softhesametypeofequipmentareconsistent.Thehandlesofthesheetmetaldoorhandlesneedtobeembedded(selectedreference:UWUANinMISUMI),doorlock(optionalreference:AB302series)設(shè)備門把手螺栓無缺失,同類設(shè)備把手、螺栓型號(hào)顏色保持一致，鈑金門把手需選用嵌入式把手(選用參考：MISUMI中UWUAN)，門鎖(選用參考:AB302系列);5)Aftertheequipmentdoorisclosed,thedoorgapis(2±1)mm,nodistortion,noobviouswarpage.設(shè)備門關(guān)閉后,門縫間隙(2±1)mm,無扭曲,無明顯翹曲;6)Shouldusethequickclampdoor,thequickclampshouldchoosetheshortermodelofthehandle(optionalreference:MISUSIMC01L-3).應(yīng)使用快速夾的門,快速夾應(yīng)選手柄較短的型號(hào)(選用參考:MISUSIMC01L-3);7)Eachdevicedoormustbeequippedwithaseparateaccessmagneticswitch,theI/Opointsareindependent,thedevicemustbealarmedwhenthedoorisopened,andtheaccessswitch(normallyclosed)isinstalledatthetopofthedevicedoor.每扇設(shè)備門須配備獨(dú)立的門禁磁扣開關(guān)，I/O點(diǎn)位獨(dú)立，開門時(shí)設(shè)備必須報(bào)警停機(jī)，門禁開關(guān)(常閉式)安裝于設(shè)備門頂部；8)AccordingtothelayoutdesigndeterminedbyIE,theequipmentdoorandthesurroundingequipmentcannotinterferewitheachother,ensuringthattheequipmentdoorcanbeopened.根據(jù)IE確定的布局設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)備門和周圍的設(shè)備不能相互干涉，保證設(shè)備門能打開作業(yè)。c)Rackrequirements機(jī)架要求Theframestructureatthebottomoftheequipmentmustbeweldedbysteelsquare,thewallthicknessofthesquareisreferencedtothenationalstandard,andtheweldmustbefull.設(shè)備底部的框架結(jié)構(gòu)必須使用鋼材方通焊接而成，方通壁厚參照國標(biāo)，且焊縫必須為滿焊。d)Topandbottomboxrequirements頂部、底箱要求1)Thetopandbottomoftheequipmentshouldbeclean,tidyandeasytoclean.設(shè)備頂部、底箱需干凈整潔、平整且便于清潔；2)Equipmenttopseal.設(shè)備頂部密封。e)Panelrequirements面板要求Panel,touchscreeninterface,etc.cannotreflectthesupplierlogo,name,contactinformation,etc.面板、觸摸屏界面等不可以體現(xiàn)供應(yīng)商logo、名稱、聯(lián)系方式等信息。7.1.2NewEquipmentTransferRequirements新設(shè)備移載要求a)Equipmentpackagingtransferrequirements(Relatedmeasuresareimplementedbyequipmentsuppliers)設(shè)備打包轉(zhuǎn)移要求(相關(guān)措施由設(shè)備供應(yīng)商落實(shí))1)Provideweightandsizeinformation;提供重量、尺寸信息;2)Thetransferneedstobesafelyprotected,andthemovingpartsareconstrainedbeforethetransfer；轉(zhuǎn)移需做好安全防護(hù)設(shè)施，轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)前確保運(yùn)動(dòng)部件已約束；3)Appearanceandwearingpartsshouldbespeciallyprotected,andprecisionpartsshouldbetransportedseparately(suchasgalvanometer);外觀及易損部件應(yīng)特別防護(hù),精密部件應(yīng)單獨(dú)運(yùn)輸(如振鏡)；4)Afterthewholepackageiswrappedwithalargebag,thedesiccantissealedandsealedinthebottomtoensurethattheraincannotbeimmersedinthedevicefor48hours;使用大型包裝袋整體包裹后封口封底裝入干燥劑后封箱，保證雨淋48小時(shí)水跡不能浸入設(shè)備內(nèi)部；5)Unloadingrequireson-siteguidancefromsuppliertechnicians;卸貨需要供應(yīng)商技術(shù)人員現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)；6)Allequipment/independentpartsneedtobepackagedwithapackagedfilmandthenuniformlypackedandpacked;所有設(shè)備/獨(dú)立部件需使用打包膜包裹后再統(tǒng)一裝袋裝箱；7)Longerdevicescomewithkeydevices(suchasrings/stresspoints);較長的設(shè)備自帶起重點(diǎn)裝置(如吊環(huán)/受力點(diǎn))；8)Large-scalefacilitieswithoutkeyequipment,needtomakeliftingbeamsinadvancetofacilitatecraneoperation;無起重點(diǎn)裝置的大型設(shè)施,需提前制作起重挑梁,便于吊機(jī)作業(yè)；9)Allequipment,individualpartsmustbeboxed,notscatteredstack;所有設(shè)備、獨(dú)立部件必須裝箱，不能零散堆棧；10)Mustbeconvenientforforklifthandlingorcranelifting;必須便于叉車搬運(yùn)或吊機(jī)起重；11)Smallpackageofwiretubeneedstobeeasilyremovedforflexiblepackaging;線管類小件打包需便于拆除軟包裝；12)Thefeetandcastersneedtobewrappedwithabubblesurfacelargerthan10mm,andthenwrappedwithapackingfilmformorethan3turnstoensurethatthefeetarenotdirtyafterfallingintothemire;地腳、腳輪需使用大于10mm的泡面包覆后使用打包膜纏繞3圈以上，保證落入泥潭后不臟污地腳；13)Thecastershaveouterwrapsthatareeasytoremoveandarenoteasytofalloffduringshort-distancemovements,ensuringthatthewheelsarecleanandnew(suchasblisterpacks)aftershort-distancemovementafterunpacking;腳輪有易去除且短途運(yùn)動(dòng)不易脫落的外包裹，保證拆箱后短途移動(dòng)后輪子潔凈如新(如吸塑包裹)；14)Thegapbetweenthewholepackagedequipmentandthewoodenboxwallisgreaterthan15cm,andthedistancebetweenthetopandthewoodenboxcoverisgreaterthan20cm;整體打包的設(shè)備四周與木箱壁間隙大于15cm，頂部與木箱蓋間距大于20cm；15)Thedistancebetweenthetopoftheequipmentandthewoodenboxcoverisabout10cm;零部件裝箱的設(shè)備頂部與木箱蓋間距約10cm；16)POinformationoutsidethebox;箱外有PO信息;17)Iftheequipmenthasaprominentfragilepart,pleasemarkitintheouterbox;設(shè)備有突出的易碎部分設(shè)計(jì)的，請?jiān)谕庀涮幪厥鈽?biāo)記；18)Theboxhasanarrowmarkplacedupward;箱體有向上擺放的箭頭標(biāo)識(shí);19)Thesurfaceofthecabinetcanensurethattherainwaterdoesnotfalloff;箱體表面標(biāo)識(shí)能保證雨水沖刷不脫落；20)Theequipmentshipmentadvancesthemailnotificationequipmentlist(numberofgoods/weightperpiece/size)parts(numberofcards).設(shè)備發(fā)貨提前郵件通知設(shè)備清單(貨物數(shù)量/每件重量/尺寸)散件(卡板數(shù)量)。b)Footrequirement地腳要求1)Theequipmentisfixedtothefloorusingthefoot(movingtheroller,etc.);設(shè)備使用地腳固定于地板(移動(dòng)滾輪等不得受力)；2)Nomissingfeet,nolooseness,noobviousskew;地腳無缺失無松動(dòng)無明顯歪斜;3)Donotusenon-standardpartsandfeet.Ifthehornisusedinthesameequipment,thehornmustbeconsistent；不得使用非標(biāo)件墊腳，同一設(shè)備如果有使用墊鐵，墊鐵須一致；4)Thelengthofthethreadabovethefootofthesametypeofequipmentshouldbeconsistent;同類設(shè)備地腳上方露出螺紋長度需一致；5)Theheightofthebottomoftheequipmentis120±30mmfromtheground,whichisconvenientforforklifttransportation;設(shè)備底部離地面高度:120±30mm,需方便叉車轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)；6)Iftheloadcomponentssuchasrobotsneedtobefixedbyanchorbolts,chemicalboltsshouldbeused,andspringwashersandflatwashersshouldbeused.Thedepthoftheanchorboltis150mmonthefirstfloorand100mmontheremainingfloors.Ifthereisspecialdemand,theCATLassessmentshouldbecommunicatedinadvance;機(jī)器人等負(fù)荷部件如需地腳螺栓固定應(yīng)采用化學(xué)螺栓，應(yīng)使用彈墊，平墊。地腳螺栓深度1樓150MM,其余樓層100mm,如有特殊需求,需提前溝通CATL評(píng)估;7)Casteroutsourcingmaterials:PU,TPR.腳輪外包材料:PU、TPR。c)Weightrequirement重量要求Theratioofthetotalweightoftheequipment(includingtheweightofthebatteryinsidetheequipment)totheprojectedareaoftheequipmentflooris<750Kg/m2.Inspecialcases,notifyIEinadvanceandtakenecessaryprotectivemeasures.設(shè)備總重(包括設(shè)備內(nèi)電池重量)與設(shè)備底板投影面積之比需<750Kg/m2，特殊情況需提前通知IE并采取必要的保護(hù)措施。7.1.3FunctionalAreaRequirements功能區(qū)域要求a)Ergonomicrequirements人機(jī)工程要求1)Thestructureofthedeviceisconvenientforoperationandmaintenance,andtheinstrumentisplacedinthesightofthepersontoeasilyseetheeye-catchingposition;設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)方便操作維修，儀器放置在人視線容易看到醒目的位置；2)Theoperatorcanalsousethenecktomaintainacomfortableposition(centerposition<20°)操作員僅使用頸部保持舒適的姿勢(正中位置<20°)也可完成操作；3)Theoperatordoesnothavetoworryorswear;操作員不必跪或蹲;4)Operatorsdonothavetosupportpartslargerthan5kgwithonehand;操作員不必單手支持大于5千克的零件；5)Theoperatorcannotusecontinuousorrepeatedgrip;操作員不能使用持續(xù)或反復(fù)的抓地力；6)Theoperatordoesnothavetolifttheheavyobjectupto800mmfromtheground;操作員不必將重物搬起距離地面800mm；7)Theprocessdoesnothavetousesubstancesthatmayposeapotentialhealthhazard;工序不必使用可能對(duì)健康造成潛在危害的物質(zhì)；8)Theprocessdoesnotrequirespecificoperationallighting.工序不要求特定的操作照明。b)Triplepieceinstallation三聯(lián)件安裝方式1)Thegassourcetriplepieceisarrangedverticallyinpriority,andthepressuregaugehaslowpressuredetectionandalarmfunction.Thefixingpartofthegassourcetriplepieceneedstoadoptaconcavedesign,andtheoutersurfaceofthedeviceshouldnotbeprotruded,andthetransparentacrylicplateiseasytoopen;氣源三聯(lián)件優(yōu)先立式布置,其壓力表有低壓檢測、報(bào)警功能。氣源三聯(lián)件固定處需采用凹型設(shè)計(jì)，不得突出設(shè)備外表面，并且加透明的亞克力板便于打開；2)Itcomeswithadigitalpressuregaugeandcomeswithaquickexhaustvalve;自帶數(shù)顯壓力表，自帶快速排氣閥；3)Oilmistvalvescannotbeusedincleanroomequipment,onlytwopiecescanbeused.潔凈房設(shè)備不能用油霧閥，只能用兩聯(lián)件。7.1.4Equipmentprotectionrequirements設(shè)備防護(hù)要求a)Accesscontrol/lightcurtainrequirements門禁/光幕要求1)Thesafetylightcurtainisinstalledoutsidethemovingareaoftheequipmentandmustbedesignedwithfullprotection;安全光幕安裝在設(shè)備移動(dòng)區(qū)域外側(cè),必須設(shè)計(jì)防護(hù)全面；2)Afterthelightcurtainisinstalled,theamountofshakinginalldirectionsshouldbelessthan2mm.光幕安裝后，應(yīng)保證其各方向晃動(dòng)量小于2mm。b)Protectivecover,bafflerequirements防護(hù)罩、擋板要求1)Thetransparentplatethicknessoftheequipmentisnotlessthan5mm,thematerialisuniform,smoothandtransparent,nocorrosion,nocracks,nodamage;設(shè)備透明板厚度不小于5mm，材質(zhì)均勻，光滑透明，無腐蝕，無裂痕，無破損；2)The40*40mm,40*80mmindustrialaluminumalloyprofile(Europeanstandard)frameisused,andthesurfaceofthealuminumprofileneedstobeelectrophoreticoxidationtreatment.Lightgrey/milkseals(matchingtheprofilecolor)arerequiredinallthegroovesofallprofilestopreventdebrisanddustfromentering,andlightgrayplasticendcapsarerequiredattheexposedendsoftheprofiles.Theendcapshouldbeflushwiththealuminumprofilenexttoit;使用40*40mm、40*80mm工業(yè)型鋁合金型材(歐標(biāo))框架,鋁型材表面需為電泳氧化處理，所有型材的所有槽內(nèi)需配置淺灰色/乳白色密封條(與型材顏色匹配)，以防止雜物、粉塵進(jìn)入，型材外露端部均需加裝淺灰色塑膠端蓋。端蓋要與旁邊的鋁型材平齊；3)Theconnectionofthealuminumprofilemustbereliable,theconnectionisflush,andthereisnomisalignment；鋁型材的連接必須可靠，連接處平齊，不能有錯(cuò)位凸出；4)Doorframehinge(includingboxdoor,cabinetdoor),thewholemetalmaterialisused,therotatingshaftneedstobecoveredwithanon-metallicmaterialbushing,andadampingmechanismisaddedtopreventmetalfriction.Thetwoendsoftheshaftarepreventedfromfallingbythecirclip,andneedtobeavoided.Producemetalscraps,evengap,clearanceafterclosing≤3mm,hingeopeningandclosingangle180°;門框合頁(含箱門、柜門)，整體使用金屬材質(zhì)，旋轉(zhuǎn)軸需套一層非金屬材質(zhì)軸套，加阻尼機(jī)構(gòu)，防止金屬摩擦，軸兩端用卡簧防掉落，且需避免產(chǎn)生金屬碎屑，間隙均勻、關(guān)門后的間隙≤3mm,合頁開合角度180°;5)Thesafetyshieldandthesafetybaffleneedtobeintactandeffectivewithoutdamageandcorrosion,andtheboltsareconsistentwithoutmissing;安全防護(hù)罩、安全擋板需完整有效無破損、腐蝕，螺栓一致無缺失；6)TheappearanceandstructureofthehoodmustbeconfirmedbyCATL;機(jī)罩外觀和結(jié)構(gòu)方式需由CATL確認(rèn)；7)Theoverhangingpartofthemainbodyoftheequipment,suchasamanipulator,musthaveaprotectivecover,whichisconnectedtothelogisticslinetopreventthehandfromstickinginandthefixingisreliable.Theprotectivecoverscrewsarefastened,andthecoverneedstobequicklydisassembled(thehoistmouth).Afterthescrewsaretightened,theexposedlengthofthescrewsislargerthanthethicknessoftheprotectivecover(1±0.5)mm;設(shè)備主體外伸部分，如機(jī)械手，要有防護(hù)罩，與物流線對(duì)接防護(hù)，防止手伸入，且固定可靠。防護(hù)罩螺絲緊固，罩子需要快拆(葫蘆口)，螺絲緊固后，螺絲露出長度比防護(hù)罩厚度大(1±0.5)mm;8)Thesharpcornersoftheprotrudingdeviceneedtohaveanti-collisionprotectionmeasuresthatarenoteasytofalloff,suchasawholepieceoflightgrayanti-collisionspongeattachedtothebottomoftheactivetouchscreencontrolbox;凸出設(shè)備的尖角等需要有不易脫落的防撞保護(hù)措施，如活動(dòng)觸摸屏控制箱底部加貼整塊淺灰色防撞海綿；9)Theheightofthefenceoftherobotshouldbegreaterthan2m.機(jī)器人的護(hù)欄網(wǎng)高度應(yīng)大于2m。c)Soundandnoisereductionrequirements隔音降噪要求1)Theequipmentnoiseindexrequiresthatthesinglemachineislessthan75dBortheregionalnoiseislessthan80dB,andthemeasurementpositionis50cmfromthesurfaceoftheequipmentandtheoperationposition;設(shè)備噪聲指標(biāo)要求單機(jī)小于75dB或區(qū)域噪音小于80dB，測量位置分別為距離設(shè)備表面50cm和操作位；2)Theexhaustmufflerneedstobemadeofresinmaterial;排氣口消聲器需使用樹脂材質(zhì)；3)Allpneumaticmotionmechanismsmustbeequippedwithabufferenergyabsorbingmechanismsuchasabuffer.所有氣動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)必須加緩沖器等緩沖吸能機(jī)構(gòu)。d)Auxiliaryequipmentrequirements輔助設(shè)備要求Forheightsabove2m,theheightoftheladderandthemaintenanceplatformneedtobeguardrails,plussafetyropesandhooks.高于2m的登高梯子、維護(hù)平臺(tái)的高度需要有護(hù)欄，加安全繩、掛鉤。7.2InsideTheDevice設(shè)備內(nèi)部7.2.1Componentrequirements零部件要求a)Equipmentslabrequirements設(shè)備大板要求1)Dimensionalrequirements:theheightofthesurfacetothebottomofthelargeplateofthemachineismatchedaccordingtothelayoutrequirementsoftheproductionline,andtheheightmustnotbelowerthan750mm.Ifthereisaspecialconditionthatcannotmeetthisrequirement,CATLapprovalmustbeobtained,andwhentheheightislowerthan750mm,theoutersurfaceoftheequipmentshouldbeinward,andwithin400mm,thelinecannotberouted(specialcircumstancesarealsoexplained).尺寸要求:機(jī)臺(tái)大板上表面至底面高度按產(chǎn)線布局要求相匹配，高度不得低于750mm。如果有特殊清況不能滿足該要求，必須征得CATL同意，且高度低于750mm時(shí)，由設(shè)備外表面向內(nèi)，400mm之內(nèi)不能走線(特殊情況另作說明)；2)Theprocessholeneedstoincreasethesealingparts.工藝孔需增加封堵零配件。b)Processingparts,sheetmetalpartsrequirements加工件、鈑金件要求1)Theremustbenoscratches,scratches,etc.onthesurfaceoftheparts.Thepartsmustbecleanedandcleanedbeforeassembly.Thereshouldbenoburrs,flash,scale,rust,chips,oil,colorantsanddust.Thethicknessofthesheetmetalpaintisuniform,andtheremustbenocolordifferenceandotherobviousappearancedefects.ThecolorplateprovidedbyCATLwillbeusedastheacceptancebasis;零件表面不得有劃傷、擦傷等損傷表面的缺陷,零件在裝配前必須清理和清洗干凈，不得有毛刺、飛邊、氧化皮、銹蝕、切屑、油污、著色劑和灰塵等污漬，鈑金噴漆厚度均勻，不得有色差及其它明顯外觀缺陷，將以CATL提供的色板作為驗(yàn)收依據(jù)；2)High-precisionpartsshouldprovidepartsinspectionreports;高精度零件應(yīng)提供零件檢測報(bào)告；3)Thesurfacetreatmentofthesamematerialprocessingpartsshouldadoptthesametreatmentprocessasmuchaspossibletomakethecoloruniform;同材質(zhì)加工件表面處理宜盡量采用相同處理工藝，以使色澤一致；4)Non-metallicworkpieces,non-high-strengthaluminumalloyreplacementparts,fixingscrewholesrequireinlayprocessing;非金屬加工件、非高強(qiáng)度鋁合金換型部件固定螺孔要求鑲牙套處理；5)Cathodeagitationcoating,one-timeinjectionandsecondaryinjectionprocess:non-metallicmaterialsareprocessedusingcorrosion-resistantmaterials;陰極攪拌涂布、一次注液和二次注液工序非金屬材料加工件使用耐腐蝕材料；6)Inthelaser-relatedprocess,thelasermaycovertheareaofnon-metallicmaterialsshouldusefireretardantmaterials.在激光相關(guān)工序,激光可能覆蓋區(qū)域非金屬材料應(yīng)使用防火阻燃材料。c)Weldmentrequirements焊接件要求1)Thestrengthoftheweldedstructuremeetstherequirementsofthenationalstandard;焊接結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度符合國標(biāo)要求；2)Theweldhasnoporosity,slaginclusion,crack,anddesoldering.Thesurfaceafterweldingneedstobegroundandsmoothed,andthestructuralstrengthmustbeensuredduringgrinding；焊縫無氣孔、夾渣、裂紋、脫焊等現(xiàn)象，焊后表面需打磨平整，打磨時(shí)須保證結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度；3)Theweldingrodshallbequalifiedwiththeweldingrodinaccordancewiththenationalstandard；焊條需采用符合國標(biāo)規(guī)定的合格焊條；4)Weldedpartsshallbetreatedwithstressreliefandshallnotbedeformedduringuse;焊接件應(yīng)有去應(yīng)力處理，不允許使用過程中產(chǎn)生變形；5)Weldedpartswithsurfacetreatment,weldsandstructuralpartsmustbesurfacetreatedtogether.有表面處理的焊接件，焊縫和結(jié)構(gòu)件必須一起進(jìn)行表面處理。d)Partsurfacerequirements零件表面要求1)Thechargingsurfaceofthebatterychargingprocess,theworksurface,thepositioningsurfaceofthebattery,etc.maytouchtheinsulationoftheproductpole.TheTeflon/adhesivepaper/Mylarshallnotbeusedexceptforthelargeboard.Incaseofspecialconditionsthatcannotmeetthisrequirement,CATLconsentmustbeobtained;電芯帶電工序設(shè)備輸送表面、工作臺(tái)面、電芯定位面等有可能觸及產(chǎn)品極柱處的應(yīng)做絕緣處理，除設(shè)備大板外，不得使用貼Teflon/膠紙/Mylar等方式。如遇特殊清況不能滿足該要求，必須征得CATL同意；2)Theedgeoftheholethroughwhichthecableandtheairpipepassinsidethedeviceshallbecut-proof；設(shè)備內(nèi)部有線纜和氣管通過的孔位邊緣需作防割處理；3)Thepaintcolorofthesheetmetalontheequipmentneedstousethebakingvarnishprocess,thecoatingthicknessis≥0.1mm,exceptforstainlesssteelsheetmetalpartsforspecialenvironment.設(shè)備上鈑金件的涂色均需要使用烤漆工藝，涂層厚度≥0.1mm，特殊環(huán)境需用不銹鋼的鈑金件除外。e)Rustpreventionrequirements防銹要求1)Thepartsoftheequipmenthavenoobviousrustandcorrosion,norust-proofoilsag,dripping,noexcessiveaccumulationofgrease,andtherust-preventingtimeofthemainbodyandpartsoftheequipmentisnotlessthan3years;設(shè)備各部件目視無明顯銹跡、腐蝕，無防銹油類流掛、滴落，無過多的油脂堆積，設(shè)備主體和零部件要求防銹時(shí)間不低于3年；2)Inthecaseofmeetingthestructuralstrength,thematerialispreferablyaluminumandstainlesssteelorelectroplatedcorrosion-resistantsteel;在滿足結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的情況下,材料優(yōu)先采用鋁材和不銹鋼或電鍍防腐蝕鋼材；3)Thechrome-platedopticalshaftends,flatpositionsandlinearslide-cutendfacesshallbecoatedwithanti-rustpaintoranti-rustoil;鍍鉻光軸端部、扁位及線性滑軌裁切端面應(yīng)涂防銹漆或防銹油；4)Non-electroplatedmovingpartsshouldbere-coatedwithanti-rustoilwhenrequiredtostopoperation;andexposedtoopenair,nomorethan1houronrainyorrainydays,andnomorethan4hoursinotherseasons.非電鍍的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件,停止運(yùn)行時(shí),應(yīng)按要求補(bǔ)涂防銹油；且暴露在露天環(huán)境中，伏天或下雨天不得超過1小時(shí)，其它季節(jié)不得超過4小時(shí)。f)StandardParts標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件1)Allstandardpartsmustbeselectedaccordingtotherequirementsoftheselectedbrandlist.Itisstrictlyforbiddentousecounterfeitandsecond-handproducts.所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件需嚴(yán)格依照選型品牌表要求選型，嚴(yán)禁設(shè)備使用假冒、二手的產(chǎn)品；2)Alloriginalmanufacturers'standardaccessoriesmanualsandreferencematerialsarerequiredtoprovidethespecificationsandparametersoftheregularmanufacturers.所有原廠家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配件說明書及參考資料，需提供正規(guī)廠商的說明書及參數(shù)資料。g)Otherrequirements其它項(xiàng)要求1)Belts，gears，cutters，needlesandothersportsanddangerouspartsrequiresafetyprotectionmeasuresandsafetywarningsigns:皮帶、齒輪、切刀、卷針等運(yùn)動(dòng)、危險(xiǎn)部分需要有安全保護(hù)措施以及安全警示標(biāo)志；2)Ifthereisamovingmechanismintheupperpartofthematerialflow,itisnecessarytoaddprotectivedevicestoavoidmetaldebrisandoilfalling;物料流動(dòng)上部如果有活動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，需加防護(hù)裝置，以避免金屬碎屑，潤滑油掉落；3)Involvingthejointsofthefrontandrearequipment,bothpartiesneedtoprovide3DdesigndrawingstocoordinatecommunicationwithCATL.涉及前后設(shè)備的聯(lián)接處，需要雙方提供3D設(shè)計(jì)圖給CATL進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)溝通。7.2.2PneumaticComponentRequirements氣動(dòng)元件要求a)Componentrequirements元件要求1)ThedirectcontactpartsofthepolepieceandJRshallbemadeofcopper,zincandnickelseriespneumaticcomponents;與極片、JR直接接觸部位應(yīng)采用銅、鋅、鎳系列氣動(dòng)元件；2)High-speedhigh-frequencycylinderdrivestation,screwsneedtoaddwedge-shapedstainlesssteelanti-loosegasket;高速高頻率氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)工位，螺絲需要加楔形不銹鋼防松墊片；3)Cylinderdrivemechanism,theoilpressurebuffermechanismisrequiredforthelimitposition;氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，限位需要有油壓緩沖機(jī)構(gòu)；4)Thecylinderborediameterisnotallowedtobe<10mm;氣缸缸徑不允許<10mm;5)Therotarycylinderstrokeselectionspecificationislargerthantheactualmaximumstroke;(forexample,the180°rotationangledoesnotallowtheuseofthe180°cylinder,andtherotationofthecylinderisrequiredtobe270°(thecylinderforceisinsufficientwhentherotationisnearlyinplace);旋轉(zhuǎn)氣缸行程選擇規(guī)格大于實(shí)際最大行程；(比如180°旋轉(zhuǎn)角度不允許使用180°氣缸，需要旋轉(zhuǎn)270°氣缸(旋轉(zhuǎn)將近到位時(shí)，氣缸力不足)；6)Whentherotarycylinderisappliedtotheupanddownflipstructure,itshouldbeensuredthattheselectionforceisfullysatisfied;旋轉(zhuǎn)氣缸應(yīng)用于上下翻轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)應(yīng)確保選型受力完全滿足要求；7)Thesolenoidvalveneedstobeinstalledontheactuatorend(forexample,thesolenoidvalveneedstobeinstalledontherobottoreducethenumberofairpipesinthetankchain)；電磁閥需要安裝在執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)端上(比如電磁閥需要安裝在機(jī)械手上，減少坦克鏈內(nèi)的氣管數(shù)量)；8)Itisrequiredtoresistcorrosionwithcomponentssuchaselectrolytes,NMPandothercorrosiveliquids,andgascontactequipmentvalvebodies;與電解液、NMP等腐蝕性液、氣體接觸設(shè)備閥體等元件需要耐腐蝕；9)Componentsinhightemperatureenvironmentsshouldberesistanttohightemperatures.在高溫環(huán)境下的元件應(yīng)耐高溫。b)Gaspathvalverequirements氣路氣閥要求1)Thehightemperatureenvironmentusesaflameretardantairpipe;高溫環(huán)境下氣管采用阻燃?xì)夤埽?)Theinletandoutletportsaredistinguishedbydifferentcolors,theintakeairisblue,theoutletgasisblack,andthevacuumistransparent;進(jìn)出氣口采用不同顏色區(qū)分，進(jìn)氣為藍(lán)色，出氣為黑色，真空為透明；3)Thenumberofcylindersinstalledoneachvalveisusuallynomorethaneight,andnomorethanten;每個(gè)閥上安裝的氣缸通常不超過八個(gè)，最多不超過十個(gè)；4)Fortheprotectionbetweenthepneumaticvalves,itisnecessarytoaddatravelswitch,anditisnotallowedtodirectlyinterlockontheairpassage.Themanuallyclampedcylindersneedtobeequippedwithatravelswitch;氣路動(dòng)作間的保護(hù)，需加行程開關(guān)，不可在氣路上直接互鎖，手動(dòng)夾緊的氣缸均需安裝行程開關(guān)；5)Thincylindersmustbefittedwithspeedcontrolvalveswithquick-changecouplings;薄型氣缸必須安裝帶快換接頭的速度控制閥；6)Theairpipetoberotatedshallbearotaryjoint;需旋轉(zhuǎn)的氣管應(yīng)采用旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭；7)Forlongdistance,multi-pipesystems,foreasymaintenance,pluggablebuttjointsshouldbeused;對(duì)于長距離，多管路系統(tǒng)，為方便維修，應(yīng)采用可插拔的對(duì)接式接頭；8)Vacuumpipeline,differentstationsneedtobeindependentlypiped,independentgassupply;真空管路，不同工位需獨(dú)立布管，獨(dú)立供氣；9)Thevacuumcontrolvalvemustnotexceed1mfromtheactuator.真空控制閥離執(zhí)行端不能超過1m。c)Trachea/jointrequirements氣管/接頭要求1)Thetrachea/jointisnotdamagedandthereisnoairleakage;氣管/接頭無破損無漏氣；2)Thethrottlelockringshouldbeinalockedstateduringoperation.節(jié)流閥鎖緊環(huán)在工作狀態(tài)應(yīng)處于鎖緊狀態(tài)。7.2.3Equipmentattachmentrequirements設(shè)備附件要求a)Withelectronicdevicerequirements附帶電子設(shè)備要求1)ImportedaccessoriesshouldbeinChineseorEnglish;進(jìn)口配件應(yīng)使用中文或英文注釋；2)Standardparts,instruments,etc.thatarerandomlyconfiguredneedtoprovidefactoryPage12of27
