SouthKoreastandsoutastheclearestend-of-year

successstory.Itsurgedsevenspotsintheglobalrankings,climbingfrom25thto18th,drivenbygovernmentpolicies,improvedfrontiermodelcapabilitiesintheKorean

language,andconsumer-facingfeaturesthatresonated

withthepopulation.GenerativeAIisnowusedinschools,workplaces,andpublicservices,andSouthKoreahas

becomeoneofChatGPT’sfastest-growingmarkets,leadingOpenAItoopenanofficeinSeoul.[2]
