In the first sentence, stop is a noun, which means a place at which someone or something stops. In the second sentence, stop is a verb, whi

Now please read the speech bubbles at page 6 and pay attention to the word rest and describe the different meanings of it in different parts of speech. The rest in “the rest of the passengers”is used as a noun meaning what is left or the ones that still
4、 remain.The rest in “with his hand resting”is a verb, which means to lie or lean on something, or to put something on something else so that its weight is supported. Yes, youve done a good job. As we know, many words can act as either a noun or a verb. Try to find out more words in the text fog that
