1、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)及其案例解析,教師資格考試培訓(xùn) 華中師范大學(xué),面試程序 第一步:抽題。在工作人員引導(dǎo)下,考生登錄面試測評軟件系統(tǒng),計(jì)算機(jī)從題庫中抽取一組試題,考生任選其中一道試題,通過計(jì)算機(jī)打印試題清單。 第二步:備課??忌衷囶}清單、備課紙,進(jìn)入備課室,撰寫教案。準(zhǔn)備時間20分鐘。 第三步:試講??忌凑諟?zhǔn)備的教案進(jìn)行試講。 10分鐘。 第四步:回答規(guī)定問題??忌晒ぷ魅藛T引導(dǎo)進(jìn)入指定考場。考官從試題庫中隨機(jī)抽取2道規(guī)定問題,要求考生回答。時間5分鐘左右。 第五步:答辯??脊賴@考生試講內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提問,考生答辯。時間5分鐘左右。 第六步:評分,一、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì) 教師作為教的主體,在教學(xué)過程中起著舉足輕重的

6、 down walls.,get through difficult situations,find friends,apologize,greet someone,ask for help,start a conversation,feel happier and stronger,Smile,U4,M4,(三)確定教學(xué)目標(biāo),1.確定三維教學(xué)目標(biāo) 2.正確表述和書寫教學(xué)目標(biāo),教學(xué)目標(biāo)表述中應(yīng)包括以下五個要素:,教學(xué)目標(biāo)的表述,(1)行為主體應(yīng)是學(xué)生,而不是教師 (2)行為動詞盡可能是可測量、可評價、可理解的,一般用于 “感受、體會、體驗(yàn)、欣賞、領(lǐng)悟”等行為動詞。 旨在說明情感性目標(biāo),含義明確

7、,含義含糊,用以描述通過教學(xué)形成可觀察、可操作、可測量的具體行為。 皆在說明“做什么”。,(3)行為目標(biāo)陳述分為兩類基本方式 程序性目標(biāo) 情感性目標(biāo) (4)必要時,附上產(chǎn)生目標(biāo)指向結(jié)果行為的條件 即影響學(xué)生產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的特定的限制或范圍等,皆在說明學(xué)生在什么情境和條件下完成學(xué)習(xí)活動 (5)要有具體的表現(xiàn)程度 用完成行為的時間來衡量行為的質(zhì)量,例如“三分鐘內(nèi)完成”。 用完成行為的準(zhǔn)確率來衡量行為的質(zhì)量,例如“完全無誤”。 用完成行為的成功特征來衡量行為的質(zhì)量,例如“80的學(xué)生”。,(四)組織教學(xué)活動(策略),1.根據(jù)內(nèi)容選擇教學(xué)活動方式 2.教學(xué)活動的任務(wù)明確以及可能的結(jié)果呈現(xiàn) 3.主要步驟展示

8、,活動案例1 明星入課堂,在教學(xué)初中一年級上冊(外研版) 的用法那節(jié)課時, 在設(shè)計(jì)活動內(nèi)容時,用了劉翔、姚明、菲爾普斯、郭晶晶等十幾位體育明星的圖片作為引導(dǎo),讓學(xué)生討論:What can he/she do? 學(xué)生對體育明星十分熟悉,而且還有自己崇拜的偶像。以此來設(shè)計(jì)活動內(nèi)容,立刻就會引起學(xué)生濃厚的興趣。為后面的訓(xùn)練做了良好的開頭。,活動案例2,在教學(xué) can 的用法時,我用到以下方式進(jìn)行活動: 1.看圖猜動詞或動詞詞組,然后搶答。 2 .口頭造句:I can。 用上剛才所猜出的動詞。 3.做游戲,讓一組同學(xué)排隊(duì)做動作,其他同學(xué)說出:He/She can。 4.小組活動,對明星或你周圍的同學(xué)能

9、做的事情進(jìn)行問答 Can he/ she / you? 并由一名同學(xué)作總結(jié)性報(bào)告。這樣幾輪活動后,同學(xué)們不僅能說 I can還能自然而然的轉(zhuǎn)到He/She can 和Can he/she/you?等句式。起到了事半功倍的效果。,案例1.詞匯教學(xué),you are a new graduate, congratulations!
