數(shù)字工廠成熟度模型(DPMM)由BioPhorumIT數(shù)字與數(shù)據(jù)論壇成員公司共同制定,已在行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用,用于評(píng)估工廠成熟度、識(shí)別待發(fā)展能力、制定戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃與路線圖、影響供應(yīng)商并構(gòu)建人力資源能力框架。TheDPMMdescribesfivelevelsofmaturity:pre-digitalplant,digitalislands,connectedplant,predictiveplantandadaptiveplant.
DPMM將成熟度劃分為五個(gè)層級(jí):前數(shù)字化工廠、數(shù)字孤島、互聯(lián)工廠、預(yù)測(cè)工廠與自適應(yīng)工廠。TheDPMMconcludesthatorganizationsrequiredigitization,commonprocessesacrossproductsandaggregateddatatomakepredictiveandadaptiveapproachespossible.
