2.ResourceAllocation:Managementshallallocatethenecessaryresources,includingpersonnel,equipment,andfunding,toimplementandmaintainthismanagementsystem.
3.TrainingandAwareness:Managementshallensurethatallemployeesaretrainedandawareoftherisksassociatedwithhigh-temperatureworkenvironmentsandtheprocedurestomitigatetheserisks.
4.MonitoringandEvaluation:Managementshallestablishasystemformonitoringandevaluatingtheeffectivenessofthismanagementsystemandmakenecessaryadjustmentsasrequired.
B.EmployeeResponsibilities
