11、. + V-ing形式”, 指聽見某人或某物在做某事,強調動作正在發(fā)生;此外,也可接“sb. / sth. + v.”, 指聽見某人或某物做了某事,強調動作的全過程。除了hear外,see, watch, feel, notice等感官動詞也都有這種用法。2. 12、句是一個復合句。He says是主句的主謂部分, it is . 從句作動詞says的賓語,it 的前面省略了that。it指上文提到的he always keeps a toothbrush in his pocket for good luck。在賓語從句中,because 引導的從句作系動詞is的表語;而在表語從句中,when he started practising stand-up as a child是時間狀語從句,he told himself jokes是表語從句的主句;while standing in front of the mirror作時間狀語,brushing h

13、is teeth 是V-ing形式作伴隨狀語。2) 語言知識分析:while standing in front of the mirror為while + V-ing形式作時間狀語,相當于while he was standing in front of the mirror。拓展 在時間、條件、讓步等狀語從句中,當從句的主語是it或與主句的主語一致,且謂語動詞是be或含有be的時候,從句的主語及be都可以被省略,只留下V-ing形式、動詞過去分詞或形容詞等,如: a) When talking ( =_) of her daughter, she feels very proud. b)
