.5mm厚鋼板；b)Itisrecommendedthattheboxbodybe焊ed與2.0mmthick和10*10mmsteelplateatthetappinghole;需攻螺紋孔處箱體建議加焊2.0mm厚、10*10mm鋼板；c)Thedrawingpartoftheboxbodyshouldconsidertheconvenienceofdrawing,andincreasethedrawinghandleposition;箱體抽拉部分需考慮抽拉方便，增加抽拉把手位；d)Thedrawingpartisfixedintheoutercoverdomesticdemandisstable,doesnotshake,moves;抽拉部分固定在外罩內(nèi)需穩(wěn)定，不搖晃、移動；7.2.5SafetyRequirement安全要求a)Thefixedhumanmachineinterface(thatis,themainscreenandthesecondaryscreen)needstohavethefunctionofinterlock,thatis,whenthehumanmachineinterfacecanbemoved,thefixedhumanmachineinterfacecannotbeoperated,soastoensurethesafetyofthepersonnel;固定人機界面(即是主屏、副屏)需具互鎖功能，即可移動人機界面接入時，固定人機界面確保處于無法進(jìn)行操作狀態(tài)，以保障人員的安全；b)Thedesignshallconsiderthedesignofmechanicalanti-freezemechanismatthefixedhumanmachineinterface(i.e.themainscreenandtheauxiliaryscreen).Itisguaranteedthatwhenthemovablehumanmachineinterfaceisused,externalpersonnelcannotcontactitandoperatethefixedhumanmachineinterface(PleaserefertoAppendix10.4forspecificinstallationinstructions);設(shè)計時應(yīng)考慮在固定人機界面(即是主屏、副屏)處設(shè)計機械式防呆機構(gòu)，以保障可移動人機界面使用時，外部人員無法接觸、操作固定的人機界面(具體安裝說明請參照附錄10.4)；c)Thesoftstartbuttonisnotallowedontheman-machineinterface,andthesoftstopbuttonisavailable.Thefunctionofthemechanicalresetbuttonaroundthehuman-machineinterfaceismainlytoresetthealarmfortroubleshooting,andnotresettheaction.Iftheactionistobereset,youcansetthehomebuttonseparatelyintheinitializationinterfacetoresettheactionwhennecessary.Thehuman-machineinterfaceshouldsetamonitoringinterfacethatmeetstheautomaticrunningconditions.Thereareupto5automaticrunningconditionstatuslights.WhenthePage5of44 DOC.NO.:WM-S8-002-1.0automaticrunningcannotbestarted,youcanviewthescreen.Lookforconditionsthatcannotbeactivated,andthenfindoutthespecificreasons.人機界面上不允許有軟起動按鈕，可以有軟停止按鈕，對于人機界面周邊的機械復(fù)位按鈕功能主要是對排除故障的報警進(jìn)行復(fù)位，不對動作進(jìn)行復(fù)位，如果要對動作進(jìn)行復(fù)位的，可以在初始化界面單獨設(shè)置home按鈕必要時候進(jìn)行動作復(fù)位，人機界面上要設(shè)置一個滿足自動運行條件的監(jiān)控界面，上面最多有5個自動運行條件狀態(tài)燈，當(dāng)自動運行啟動不了時，可以查看畫面尋找啟動不了的條件，再由此深入尋找具體原因。7.2.6DetailedExplanationOfDrawingRequirements,WithDrawings制圖要求詳解、附圖GermanReferenceDimensions德國參考尺寸Thehumanmachineinterfacesizeis12inchesforthefrontprocess,and10.4inchesforthebackprocess.Thespecificlocationlayoutisshowninthereferencefigure.人機界面尺寸前工序,模組為：12inch，后工序為：10.4inch，具體的位置布局如參考圖所示。ChinaReferenceSize中國參考尺寸Page6of44 DOC.NO.:WM-S8-002-1.0Accordingtothebuttonarrangementoftheequipment,thereare8typesofbuttonsforthenewequipment:start,stop,reset,manual/automatic,emergencystop,computerpower,totalpoweronandtotalpoweroff.Theindicatorofthebuttonsisuniformlyplaceddirectlyabovethebuttons,andakeyswitch,replacingthepreviousknobswitch,representsmanual/automaticbuttons.Theprotectiveplateofthetouchscreenandthestartarelockedwithalockwhenthetouchscreenisinmaintenancestateordoesnotwanttobemoved.Theexistingequipmentremainsthesameanddoesnotchange(PleaserefertoAppendix10.5forspecificrequirementsforbuttonidentification).設(shè)備的按鈕排布，新設(shè)備的按鈕種類為8種：啟動，停止，復(fù)位，手動/自動，急停，電腦電源，還有總電源開，總電源關(guān)8個按鈕，其中按鈕的指示牌統(tǒng)一放在按鈕的正上方，且手動/自動按鈕用鑰匙開關(guān)表示，替代之前的旋鈕開關(guān)，并且觸摸屏的透明防護板和啟動按鈕在維護狀態(tài)或者不想動觸摸屏的時候都要用鎖鎖住，現(xiàn)有設(shè)備保持原樣，不做改動(按鈕標(biāo)識具體要求請參照附錄10.5)。Ifforeignequipmentinvolvessafetystandards,pleasecommunicatewithCATLengineersandRhineengineers.外國設(shè)備如果其他涉及到安全方面的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，請與CATL工程師和萊茵工程師交流。7.3InterfaceRequirement界面要求7.3.1OperationRequirements操作模式Setautomaticmode、manualmode、andone-stepoperationmodeasrequired.設(shè)備按需要設(shè)置自動模式、手動模式、單步運行模式。a)Automaticmode:Inthismode,thedeviceautomaticallyperformstheactionsinaloop,manualoperationisinvalid.自動模式：該模式下設(shè)備自動循環(huán)執(zhí)行動作，手動操作無效；b)Manualmode:Inthismode,allexecutivedevicescanoperateindependently(notetheinterlockingofactionsunderinterference).手動模式:該模式下所有執(zhí)行器件能夠單獨動作(需注意干涉下的動作互鎖)；c)Single-stepoperationmode.Inmanualmode,one-stepactionofthewholedeviceisexecutedbymeansofbuttontrigger.Thedeviceiscomposedofmultipleone-stepactions.單步運行模式：在手動模式下，通過按鈕觸發(fā)的方式執(zhí)行整個設(shè)備的單步動作，設(shè)備是由多個單步動作組合而成。7.3.2HMILevelRequirementsHMI層次要求Inprinciple,thenestinglevelofHMIinterfacerequiresonlythreelayers,whichcanbedesignedtofourlevelsaccordingtorequirement.Afterstartingup,youcanenterthelogininterface,andthenenterthemainmenuinterface(level1interface).Themainmenucontainsthefunctionbuttonoffunctionselection,automaticmonitoring,manualoperation,parametersetting,alarminformation,andmainmenu.Eachinterfacecontainsthemainfunctionbuttonofthefirstlevelinterfaceandentersthecorrespondinglevel.Inthesecondandthirdlevelinterfaces,themainfunctionbuttonsofthefirstlevelinterfaceshallbecolor-changed.Aftertheprocess(exceptwinding)andthemanualoperationinterfaceofthemoduleplusonestep(step)operation.HMI界面嵌套層次原則上要求只能嵌套三層，可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計到四級界面。開機后進(jìn)入登陸界面，登陸后進(jìn)入主菜單界面(一級界面)功能按鈕包含用戶管理，功能選擇，自動監(jiān)控，手動操作，參數(shù)設(shè)置，報警信息，主菜單。每個界面都包括一級界面的主功能按鈕，并且進(jìn)入到相應(yīng)的一級，二級，三級界面時，一級界面的主功能按鈕要進(jìn)行變色標(biāo)記。后工序(除卷繞)與模組手動操作界面加單步(步序)運行。TheHMIinterfacearchitectureisshowninthefigurebelow:HMI界面架構(gòu)如下圖所示:7.3.3LoginInterface登錄界面Thelogininterfaceisthestartupinterface,andauniformdeviceresourcenumbershouldbedisplayed.Afterenteringtheaccountandpassword,clicktheloginbuttontologintotheauthorizedaccount.Aftersuccessfullogin,clickthemainmenubuttontoenterthemainmenuinterface.登錄界面為Page9of44
