responsibilityistoexpressaconclusiononmanagement’sassertionbasedonourreview.

OurreviewwasconductedinaccordancewithattestationstandardsestablishedbytheAmerican

InstituteofCertifiedPublicAccountants(AICPA)inAT-Csection105,ConceptsCommontoAll

AttestationEngagements,andAT-Csection210,ReviewEngagements.Thosestandardsrequire

thatweplanandperformthereviewtoobtainlimitedassuranceaboutwhetheranymaterial

modificationsshouldbemadetomanagement’sassertioninorderforittobefairlystated.The

proceduresperformedinareviewvaryinnatureandtimingfrom,andaresubstantiallylessinextentthan,anexamination,theobjectiveofwhichistoobtainreasonableassuranceaboutwhether

management’sassertionisfairlystated,inallmaterialrespects,inordertoexpressanopinion.

GHGemissionsquantificationissubjecttosignificantinherentmeasurementuncertaintybecauseofsuchthingsasGHGemissionsfactorsthatareusedinmathematicalmodelstocalculateGHG

emissions,andtheinabilityofthesemodels,duetoincompletescientificknowledgeandother

factors,toaccuratelymeasureunderallcircumstancestherelationshipbetweenvariousinputsand

theresultantGHGemissions.EnvironmentalandenergyusedatausedinGHGemissions
