用餐數(shù)日前通常formal dinner前一個禮拜左右你會收到正式的invitation，如果另付的卡片上面寫著RSVP（Rpondez sil vous plat），那么你就需要盡快寫好了將卡片寄回，即使不能出席，也要寄回卡片方便主人統(tǒng)計，安排座位。上圖是典型的回復(fù)卡，勾選自己是否參加，有時候還勾選自己想要的主菜/是否為素食者/吃不吃奶制品等。最重要的是，正確填寫自己帶來客人的數(shù)量以及名字，這樣能夠主人才能提前畫座位表。Black tie or white tie還是主人自己定了主題，這些Dress code 通常會寫在請柬上。仔細閱讀后赴會才不會尷尬：） 入場&就坐入場前經(jīng)過迎賓處，大家可以在座位表上找到自己的名字，按照作為就坐。但如果沒有座位表怎么辦呢？可以隨便坐嗎？西餐通常的就坐方式遵循三個原則：1.一男一女間隔開2.伴侶拆散坐3.男主人右手邊坐的是女vip，女主人右手邊坐的是男vip（圖唐頓莊園）如果還是不能確定自己該坐哪兒，聰明的小伙伴們可以等到大家都坐定差不多的時候，再去找位子，這樣就避免了不小心坐到vip位子上的尷尬。坐好開動前需要鋪餐巾，餐巾通常放在盤子上。將餐巾打開，對折（可以對角折成三角形，也可以對折成長方形）折痕那一面朝向自己，攤鋪在大腿上。Like this：下圖是幾種錯誤示范：1.餐巾圍脖你又不是嬰幼兒() 一些容易弄臟衣物的食材，餐廳會為你配備圍脖的（如下圖），除此之外不要把餐巾塞在領(lǐng)子里。2.餐巾墊盤子用盤子壓住餐巾的一角，其余部分自然垂下（不好意思，實在沒有找到圖）這種餐巾擺放方式多出現(xiàn)于中餐酒席，是非常危險的，起身的時候容易帶著餐巾，順帶把盤子也打翻了。 進餐就坐，鋪好餐巾后，就要開飯了。1.酒酒文化的精深這里沒有辦法用小篇幅寫。就講講酒杯好了。西餐中，桌面通常會在靠近右手邊放3-4個杯子，呈45度角擺放。右下角最靠近你右手的是起泡酒杯，高而瘦的杯型方便大家觀賞氣泡上升的樣子。稍稍遠一些的第二個杯子，是喝白葡萄酒的，它不同于起泡酒杯，是我們常見的形狀。再遠一些的第三個杯子是紅酒杯，它形狀類似白葡萄酒杯（當然具體形狀也不是絕對的，取決于主人的愛好，這里說的是一般情況），但稍高大一些。離你右手最遠的杯子則是水杯，它也是最高最大的。在換酒，換菜時飲水漱口，可以幫助更好品嘗酒菜滋味。2.面包面包有時候會放在左手的小盤子里，有時候會放在大框子里需要自己挑選。如果筐子離你太遠，千萬不要起身彎腰去夠，請靠近面包的人幫你遞過來就行了（同理還有鹽和胡椒的瓶子）。吃面包用手掰，掰成沒一口可以吃完的分量，再用面包盤上的黃油刀刮一點黃油往上抹就行了。3.前菜前菜有時是沙拉，大塊的蔬菜一口包進去不美觀，需要切切切。在西餐桌子上怎么切東西，我會在后面講主菜和肉類的時候詳細說。順帶一提，大家看到了桌上擺著那么多叉勺肯定覺得很煩，該怎么用呢？左叉右刀，這我就不贅述了。擺在左右的，通常從外往內(nèi)用就好了，擺在盤子上方的叉勺是用來吃甜點的，最后使用。由于叉勺的內(nèi)外順序是主人按照上菜順序已經(jīng)調(diào)過的了，按照順序一道菜使用一對，就不會出錯了。有時候我們要談話或者上廁所，需要將餐具稍稍放下，應(yīng)該怎么放呢？如下圖左，擺成一個八字，服務(wù)員就知道不要收掉。而吃完這盤菜需要服務(wù)員收碗時，則擺成下圖右，刀叉柄朝5點方向。而法式和英式的禮儀在這里又有不同，法國更喜歡在餐間將餐具倒過來放（如上圖），方便大家觀賞銀器背后的花紋。4.湯無論是西餐還是中餐，都要注意一個點，永遠不要低頭去夠桌上的湯。要把勺子舉到與不低頭情況下的嘴同高，將湯送入。怎么舀湯呢？勺子由內(nèi)向外是英式舀湯的方法，勺子由外向內(nèi)是法式的。如下圖，左為英式，右為法式：湯剩下一個底了怎么辦呢？這一點英法的禮儀又不同了，英國是將碗的內(nèi)側(cè)抬起，碗朝著外面傾斜，湯聚在碗的外側(cè)，再用勺子去盛。法式相反，將湯碗外側(cè)抬起，湯匯聚在碗內(nèi)側(cè)，再用勺子去刮。但無論如何，端起不帶把的湯碗對嘴喝是萬萬不可以的。特別提一下棘手的酥皮湯，如果你不想吃外面那一層酥皮，就直接用勺子把酥皮戳開一個洞，舀下面的湯就好啦。但如果你想吃酥皮的話，可以用小刀沿著碗沿刮下來，將酥皮放在盤子里，和面包一樣，用手掰成一小塊一小塊吃就行了。5.主菜海鮮：叉子通常是四個齒的，而吃海鮮的叉子會是三個齒，且微微向上翹起。魚肉易碎，如果連特制的叉子也無法將其盛起，就用勺子幫忙吧。如果魚帶骨，吃完一面不要翻，將骨頭剔除，再吃剩下的。吃生蠔，龍蝦，田螺等，都會有自己特別的工具，按照順序使用就好。肉類：這里涉及到切。通常我們將叉子叉在肉上，刀靠近叉子輕輕切肉，這樣可以防止食物移動。一般來說，從肉的左邊開始，往右切，肉的大小適宜一口吃下。歐式和美式切東西的方式不盡相同。左邊的美式禮儀，先將一整塊肉全切成一小塊一小塊，左右手在盤子上方換餐具，放下刀子，右手拿叉，將一盤碎肉叉著吃。右邊比較傳統(tǒng)算是歐式，切一塊吃一塊，依舊左叉右刀。若牛肉有骨，需要沿著骨頭切。如果吃雞，有細小的骨頭需要吐出來，千萬不要直接吐到桌上。把餐巾打開，手拿著遮擋住嘴，叉子伸到嘴邊，將骨頭吐到叉子上。再將叉子上的骨頭放入碟子靠自己的那一邊。意大利面：將左右手的叉勺于桌面交換。用叉子叉一些面條，再抵著勺子內(nèi)部旋轉(zhuǎn)，把面條卷起來吃。6.甜點甜點用盤子上方的叉勺，叉子用來叉水果，勺用來吃布丁類的軟食物。有時候遇到了水果塊頭太大無法一口吞下的情況，也可以用勺代替刀，幫助切一下再吃。7.cheese board用隨著cheese board端來的刀切cheese，將它放在一起端來的餅干上，直接用手拿著吃。餐后：如果用餐愉快，千萬不要忘了感謝主人，最禮貌的做法是寄一張感謝函呢。注意事項：除了上面之外，還有一些可能大家都知道的注意事項，我就簡單說說:1.手的放置：交談等菜時，手應(yīng)當放在腿上，如下圖：不可以將手肘放在餐桌上，托頭就更加不好了，以下是錯誤示范：切食物時，手肘，手腕都不要碰到餐桌，呈懸空狀態(tài)：錯誤示范，手腕放下了：2.坐姿，上面圖里lady mary的就很棒。3.用餐結(jié)束后，餐巾臟漬朝內(nèi)疊起，放到原本的餐盤內(nèi)。4.女孩兒搽了唇膏唇彩的，容易把它印在玻璃杯上，這無法避免，但是請認準這個唇印，這一餐的時間就對著這一個地方喝吧，別弄得杯子一圈全是你的口紅。5.手握刀叉時，不可以去端酒杯，更不可以用刀叉指向別人。6.用餐巾可以擦嘴，擦嘴時將餐巾的角卷在食指上，輕輕擦嘴角。如果是很嚴重的臟漬，就不要在餐桌上用餐巾擦了，去洗手間。7.電話mute8.不要包著食物說話。9.喝湯時不要吸啜，發(fā)出聲音。10.男生在女孩子就坐時要幫忙拉開椅子。關(guān)于西餐菜單上的一些英文（主食，主菜，甜點及酒水）西餐主食Western
