2.ReservedRights(Optional)

NotwithstandingSection1,Assignorreservestherightto:

(a)Retainthemoralrightofattribution(tobeidentifiedastheauthoroftheWork)inallusesoftheWork;

3.Consideration

(c)TheexecutionandperformanceofthisAgreementwillnotviolateanyapplicablelaworanyagreementtowhichitisaparty.

5.BreachandRemedies

(b)Recoveralldamagessufferedasaresultofthebreach,includingreasonableattorneys’feesandcostsincurredinenforcingthisAgreement.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction,e.g.,“theStateofCalifornia,UnitedStatesofAmerica”].AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtslocatedin[Jurisdiction].
