15、進(jìn)行插拔，防止靜電損壞儀表或傳感器。4、 大屏幕與儀表的連接使用 儀表大屏幕輸出引線與大屏幕顯示器連接必須準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤，倘若連接錯(cuò)誤或者接觸不良，大屏幕顯示器將無(wú)法正常接收主儀表發(fā)送的數(shù)據(jù)，顯示數(shù)字“0123”。a、大屏幕顯示/通訊接口采用七芯航空插頭座，其引腳意義如下：1腳DATA（05V）2腳DATA（05V）3、4腳空 5、6、7腳空b、大屏幕信號(hào)為RS485串行信號(hào)，波特率為600，每一組數(shù)據(jù)有10位，1位起始位、8位數(shù)據(jù)位、1位停止位。 c、大屏幕通訊協(xié)議 主儀表在向大屏幕發(fā)送顯示數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)，數(shù)據(jù)以大屏幕可以直接處理的顯示代碼的形式輸出。每幀數(shù)據(jù)共有8個(gè)字節(jié)組成。首先發(fā)送十六進(jìn)制起始標(biāo)識(shí)字0

16、xaa55,然后再發(fā)送4位顯示數(shù)據(jù)，先高位，再低位。最后發(fā)送4位顯示數(shù)據(jù)的校驗(yàn)和。如果大屏幕接收不到起始標(biāo)識(shí)字0xaa55，則認(rèn)為沒有有效數(shù)據(jù)傳送，大屏幕顯示數(shù)字“0123”。如果大屏幕接收某一數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)，校驗(yàn)和錯(cuò)誤，或者根本接收不到起始標(biāo)識(shí)字0xaa55，則繼續(xù)保持顯示上一有效數(shù)據(jù)，不刷新顯示。5、 主線路板接插件和控制繼電器接線說(shuō)明： JP01接顯示板，J2接大屏幕，JP1為信號(hào)輸入接線柱，DIP8為內(nèi)部標(biāo)定撥碼開關(guān),AC220V接線柱為交流電流輸入端。接線柱JP1腳VA為傳感器經(jīng)前置放大后的信號(hào)線，腳為信號(hào)地，腳V+、V-為傳感器橋壓(12V)。使用時(shí)，按照線標(biāo)正確連接。接線柱腳J1為繼電器

17、的公共端，腳J2為常開端，腳J3為常閉端。當(dāng)前起重量額定起重量的105%時(shí)，繼電器延時(shí)約一秒動(dòng)作，J2端閉合，J3端斷開。當(dāng)前起重量額定起重量的130%時(shí)，繼電器立即動(dòng)作J2端閉合，J3端斷開。四、 操作說(shuō)明1、 鍵盤簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明復(fù)位：用于儀表的重新啟動(dòng)，主要用于強(qiáng)干擾時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)顯示紊亂和系統(tǒng)死機(jī)時(shí)恢復(fù)到正常狀態(tài)。標(biāo)定：用于切換各種狀態(tài)。確認(rèn)：用于確認(rèn)輸入的參數(shù)。上調(diào)：用于參數(shù)值的修改，使參數(shù)值增大。下調(diào)：用于參數(shù)值的修改，使參數(shù)值減小。去皮：把當(dāng)前稱重顯示值作為皮重，并切換到凈重顯示狀態(tài)（此鍵僅在稱重狀態(tài)下有效）。2、 日常操作方法開機(jī)通電或者使用中按 復(fù)位 鍵后，即進(jìn)入瞬間自動(dòng)檢驗(yàn)狀態(tài)。若顯示正確

18、稱重值，表示正常。若顯示“EEE1”或“EEE2”表示出現(xiàn)故障，應(yīng)仔細(xì)查明原因并處理，詳見“常見故障排除”一節(jié)。 儀表開機(jī)或者按 復(fù)位 鍵后，顯示的都是毛重。按 去皮 鍵一次，儀表把當(dāng)前重量作為皮重存入存貯器，同時(shí)切換到凈重顯示狀態(tài)。如要恢復(fù)到毛重顯示狀態(tài)，再按 復(fù)位 鍵一次。 如果在日常使用中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)死機(jī)現(xiàn)象，則可將DIP8的3號(hào)開關(guān)撥向ON位，達(dá)到自動(dòng)復(fù)位的目的，但此時(shí)面板上的按鍵將不起作用。 注意：在正常作業(yè)時(shí)，禁止使用 標(biāo)定 鍵，若一時(shí)不慎按了 標(biāo)定 鍵，可再按 復(fù)位 健恢復(fù)正常。3、 報(bào)警值標(biāo)定在空鉤狀態(tài)下，按 標(biāo)定 鍵一次，再按 上調(diào) 或 下調(diào) 鍵一次，儀表顯示“1111”，第一位

19、閃爍，否則需按 復(fù)位 鍵一次，重復(fù)上述步驟。然后按下列步驟輸入起重機(jī)的額定載荷值，則報(bào)警值即能自動(dòng)設(shè)定在105%。 例：額定起重量為10t，則應(yīng)輸入0010即可。輸入時(shí)按閃爍位從左到右進(jìn)行輸入，首先用 上調(diào) 鍵或 下調(diào) 鍵將閃爍的位調(diào)整至所需要的值，再按 確認(rèn) 鍵確認(rèn)該位。直至四位全部輸完。注意：在進(jìn)行參數(shù)修改前，首選確認(rèn)主板上的四位撥碼開關(guān) DIP8 1號(hào)撥至ON位，其它位均在數(shù)字位，否則參數(shù)修改無(wú)效。修改完畢后，再把 DIP8 1號(hào)開關(guān)拔至數(shù)字一邊，以便保護(hù)修改的參數(shù)。五、 稱重顯示值標(biāo)定說(shuō)明 注意：進(jìn)行標(biāo)定前，首選通電預(yù)熱25分鐘，并且確認(rèn)主板上的四位撥碼開關(guān) DIP8 1號(hào)和2號(hào)撥至O

20、N位，其它位均在數(shù)字位，否則標(biāo)定過(guò)程無(wú)效。1、 稱重顯示值零點(diǎn)標(biāo)定：把空鉤提起一米并等待停止晃動(dòng)或者無(wú)明顯晃動(dòng)后，按 標(biāo)定 鍵兩次，再按 上調(diào) 鍵或 下調(diào) 鍵一次，等待幾秒后，顯示為“0000”，表示完成零點(diǎn)標(biāo)定。如不為零，則按 復(fù)位 鍵，重復(fù)上述步驟。2、 稱重顯示值滿值標(biāo)定： 起吊砝碼或已知重量的物件，達(dá)到額定載荷的80%以上，按 標(biāo)定 鍵三次，此時(shí)顯示器顯示為2222，應(yīng)有小數(shù)點(diǎn)，否則應(yīng)按 復(fù)位 鍵重復(fù)上述步驟，然后輸入起吊的實(shí)際重量值，單位為t。例：起吊8t，顯示22.22，則應(yīng)按輸入法輸入08.00，等待幾秒，顯示值為實(shí)測(cè)稱重值。 注意：完成上述標(biāo)定工作后按 復(fù)位 健 等待正常顯示后

21、，再將主板上的DIP開關(guān)(DIP8) 1號(hào)開關(guān)撥到數(shù)字位，對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行保護(hù)。六、 常見故障排除本儀表開機(jī)或在使用中按 復(fù)位 鍵時(shí)，就進(jìn)行自檢，因此，通過(guò)自檢即能反映儀表是否正常工作。如故障出現(xiàn)后，用戶無(wú)法檢修，可通知廠家派員到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)?，F(xiàn) 象故 障 原 因顯示不亮(1) 電源未接通或電源接插件接觸不良(2) 顯示板插頭未插好顯示EEE1查IC04(24LC01B)集成塊4、8腳間電壓是否為5V，如果偏離正常值較大，說(shuō)明該集成塊壞。顯示EEE2(1) V+，V-，VA，對(duì)應(yīng)連接錯(cuò)誤(2) 查集成塊IC18(VFC32)14、12腳間電壓是否為+12V，若偏差較大，該集成塊壞。七、 維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及注

22、意事項(xiàng)：1、為保證儀表清晰顯示和使用壽命，本儀表不宜放在陽(yáng)光直射下和直接雨淋下使用，放置地點(diǎn)應(yīng)較平整。2、傳感器和儀表都是靜電敏感設(shè)備，必須可靠接地，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有良好的接地，遠(yuǎn)離強(qiáng)腐蝕性物體，遠(yuǎn)離易燃易爆物品。3、嚴(yán)禁使用強(qiáng)溶劑（如：苯、硝基類油）清洗機(jī)殼。4、不得將液體或其他導(dǎo)電顆粒注入儀表內(nèi)，以防儀表?yè)p壞和觸電！5、在插拔儀表與外部設(shè)備連接線前，必須先切斷儀表及相應(yīng)設(shè)備電源！：在插拔傳感器連接線前，必須先切斷儀表電源?。涸诓灏未笃聊贿B接線前，必須先切斷儀表和大屏幕電源?。涸诓灏慰刂戚敵鼍€前，必須先切斷儀表和外接系統(tǒng)電源！3、 本廠忠告用戶：我廠僅對(duì)所生產(chǎn)的儀表和傳感器自身質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)由于儀表所
